This is absolutely one of the best daycare center out there. Our kids have a blast and enjoy their time here. There are so many days when my 4 yr old son would ask me to pick him up later so he can play with his friends more. The teachers seem to do a great job keeping the kids engaged and teaching them. So thankful to the management and the staff for taking such great care of our little babies ❤️❤️❤️

KinderCare West is an amazing place. We have being enrolled for about 6 months and we absolutely love it. Something that I value is that they keep us updated though the day on what is happening with our son in a very informative way. I recognize the strong teaching tools and the time they expend helping him thrive in his development. We could not have found a better place to trust our son’s care. We appreciate all you do. I definitely recommend this place for any parent. Wonderful staff and very welcoming!

My son has been going here for a few years now and absolutely loves it there. All the staff are very pleasant and very engaging. He’s learning so much thanks to the teachers attention to students and how they interact with them. The app is updated daily with what my child is doing which is fantastic. I couldn’t recommend a better place than KinderCare.

Such a great place and amazing people that work there. My daughter loves going to see her teachers and friends every day. She has learned so much in such a short amount of time. I love that they have an app to download and they send pictures of your child throughout the day. Although a bit pricey for me, but absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend!!!

I visited many daycares before choosing KinderCare as my choice for my 1 year old. Hes been attending for several months now and I am pleased with the care that is provided.When my child takes their hand in the morning and goes to class excited to be there and see friends, I can go about the rest of my day knowing he is happy and well taken care of. When I pick him up, he comes to me in the same way I sent him which assures me he is being attended to.The app is extremely beneficial and another reassuring source of what your child is doing throughout the day. This app eliminates any wondering or worry and allows you to check in without making phone calls. Communication between myself and director through this app is prompt.Overall, I am satisfied with the daycare and their staff. I would recommend this daycare to other families.

As a new dad during this Covid pandemic, I was worried about sending my newborn to daycare but the staff at kindercare made our transition so much easier. It’s such a great feeling knowing he’s in good hands with teachers that love and care for him, I also love that I get updates and pictures of his day through the app.

The center remains consistent, safe, clean, professional and fun. We sent our 12 year old to the center 9 years ago and the center remains functioning at the same if not better quality with our two year old now. Positive changes in way of technology have improved our overall experience. I highly recommend this facility to first time parents who are anxious and seasoned parents for the overall comfort in knowing their child is safe.

My three children have been attending Kindercare for over 3 years and i can not say enough!! The staff is super friendly and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns i may have. The learning is amazing and done in a fun, safe, and super clean environment! I absolutely love KinderCare and all of the teachers. My kids love going to school everyday! The staff and management at KinderCare West are certainly nothing short of spectacular. The caring and compassionate staff do an amazing job everyday. I was so nervous about starting daycare with my daughter but the staff made the transition seamless and now my daughter celebrates going in everyday! The team there all genuinely know and care for my daughter which makes me feel so much better that shes taken care of how I would want her to be. My daughter is also learning more than I could ever teach her (and I tried!), making so many friends, and constantly playing all day! I love that she gets the balanced meals and structure I know she needs at this stage. They all have become part of our family and are one of the biggest blessings to us! We love West Lake Kindercare!!!!

When my childs mother and I were looking for child care, we searched at least 10 different daycares and Kindercare on Westlake Rd is the only location that when we walked in, we instantly felt like our child was going to be safe, have a good education and, also make friends. The communication with the staff is always too notch. They have a wonderful and safe playground area behind the facility, spirit weeks were they have pajama day, sport teams day, super hero day and other things. Our daughter has been there for 5 years now and and its been easily one of the best decisions weve made!!!! If youre looking for childcare, look no further. When we moved last year, one of the most important things I was looking for in a daycare was trust. Knowing that your child is spending most of the day away from you and in the care of others can be scary, but when my son is at KinderCare, I never have to worry if he is safe and being well taken care of. The teachers and staff have created a fun and educational environment for him and he truly loves being there.

West Lake Kindercare has been amazing for our two older children! Our two year old loves daycare so much she is disappointed on the weekend that she cant go. We have such confidence in KinderCare, largely due to the constant communication from Director Erica and Assistant Director Angela, that we are planning to send our new baby as well and feel confident that he will be cared for lovingly.

This is a wonderful place! I don’t have to worry about my kids being safe and being cared for when I am at work. I actually went here for 6 years when I was a kid! Highly recommend!

My husband and I were new to the area when I was pregnant with our first child, Hayden. We were apprehensive to find a place to take care of our baby, especially since we are not close to friends and family. We toured the KinderCare here and fell in love almost immediately. We love that they have activities and crafts with the kids along with learning themes for the month. It was nice to know they also have a chef on site for her to try a variety of foods. The people there are amazing and we feel more than comfortable with them to take care of her as she grows and flourishes!!! The center also now uses a mobile app so throughout the day, I have access to pictures and videos as well as updates for what is going on. If we had to do it all over again, I would not change a thing!

Weve been with KinderCare for over seven years. The kids look forward to going to there in the mornings and I always get positive reviews from them upon pickup. KinderCare is great, but its the people who make it so special! Angela and Erica are awesome!

We have been using this center for almost 5 years. We have always been extremely happy with the level of care, caring staff, and safe environment. Cant imagine our kids going to any other daycare.

We take out little one to Westlake Kindercare while my husband and I work. The daily updates throughout the day (including pictures!), and the daily reports at the end of the day truly give us reassurance that she is truly being cared for! They are also great with communicating which is extremely helpful for a first time parent like myself!

My son has been attending KinderCare for over 6 years and I have had nothing but absolutely wonderful experiences with them! KinderCare makes it their top priority to ensure that my son is always taken care of and that I am always updated. He truly enjoys being there everyday and the teachers are beyond phenomenal!

This center has been nothing short of amazing over the last 3 years that our kids have been enrolled. They communicate well about how our boys days are going, reach out if any concerns are had and love on my kids. The app they use keeps us informed all day from what they are eating, when they are napping and pictures, thats my favorite part. During the pandemic there was alot of uncertainty but once they reopened I knew they were taken every precaution to keep my kids safe. Love Kindercare Westlake hands down !
