He breaks down each movement slowly and methodically and will give you individual attention if needed. The gym culture is great as well. Everyone is very welcoming and always willing to help.

Highly recommend this gym. Came home from out of town for the weekend and asked about a drop in visit. The owner made it super easy and super comfortable to talk to. He was very responsive to my emails and all the members were friendly. It felt like just another day at comp class, minus the push ups. I was smoked. Thanks for the killer workout, Doc. By far the best decision weve made regarding extracurricular activities for our children. The instruction and camaraderie amongst students is absolutely wonderful. The instructors have the ability to instruct, demonstrate, and still keep the attention of young kids with what seems to be very little effort on their part. Regardless of the students level, I have seen nothing but positive instruction and encouragement through every situation. Which in turn seems to give my kids the confidence and eagerness to practice and train whenever they get a chance.

I enrolled my daughter in classes at Kroylers school and watched her thrive under the awesome and engaging instruction. They were so welcoming that I was encouraged to join as well. One of the best decisions Ive ever made! The instructors are top notch and very patient. No one made me feel like I didnt belong, despite being middle-aged and terribly out of shape. When you join the school, you are joining a family. I would encourage anyone to give them a try!

I love it here and so does my daughter ! The way everyone treats and supports each other is incredible. I enrolled my daughter here in the beginning of the year and in this time she has gained so much confidence in herself and has learned how to defend herself against potential bullies. I too, after a few months of being there, enrolled into the adult classes. The support from all the higher belts, the flexibility, and the way we grow into a little family is impeccable. I wouldn’t want myself or my kids training anywhere else!

Training here is a pleasure. I was nervous at first coming into a gym not knowing any jiu jitsu or any of the students/instructors. I was welcomed with open arms and laughs. The facility is clean and has a very laid back approach. No such thing as a dumb question is the truest statement here as any question was answered and then confirmed to be understood. I will never train under any other staff as I have found the best in Northern Indiana for sure.

Amazing school I started at age 60 with them and they have listened ,worked, around my age and treated me like family. The instructors are top of the line. If your looking for a way to feel better about yourself this is it. Dont let anything hold you back.

Even after wrestling at the div. 1 level at Indiana and wrestling for one of the best high school programs in the state I can still say this is hands down the best team I have been a part of. I had zero jiu Jitsu experience coming in and everyone there, especially the coaches, have had no problems spending as much time with me as needed to help me out.
