I walked into the store and saw the clerk. I said Im looking for ... The clerk turned away from me and started walking. I said, Maam. She said, I hear you, what do you need? She was so rude. I said, Nothing and I walked out. I will go somewhere else.

They r really nice, but there products r always in boxes, so most the time I cant get what I need. I realize that the cashiers also have 2 put every thing thats in the boxesl & do all the other work, like cleaning, working register ect... Family Dollar needs 2 higher stocking people. Another issue is when u go 2 check out they have 1 cashier, & a ton of people waiting in line. The company has 2 know that certain times of the day get busy, so they need more people 2 help. I was there 2day, & couldnt even purchase my stuff, bcuz my daughter needed 2 be picked up. I left with nothing. Waste of time shopping. Its not the workers fault, its the corporations fault.

Rude cashier. Half of the things I needed werent stocked. When he was rude, I asked for corporates number. All he did was toss the receipt at me without giving me the number. Its okay, I know how to use Google! Dont recommend shopping here.

Family Dollar is one of my go-to stores when I need to buy something at last minute. Yep, had what I needed.

Clean and friendly. Just wish the prices were lower since its suppose to be a dollar store. In my opinion it shouldnt be higher than Walmart.
