Some action is required for check-out. I purchased only one item and one register was open which took me 2 minutes for shopping but about 15 minutes for paying ! Even, I seriously considered not buying and leave. At peak hours, the management can take some action.

Always find something in this store. They actually have good bowls at a good value and they hold up pretty good in dishwasher too....always find candy here too

Well this dollar tree is off rt.1 adjacent to the BJs wholesale club, to the left big parking lot, and pretty tidy store, social distancing lines on the floor for checkout. They are all the same stores, some things in the store are a good deal, but other things and im being general, arent worth the quantity, so its almost impulse buys, because like most people saying Its only a dollar so best judgment is warranted. Overall good place for $1.00 items best items, would be storage bags foil, Tupperware, to name a small few in my opinion.

The manager and cashier name jassy was so rude I went with my daughter to purchase they told us get out from the store and called cop on us for no reason and there customer service was so bad they are rude because they do want work and help customers.

There is a color lady thats worke there old lady her attitude is very very bad omg I dont want to go back

Nothing special about this location. Dollar Tree as a whole has really gone down. Its not a busy part of the season and the last several stores were sloppy and messy. They need to take more pride in their stores.

Dollar tree was as normal as the others. They had a better selection of things there, but they only had one cashier working and at this particular time it was extra crowded. I believe the manager should have pitched in and helped, but thats probably just a pet peeve of mine. Besides that I dont have any complaints

This is my go to Dollar Tree. They have lots of stuff. Just picked up these vases and pebbles for dollar each. No complaints.

Nice place. 90% of the problems are the customers. People let their kids run around like dollar tree is their daycare. They don’t pay attention to the way they treat the store. I’d say treat the place like you treat your home,but, I can only imagine what their houses are like. They’re employees not your personal assistant.

Horrible customer service. Older woman with pixie haircut, Lori, ALWAYS has an attitude with customers. If you hate your job or people, don’t work somewhere that required customer service. Really makes my visits here unpleasant. Lori will see that there is a long line and she won’t even open another register to help things run smoother. One time she did open another register and yelled out to the line “I’m open over here. Does anyone want to come ? No? I don’t care either way”. VERY unprofessional. I can suggest that Lori May need some extra training on customer service and people skills as a whole. Next time I’ll take the drive to the South Plainfield location where there is more variety and kind/helpful workers.

Dollar store is so clean they sell food,drinks and all that other stuff not only that there stuff is not like other dollar stores there stuff is in good condition. they have stuff that you can get from Walmart

This dollar store has a wide variety of items, from household goods to makeup, to auto items, toys, food (even milk, bread and frozen deserts) and much more. Everything in the store is $1 or less. Parking is usually available. Ive never had a problem finding a parking spot. It is located right a a U-turn so it is easily accessible from both sides of route 1.

Staff member Lori” was extremely disrespectful and unwelcoming. Since I could not find anybody on the floor to answer a question of mine I went up to her when she was at another register that I could see was closed. Instead of asking me do I need help she says this register is closed with an attitude. I asked her if she had an item that was in the back and maybe not on the shelf she answered with whatever is there is what we have” For at least two minutes prior to this I was standing there staring at her since she refused to acknowledge me. Trashiest dollar store i’ve ever visited first and last time by far.

Bathroom was filthy and dirty no social distance marks posted on the floors

I went to the dollar store I made a purchase of two bags of pecans I tasted one I did not like the taste so I threw that bag away. I went to return the other bag they would not accept it without the receipt when I made the purchase they give you a choice of would you like a receipt or not so I thought it doesn’t matter if you have a receipt or not if you need to return it since the item is only a dollar. I was not there to get cash back I only wanted to do an exchange. Terrible policy this is the way they treat long time regular customers disgusting

I love the dollar store! Every single week the upgrade with things from Walmart the dollar store in Efispn NJ is the cleanest most organized and if things are ripped or broken they so not make a big deal about it they just return or exchange them. The cashiers are so nice and have the best manners.😊😍😋😃And there is not tax on food🤯

They are always stocked up on a lot of things but the place always looks like a mess with things all over the floor, boxes in most of the aisles just lying around.. Every time Ive gone they only have 1 register open with a very long line, while they have 2 or 3 people on the floor re-stocking shelves. They always run out of balloons that I need so Im not too impressed with the overall store.

Staff are friendly and the store itself is generally clean and well organized, but less so around weekends and holidays which can be expected. However, I have been to a few other locations around such times and those places were borderline surgically clean.

Theres always only one cash register early,so I have to wait for a while. On the contrary, the things are priced well and worth the money.
