I called them to pick up furniture and they refused to take it. I had a brand new couch. Nothing wrong with it, he just said no. Furniture with a few scratches, they said no. Horrible. This is supposed to be charity. Items donated.

Very disappointing I had a beautiful dining set its not new but its in good condition for a person who has nothing a place to sit and eat meals with the family its perfect nobodys looking for perfection especially the people who dont have much. Much too picky what do they want someone to buy brand new furniture out of the Box and the donate it. Very very disappointed somebody could use this furniture
