I find myself here looking for something specific every few months that I need right away. And Im frustrated and annoyed by it each time. The prices are inflated and selection is often limited but they usually at least have the thing I need.BUT: if youre going to shop here, price match EVERYTHING. And especially price match to their own website. Stuff online can be 10-20% cheaper on Staples.com than it is in the store. And this isnt just a few things, this is most of the store. Each time Ive had to do this the cashier or manager act surprised and somewhat annoyed that Im asking but it shouldnt be like this in the first place. You can also order online for store pickup too, to save some of the hassle, if you dont need to see the thing to confirm its what youre looking for.Overall the store is fine but heir pricing policies are complete garbage. I shop here only as a last resort.

I’d rather get staples at Walmart to be honest, the thing is that staples are staples and I see no difference in the quality between brands! I could be wrong though, I’ve never been to staples

They cant even make copies of a flier! Very rude and lose the good staff. They just lost our business and the business of many others local people! They just lost 3 customers standing in line cause the lady dumb

Generally a good place to shop, but today I had a bad experience. I ordered 2 items on line for in store pick up. When I opened my box only one item was there. I mentioned to the person helping me (ends out, the store Mgr ) not everything was there he said something to the effect of thats all we have for you. I said let me check my email, and as I was doing so, he walked away and started talking to another customer 15 feet away. If he went over to say Ill be with you in a moment, Id understand, but his body language screamed IM DONE WITH YOU ! I did nothing to be treated that way, I politely just questioned the completeness of my order. Since hes the Mgr, I had no one to complain too, so I went up and down the aisles to find my missing item, found it and checked out. Im pretty surprised to be treated this way by the store manager.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Weve gone in to have things printed and/or laminated on a few occasions and the person helping us has always been very knowledgeable. They try to find the most economical method of getting the end result were looking for too. Id recommend this staples to anyone who needs specialty printing services.

Went into this store prepared to buy a new office chair. Could not find anyone to help me and there was only one other customer that I saw in the store. That other person walked out most likely from no service.Amazing to me that they would allow this considering the the business they most lose from online shopping. I will never go there again and Will now buy a chair online and not from them. Absolutely disgusting.

Great experience, although the options locally are somewhat limited. It is nice, however, to see a virtual monopoly with excellent customer service. And true to their name, I have always found the necessary Staples I require.

They got rid of Selena. Fired her. Always helped us with our business needs. Now they got people that know how to do nothing. Drove over half an hour to purchase a DSL modem. I specifically called and checked store availability before going to the store. Once there, we were told they dont sell them in store but can order it. The associate I spoke to in store was very helpful but the gentleman on the phone irritated me by not qualifying my call enough and giving me accurate information. This situation also cost the store from another sale because I had a few things in my cart before I was made aware that my initial reasoning for going to the location could not be solved.

Quality has gone down quite a bit. Tall IT guy was no help telling me data was lost and it would cost me a grand to recover it there. I was able to recover at home for free. Staples used to be about looks and customer service, not so much anymore. Alright place to grab an item that other stores dont have, otherwise dont bother.

Never before have I ever been treated so rudely at a store where I was willing to spend money. Tried to contact corporate online and was also ignored. I will NEVER go to Staples again and sadly would no longer recommend them to anyone.

Every time I have been there, the tech guys are great! They know their stuff and always help me. The manager is nice and polite.

The print job I ordered came out perfectly and on time. Very happy!

Good place for office supplies and computer hardware but the prices are hit or miss

50 minutes before closing. I needed a few copies. Printing center told me their machines were all down for the night and the earliest they could service me would be 10: am the next morning.

The staff here is much better than the staff at Best Buy. They also carry better computer and network products for small businesses.

Printed out Copies from my email. Really easy to use the machines so I didnt have to jump through hoops trying to figure things out.

I needed some things printed for a customer. Went in, paid and then came back for my purchase. The printer was down and I couldnt get what I needed.

Went there 2 days in a row. Only 1 register open both times with as many a 5 people in line. Plus they were training someone on this 1 register. I saw 6 other people that worked there, but no assistance for the register person. Took me 15 minutes to check out with only 1 item.

Had great customer service when I was there this past weekend!

Lots of parking, handicap parking near to door, plenty of selections for whatever youre looking for. Watch your prices, they do creep up.

Went to have a few copies made after I previously called in earlier, called in @ 8 a.m. Walked in the store before 11 am and they told me there was 5 people ahead of me.... Unfortunately the people didnt seem competent whatsoever. Never again
