I found this place like a week ago. I wasnt sure if i was going to like it here or not so i tried out the Triple Play sessions, and now I’m a member lol,All the instructors are enthusiastic and nice, i like that this place is beginner friendly too. Anyone can workout on their pace, and also, classes here are super fun.

The place was clean everyone wore a mask. The instructor had great energy and it was a great workout

Its an amazing place to train with great instructors very spacious and they follow strict covid protocols temperature checks at the door to enter I even watched them sanitize the entire place after the class was taught 5 star rating for sure

I highly recommend CKO because their workouts are fun, intense, and at a high energy level. Each instructor has their own way of teaching a class and that allows you to perform at your own level and at your most comfortable pace. It is a fun environment and everyone is very welcoming. Definitely give them a try because you’ll fall in love with kickboxing the same way I did!

I have been a proud member for over six years and have no plans of ever stopping. That’s because I didn’t just find a gym, I found a fit family that is supportive and challenging. After a lifetime of on and off relationships with gyms and flaking out for one reason or another, I found a place I proudly call my second home. The supportive environment at CKO created by their owners is instrumental in keeping everyone connected and engaged. They work very hard to create a very clean, friendly environment that is welcoming to all. Come for the challenging work out and stay for the friendships. The great thing is that when you just want to put your head down and get in a workout, that’s all right too. It’s a great place and addictive!

Starting to get abs without even flexing. CKO is a legitimate high intensity interval, full body workout. Their class schedules are great and they even hold at least a few classes on holidays. The workouts are fun too. It does get a little hot in there sometimes, but in the end that means more calories burned. Happy I made the switch.

CKO Edison is the best place to workout, staff and members are very friendly. Classes are very challenging but the trainers offer modifications and stress to workout at your own pace. Whether you are or not in shape I can assure that you will love it. I highly recommend trying them out.

I’m a Cko member in Clifton but I love going to this location every other weekend, all the instructors are really good & friendly. I wish I live closer so I can be a member here..

I’m a returning member of cko Edison (E. Higoy). I left because I wanna try the other places closer to where I live . I would definitely give cko 10 stars because no other place would give you the best kickboxing workout. One full hour is all you need...You would sweat from start to finish... The instructors are definitely motivating... !!! Now I just want to stay with Cko even if I have to drive 15-20 minutes a day because it’s definitely worth every penny!!!! I can’t pick which class I like because I like all of them!!!! Best of all the membership fee is very affordable...Thank you Roy (the owner) for having this amazing fitness place, kickboxing is always my hobby!!!

I have been a member for almost 6 months now. Unfortunately I had plenty of health issues during this time and as a result I was not able to go very frequently to their gym. When I asked about the possibility of extending my membership because of some of my health concerns, they accepted it immediately. I had to do this twice, once for an ankle injury and once for a minor surgery, both times they understood my issues and extended my membership in a blink - Literally the process was to stop by their gym and talk, thats it! They are always very nice and customer friendly. The last 2 boxing places I had enrolled I had such a difficult time when I had to talk to them about anything, but the management in CKO edison is extremely friendly and understanding.

Ive been a member for about 3 months now and yes...it IS addicting like people say! After Xtreme Fitness closed down, I was searching for a new gym. Came across CKO through a Google search and at first, I was doubtful and intimidated because Ive never done any kickboxing. I never had any interest in it either, but decided to give it a try since they have free trial classes. Great communication by the owners. I had a few questions prior to my first class, and someone would get back to me within a few hours.As for the workout, youre going to sweat....A LOT!!! Bring plenty of water and a towel. Within the first ten minutes of class, Im already dripping sweat. Its a full body workout, so not only youre punching and kicking a heavy bag, youre doing leg work and lots of ab workouts.The instructors Ive had so far have all been awesome! The ones Ive had so far are Mike, Paul, Diane and Roy. Each have their own style of teaching, so youre always doing something new and crazy with each instructor. They also motivate and push everyone throughout class, getting you amped for that attack round! You WILL see improvements if you keep at it and go a few times a week. It tends to get packed around evening/after work hours, so arrive early. Some people tend to have a designated/favorite bag, so be mindful and ask if anyone is using it. Or if you see someones stuff there, most likely they will be using that particular bag.For first timers, dont feel intimidated like I did. The instructors will give you a short tutorial before class to show you the basic punches and kicks they use during class. Also, watch the instructors or other members throughout the class if youre not sure what to do. And most importantly, GO AT YOUR OWN PACE AND HAVE FUN! They have starter gloves available to purchase, but as you get better, you would want to buy better quality gloves and hand wraps.Pricing is reasonable for unlimited classes. The owners/instructors will work with you in coming up with the best affordable ways for membership.Im glad I signed up! Its a good change from the average gym atmosphere. Waiting for machines, being crammed in the free weight section, seeing all the meat heads. CKO has a great welcoming atmosphere. Youll see all different kinds of people from all different levels...from the veteran members to the brand new ones here. Highly recommended! You WILL get addicted to it!
