This is a really good Dollar Tree. They have an excellent selection of merchandise to choose from. Its not always clean or organized, but they are always hard at work in this store. The employees are also all very nice.

This place is great has such a selection of food and items this was my first time in here and I will definitely be back. Such a price saver.

This place sets a great example for the Dollar Tree brand. Clean, well stocked and friendly staff.

It shouldnt be called Dollar Tree where everything is $1.00. Because they are now the same thing as Dollar General where almost everything is over a Dollar. So far its only the Dollar Tree in El Dorado that is that way. I guess you can to Magnolia to a real Dollar Tree.

The new store is such an upgrade from the original store. Some days it looks like wild children ran through unattended and other days it is very clean and organized. It can be a very crowded on frieght days, but that can be encountered with any store. It remains one of my favorite stops for craft and storage solutions.

The employees are actually great. Always very nice and Ive never seen any of them being rude. But this is probably one of the worst stocked Dollar Trees Ive ever been to (most of Arkansas and north Louisiana). Shelves are almost always empty and the stock that is in the shelves, is in disarray. Boxes of stock all over the floor as if the customers should dig through the boxes to find the items. This store could do so much more in sales if they kept the shelves stocked and organized (why is there so much stock in their back room and not on the shelves? - there seems to be plenty of space for it on the shelves). How hard can that be? Everything is one dollar so there is no need to worry about price tags and prices on the shelves. This Dollar Tree never has the good variety of items that other Dollar Tree stores have. Please either give the current employees the hours to stock the shelves or find someone who can get the store stocked.

This Dollar Tree is very disorganized and empty shelfs and refrigerators are quite bear. This store needs help in organizing and supplying merchandise for people to buy. I was very dissatisfied trying to find items to purchase. This rating should be negative. On the positive side the employee was excellent attitude and attention to all customer.

Very clean, wearing masks and super nice.

I love this store its always clean and great service. However they have hired a Hispanic lady short w glasses who is very rude. The manager said they have a lot of complaints ab her. I was talking to my ladies group and some of the ladies said they dont go there anymore bc of this lady

The store in my town, El Dorado AR,is nasty, filthy, trashed out. This store was built maybe a year ago. At first it was clean, no boxes just sitting around. I went in the store about a week ago. There is candy stuck to the floor you can tell the floor has not even been swept in for ever. Boxes every where. You cant get down some of the iles due to boxes. I do not recommend shopping there.

Rude!!! Disrespectful!! Border lazy. Im disabled... Checkout and moved my cart aside. Bags in one hand and cane in the other and as Im walking to the door the cashier feels the need to shout for my attention. I turn confused as she instructed me that I needed to return the cart to the door. Huh... Really!?!? Just over from her two other employees giggling and chattering. I guess it wasnt in their job description either. Ughhh i love the Dollar Tree but that.... I may never go back. Id sooner pay more then help pay those ladies.

Fun store to shop at!

Not sure why a Dollar store has to be so nasty. Open food containers, carpet that probably has not been cleaned since the store was built, everything seems to be off and astray. Its tough to continue to be a customer of this store.

I give this a 3 Stars Store. Because, theyve more Items, but barely any place to put theirs Merchandises @! Meanwhile, they needed a bigger Store, and more Employees to check theirs Customers out!
