Quick and easy, everybody was so nice to help direct me to where I have to turn in my paperwork. And Ms. Brianna was a very nice lady. Process was quick and easy :) overall good people as I just had to wait a awhile for the first person to finish up with their fingerprinting process as I was next in line. The reviews totally scared me to death as I was heading there in the morning. Thank God either I got lucky or probably the place has changed, as the staff was very nice and helpful.

This is an amazing district to work for. I feel honored to work her for over 20 years.

Fingerprint lady is super rude. Both of them. If you don’t have an appointment be prepared to be made felt like a second class citizen. These people act like they are performing under the most pressure. They literally take a sheet of paperwork from you and scan fingers quickly. Wow.

The fingerprint lady named Tina was extremely rude. I came in without an appointment.She was very abrasive acting as if walk in hours didnt exist. I scheduled one for later that day. I asked to take the form to have it filled out ahead of time and she SNATCHED the paper from me. VERY unprofessional.

Bad customer service in suite 103-A! My sis and I went to get fingerprinted to volunteer at our kids school.The first lady that helped me was ok, although she seemed to be having a bad day. After some friendly conversation, she was more cheerful.A second lady (an older lady) came in while the first lady was helping my sister. I asked the second lady if she was aware of some technical issues I had navigating through Eventbrite. She replied, You think THATS tedious? Thats because people dont know what WE go through in order to make those individual appointments for you! Its even more work than what you have to go through! I dont understand, we extended our hours to the evening to accommodate everyone, and there are more complaints! We should just start charging for fingerprinting!I was a bit taken aback, but told her, Im sorry. I hope theres a better system put in place to help you guys out.She scoffed, then walked to the other lady where they both complained about how much pressure theyre under and how the company doesnt understand how hard their job is. They complained the whole time my sis was in there getting fingerprinted.I can sympathize with being overwhelmed at work/hating your job/being mistreated by upper management, but this misplaced anger was unprofessional. She was so rude and Im just letting you all know to be mentally prepared.On another note, I still wish to make aware of the issue I was having on Eventbrite to get fingerprinted here. If theres no other way to fix this, I understand, but it was quite tough to navigate...On Eventbrite, it says theres an open slot, but when you choose that slot and get taken to the next page, it says its closed. Then when you press the back icon, you get taken back to the very beginning. There were numerous slots like this so it was very time consuming since Im trying to work around certain time slots as well. I wanted to ask if it could possibly be set up another way on Eventbrite since Ive used Eventbrite many times before but never had that issue arise. If it cant be fixed, then oh well🤷‍♀️.Lastly, the lady in the lobby was a sweetheart!
