Absolutely no help What so ever when it comes to customers service. No door greet, no hello nothing. Just 4 workers behind a counter talking small talk an one eating in plain sight behind the register!!! Absolutely no code of conduct or respect for their store or jobs. Floors dirty, an for some reason everyone was on break at the register with the manager telling them to help but the lack of respect for their jobs an customers ,as well as their boss was unprecedented!! I suggest if you choose to shop for anything do not do it at this store, there is absolutely no work ethic or pride in their job to help customers, they even made fun of the customers!!! Its sickening that people like this are employed!!!!

My husband and I went to this family dollar on William St was treated with such bad respect I will no go there again Saturday they the worker was laughing and talking about the customers calling them names it was the cashier a black young man and a white young lady this happened Saturday oct 17 2020i was so displeased with this store I would have it a zero get mature people to run your store

This store is great and has a variety of different products; theres very little they dont have. However my one complaint is some of the cashiers that work there. They act stuck up towards the customers, especially the blonde lady that I think is one of the managers; shes very huffy, impatient and rude!
