I ran in for my wife’s birthday trying to get these tiny photos into this small locket and when I tell you Avery (the only worker in the copy & print center) was helping over 10 plus customers plus me. Mind you my order is the most difficult and most tedious and she has the best customer service ever (like better than Chic-Fil-A “my pleasure” service) She deserves a raise, PTO added to timesheet, and a whole paid vacation. It’s hard to find workers like this anymore and I know I would have been frazzled and frustrated or overwhelmed. Please give this woman a raise! I will definitely be calling corporate.

Nick, Ty and Jessica are wonderful staff members (they all work very hard). Jessica helped me this evening with printing and scanning, she is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I was also at Staples last week. I used their high-tech water remover machine because I got water in my phone (for the second time - I used the machine about 8 months ago as well. Both times my phone was completely blacked out, could no longer light up.) The machine successfully removed the water from my phone both times! Amazing invention. Takes about 30 minutes to an hour. The service is guaranteed. If your phone doesnt come back to life, you get your money back. My recommendation is always get the phone to Staples as soon as possible to prevent water damage. I trust the effectiveness of their machine much more than putting my phone in rice - worth every penny. Thank you Staples, Rancho San Diego.

Order came in a day early during pandemic!Amazing service! Some attentive staff, saw me waiting at cash register as only 1 cashier was working and waiting for product to be brought to register. The print shop team here is sensational! I was low on cards and headed to Las Vegas for a big solar trade show and needed a same-day turnaround for 500 cards. Bindy stepped in and -- despite some software glitches -- was able to overcome all obstacles and deliver cards for me in an hour or so. She was professional, helpful and grace under pressure. I am absolutely delighted with their team!

Worst customer service ever and incompetent get your printing business else where

Ty and Nick went above and beyond to help me find the mophie case I needed for work. Not only that but my iPad and IPhone’s screen protectors were installed flawlessly. They went above and beyond to help me with product knowledge. My wife’s project came out perfect due to the product recommendations they gave us. I do not mind driving 30 mins away for phenomenal customer service. Even if Office Depot is 2 blocks away we would of never received the same service.

Best customer service Ive ever had in a long time. Young lady Skye helped me with a printing issue one morning. She gave more that 100% customer service that day. I told her she was an angle sent to me because my print copies were needed that morning. Will always use this store for my needs going forward.

The printer is not working I spent $ 14.00 to print a document using there computer. It sucks. I prefer to go staples Mission Valley the service is way better.

More than helpful staff. Clean store. Was a very short trip to drop off a USPS package but so thankful they were open till 10pm. Not all of us have the luxury of bankers hours.Thank you Staples for making things easy and convenient.

Absolutely horrifying... I am literally in the parking writing this before I leave. I made a business card online and it wasnt going thru. I came in to have them check. I waited for a while but that was fine. I finally received attention but received no actual help. I asked if I could make the card on their system since it was all basic stuff within Staples database with no actual outside uploads. I was told they were to busy to help. I said could I just stand here and do it on my phone and was told to try that..... After about 30min of standing right in front of the counter dealing unsuccessfully with the bad signal, I was ignored the rest of the time. So, here I am in the parking lot writing my experience shaking my head in disbelief at what just happened . Im heading somewhere else and wont be coming back for future services.

This store is a great place to shop for business items for both the home and a business. Also for PC and Printer products. Ant the staff there is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. A great group of people. I recommend it highly.

Today was not their day. They didnt have any of the items I was looking for in stock. What I do like is that they will order and ship to me next day.

The store sells office supplies and technical products and furniture similar to Office Depot at lower prices and friendly customer service! Great parking and close to home.

Once inside you get the feel of the place easily it includes of lot of things for organization at home from folders, notebooks, and binder assortments. There was also some furniture but not much to look at. There were many comfortable chair selections for gaming, or just comfort/good looks. The staff was pretty low at the time of visit, but there wasn’t many clients to really make that an inconvenience when going to the cashier. Great experience would come again to get my life together lol.Service: Staff was friendly in handling the merchandise. Offered us a free bag to go with it which was coolzies😊

Literally every time Ive ordered anything from the print center for same day printing, its never been ready on time. I ordered a banner yesterday morning at 8AM for an event today, and was told it would be ready in four hours. I went by eight hours later, to give them extra time as Id had issues with them getting my business cards done on time. I was told that no one had started printing my banner and that it would get done last night. I stressed that I needed to pick it up on the way to work this morning, and the guy promised me that it would be ready at 8AM for pick up. I came by at 9:30 and was told that they never printed it last night and that it would be at least two hours until it was ready by a very rude associate. Now Ive wasted 75$ because it wont be ready for the event that I needed it for. Never having anything printed here again. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Not sure if this is often or because they were short staffed, regardless, I shouldnt have to stand in the laptop isle looking at laptops for about 30 mins w/o anyone asking if I needed help or any questions. Well, questions I did have and I was ready to buy a Chromebook if I was helped or had questions answered.

I went In to make copies using my own watermarked papers. The person behind the counter was helpful in giving me directions as far as telling me what options needed to be used. After spending .12 for a test run. I noticed a dark line on the bottom of my copy indicating the page I used was not alined properly. I corrected the problem only to learn that the printer had made a vertical smudge on my original! When it feed it through the scanner. Now the 20 copies I made have a dark line along the center. When I approched the assistant, she said nothing and did not offer me a discount for my now ruined paper!!. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel robed and under appreciated as a walk in customer. Hello!!! I could have uploaded this and had them print it on the quality paper I used and not have had this problem. My time was wasted and worse I dont feel like a valued customer. Now, I ‘ll Reconsider going to this Staples.
