I bought my Baldwin M from Worldwide Piano and I love it more than just about anything. It feels so nice, sounds amazing, and looks fantastic in the living room. The salesman who sold me the piano was very knowledgeable and helpful. There’s also a music school in the store that was packed with people taking lessons. If I had room for a second piano I’d go back to Worldwide Piano!

Plain and simple, I requested info on a Steinway from Rick and stated my budget, he responded quickly with an offer. I drove out to Edison NJ to see the piano. It was better than advertised, so I did the only sensible thing, put a down payment and explained my predicament of having to finish a room before delivery could be set. The thrill of finding this piano first helped me get motivated to finish the room which was done three weeks before I thought possible.Piano was delivered buy some of the most skillful and careful movers and a qualified technician was sent to tune and adjust the voicing. End result is that I am completely happy and my respect for Rick and his company is high.

Its a nice little piano showroom, but didnt quite have what I was looking for. Still, Rick took the time to talk to me to help me figure out what it was I wanted from a piano, and was quite knowledgeable about the various European makers Ive been interested in. I think having to rely on used inventory for the more high end pianos might limit his inventory somewhat(?), but it also means continued visits may turn up something unexpected. I suspect Ill be making another visit sometime in the future just to see what he has in store then.

Went with my brother today on the first informational piano shopping trip. Rick was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Also very courteous especially since we were not really dressed as though we would buy a baby grand or grand piano. I expect this is where my brother will buy his piano just from the super attention we received.Update: In July we returned and my brother played on several pianos and then bought a used Schimmel grand piano. It was delivered and set up in his new house in VA. A very skilled piano tuner came a few weeks later for its first tuning in its new location. The whole process was handled very smoothly and professionally.

We walked into Worldwide Piano with little knowledge of pianos and was kindly greeted by Rick who didnt pressure us all. He gave us time to look around and when we had questions, he patiently demonstrated what he felt were the best matches for my family. After our purchase, we can highly recommend the Casio Hybrid piano. It is exactly what he told us it would be and more. This was a wonderful store to buy a hybrid piano Casio. The salesman/piano tutor, answered every question I had about the pianos I was looking to buy. He was extremely helpful and polite. I never write reviews but I just had extra special treatment from Worldwide Piano. From the moment I walked in, I felt extremely comfortable and realized I was in good hands. i purchased a barely used piano. They came through on every promise they made and then some. The owner and staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Now Offering FACETIME and SKYPE in home lessons. Plus Sanitizing the school and wiping down of instruments and all surfaces after each lesson. We have also installed Hepafilter air purification systems in each lesson room and in the main areas.

Im pretty sure all the positive reviews here are fake or written by their staff (they all sound the same). Please dont use your old excuse saying Im a competitor. By accusing any negative review poster a competitor just proves that you do not admit your mistake and do not want to improve which indirectly proves that all the positive reviews are fake. I have the sale receipt if theres any place I can post on here. This place is a scammer. They promised free tuning service when we bought a brand new up-right piano in the summer but the tuner never showed. The staff Doug has been trying to lie to us. They offer 8 free piano sessions to get you to buy their pianos but they hire people who have super long nails and do not know anything about piano. They yell at your kid if your kid did not understand their poor instruction. Thats because the instructors themselves do not know how to play piano. After the first lesson, my child got so terrified and we never went back there again. Oh yes, they force you to buy their piano book without telling you before you start the free session. There are so many great piano stores out there. Most important, they are honest and have no hidden fees. Be careful with this one. They are horrible and waste your time.

First let me tell you, we shopped everywhere looking for a piano! We looked at private sales, other piano stores, college sales. So we know about all the different ways to buy a piano. We found that the best way to buy a piano was to visit Worldwide Piano in Edison, NJ. First off They had all the brands there that we saw everywhere else, all in one place, so we could compare side by side (this is very important, because a different room can make a piano sound different) They also had refurbished used pianos that looked brand new! Of course we didnt have the budget for one of the new hand made German Seiler Grands or the rebuilt Steinway pianos. But what we did find was a great deal on a refurbished Baldwin Hamilton upright. This used upright looked as good or better than the New Baldwin Hamilton they sell at the store and was half the price. We are very happy with the new piano and we recommend this store highly!

If you are looking for passionate knowledgeable musicians to help you find a piano then go to worldwide piano. They helped us select a wonderful present for my son. A beautiful Seiler upright piano a true heirloom piano. We shopped at many stores and nowhere else did they have such a selection of high performance quality pianos. Even their used pianos looked great! We didnt expect to buy something of this quality but after seeing what a great deal they were giving us on the Seiler we had to do it. It was priced only a bit more than the mass produced Yamaha we had seen elsewhere. Doug my salesperson was great. He listened to our needs and played all The pianos for us too. He is a great player. You should stop in just to hear him play. Great guy. I highly recommend worldwide piano.

Very Helpful people. We went into the piano store and did not know about pianos, but we needed a piano for our son who had been playing on an old upright and we needed something better. They took over an hour to educate us on pianos and we learned lots about the construction of pianos and how the design of a piano makes a big difference in the sound you get. We picked the Seiler 50 upright piano. What a great piano, we are so glad we didnt buy the cheaper made piano we had considered elsewhere! Thank you so much Worldwide piano. :)

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Found them online on Facebook of all places! And we emailed back and forth several times. Rick sent pictures and even videos of pianos that would work for the professional type of piano we were considering in our budget. This was very helpful before making the hour long trip to his store. It was well worth the trip! The store is actually very beautiful and some of the pianos were absolutely exquisite! Steinways and Bluthner and Seiler and more!!We purchase a used Schimmel 7’ grand and it is great! Love the look sound and the deal we got on this lightly used professional piano. The movers were very professional and courteous. Colleen the tuner was wonderful and she regulated and tuned the piano included in the price.If you are looking for a piano of any caliber I would highly recommend adding Worldwide Piano to your short list of stores to visit.

I have been playing piano my whole life and wanted to upgrade my used wurlitzer upright to something better. I went into this store thinking about maybe buying a Yamaha grand piano. I will tell you I hadnt heard of the piano I now own. A Seiler piano. This company based in Germany makes an incredible instrument in the same price range as the Yamaha pianos I was considering. The piano just gave so much more of a clear and full sound than the Yamaha I had just played before arriving at Worldwide Piano. The construction and components are top notch and the sound and touch shows it! I appreciate the staff taking the time to explain how pianos are built and why the Seiler is one of the best kept secrets in the piano world. They not only had Seiler but a bunch of new piano brands and some pretty nice used pianos too. If you are looking for a piano, stop by Worldwide Piano and I am sure you will be glad that you did.
