Place is dead but easy to find stuff

Had some trouble with documents printing out correctly due to something wrong with my USB and Manager Jeannie patiently helped me out for at least 30 minutes to correct the issue. Thank you so much!

I bought an office chair here in July of 2019, and the chair was amazing, but recently, the back broke and it became very uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. I had an extended protection plan, and it was the most hassle free replacement process Ive ever experienced. Fantastic customer service at this location. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes tops, with the longest wait being for them to find a replacement chair. I would 100% recommend coming here for any office needs.

Good selection of office products and essentials but my item of interest was missing, yet online it specifically said that it was in-stock at that location..I wish they had more accurate info or have updated it for customers before you drive to the store.

Jeannie at Office Depot is the best! She stayed late to help me fix a brochure that I was printing! Because of her the project looks great and is done on time! Thank you for always going the extra mile!

I lost my phone today while using the self-serve copy machines. The always-attentive staff found it and had it ready for me when I called to see if it was there. The copy center staff are great. They have helped me create professional materials for my small business on very short notice. And the other staff are great, too! Very helpful without being obtrusive.

Worst Customer service in NJ!! Came around half hour before closing and everyone here seemed to have a grumpy attitude! Was given a smart response when asking a simple question and then a different associate was rude to another customer next to me..it was kinda funny to see the professionalism these folks had..

Amazing Experience!!! The customer service is what will keep me coming back. While I was shopping for an office chair, I happened to call over one of the workers who was busy on the floor. I asked him if he could sit on a few chairs and tell me which one he felt was the most comfortable (since he matched the height of my husband). Lo and behold, I ended up finding out that he was the store manager, and as busy as he was, he still took the time out of his day to help me figure out the perfect chair. In addition to that, he also helped me find the best deal during the Memorial Sale. Caleb clearly went beyond managing a store, he embodied customer service. I left the store not just satisfied, but happy with my purchase. Thank you, Caleb & Office Depot!!!

It took too long to come and is not a suitable source as a megaphone. It takes 4 D batteries and the charge cord is too short. While it has many other features it is not qualified to fit my uses for a megaphone.

Jack was super helpful and assisted with testing out a new device (wireless) charger before purchase to ensure compatibility with my phone. Very nice as it would save me a trip back to return if it didnt work.

It wasnt too crowded although it took a long time to reach a cashier. The prices were fair to me and the store seem to have a good variety of items. I would go there again.

The service was TOP NOTCH, our salesman was a tall dark hair middle-aged man with accent and very nice & very helpful, Im sorry I forgot his name but he pretty much saved me...I needed things asap and diligently helped sooo much from start 2 finish. This location is so empty all the time that I often wonder if theyre still open but its SO CONVENIENT location wise, they also have everything stocked up in the store all the time. And the staff is very helpful.

The workers there are very nice and helpful, however I ordered a desk for delivery and ended up changing my mind and going in to pick it up. I had to call a separate number to cancel the delivery and Ive been on and off the phone with them all day to cancel it because I kept getting shipping updates. So the Office Depot shipping Dept seems to be a bit unorganized.

Great customer service..lady who sent my fax was super nice ,polite and helpful. But the price to fax was over priced..its 1.89 for 1st page and 1 69 for each additional..cost $5.62 to fax 3 pages..seems over priced to me .to press a few buttons..and basically make a phone call.thanks.

I called Office Depot in Edison NJ I was upset and angry after I ordered in from Walmart for my daughters school project and at last the last minute Walmart called and said they didn’t have it . Chris the Office Depot employee looked while I was on the phone assured me they had it . When I got to the store Chris directed me to the ink and helped me in the store . He was a perfect gentleman to frantic mom all I can say I WOW what a great employee ! Thank you for saving my daughters project !!!

I was in late on Tuesday night (11/14) and there was a gentleman in the publishing department who went above and beyond for me. I really wish I knew his name, he was an older gentleman and I absolutely loved the customer service that he provided me. For that reason, I will be coming here to print out my business cards each and every time. I usually order on Vista Print, but I have decided that I will be doing all my business at Office Depot instead, thanks to the guy who went above and beyond for me!

Its an office depot. It has the basic services. Usually I only go when I need to ship something as it has better hours then the post officeNow the part that is irritating. The employees wear a headset to communicate with other employees. While not in and of itself a bad thing, you can sometimes hear them joking about customers.The fun part of going to this one...Some employees like to think they are secret agents and try to discretely follow you around the store. When I notice someone doing that Ill intentionally wander randomly around for my own amusement.

Big store with a lot of office furniture but a little light on other office products. They do have a good selection of laptops, printers, and other office machines but light on school and office supplies. They do have decent sales and clearance items.

There was a bit of an issue applying a discount as the order was made on line. With no problem at all, they overrode the charges, applied the discount and we were on our way - really appreciated the friendly and efficient service.

I always go to a different place for printing and scanning needs, didnt realize this was way closer from my home. And thats not the only reason for me to come here, but they offer better prices and good sevice too.

Office supplies. Paper. Pens. Stuff you need to look like youre working. Stuff you need while working to actually get work done. Its office depot. Sure you could buy this stuff on Amazon for a fraction of the price but who wants to wait for shipping? The staff are like zombies - the slow, shambling kind - wandering the store looking for fresh meat until you ask them a question. Then they run away as quickly as their decomposing limbs can take them. Get in, get out, office depot has those pens you desperately need before your presentation. Thats it.

If you know what your looking for and its out on the shelves then youll have a fine experience but if you need something in specific that isnt out in the shelves and you ask someone who works there they tend to not know ANYTHING , youd have to ask 4 different employees the same question before they decide that they dont have the product and they dont even bother checking in the back even if online it says they do have it in stock ??

Well, they did not make an effort to show me correctly for a simple question..where could I find softboard pins...store is completely vacant...no customers and stage was acting busy...hope this is one of a case after reading other reviews...

I wish there is zero stars i can give. Ordered a laptop during blackfriday sale, didnt receive it and after a series of calls to customer care and 3 weeks after ordering(I ordered around 12.30am midnight when the sale started, and yes they have stock at that time), they said theyll refund my money back saying the item is out of stock. Still waiting for my money back. Totally unprofessional. Not even accurate information from them when I called the customer service. Have to followup 6-7 times.Ill never consider shopping with them again.This rating is not for the store or the reps working there, its for onlilne shopping at office depot.

This store contains a large selection of technology, office supplies, furniture, and consumable goods. Most technologies that they carry like computer hardware and software are months old. This isnt the fault of this store, but the whole Office Depot chain itself.

I had no issues buying my network hub here. Someone at the store helped me pickout the Netgear one. Explained to me some things about wireless networks as well. I bought a HP laptop 15 days back and Wifi gets disconnected automatically.I asked for a replacement they said like we cannot give replacement or abnother product of this kind and worst Response from HP or Office Depot. If I get the Chance of negative rating I can rate it in Negative. It also strucks in middle of work. IDK whether its a i7 processor or some kind of 80s. Fed up with the office depot customer care and Hp customer care.
