My kids have been going to KinderCare for almost a year now. The staff there is wonderful, and they go above and beyond to make sure my children are receiving the best care possible. My oldest daughter is in their Discovery Preschool room and absolutely loves going to school. They always have a variety of activities planned for the kiddos, and my favorite is they are great with sending me pictures throughout the day so I can see what they are doing. My twins are in the Infant Room. I was honestly so nervous sending my twins to a daycare facility during a pandemic, especially because they were preemies. When I found KinderCare my mind was at ease. The cleanliness of the center is phenomenal, they are so involved with my twins care, they send me updates and pictures all day long. The staff in the infant room are so caring and just all around amazing. KinderCare is an amazing daycare facility. The staff are professional and they really take the time to get to know each and every kid. My kids love going there.

My son started Kindercare toddler class last week. As like every other mom, I was very nervous. But the staff made me feel so comfortable. Teachers are very nice, professional ,friendly and caring. They are always willing to help. I love those pictures I get time to time regarding his activities. I really appreciate the time staff takes to listen and updates on the app.

My daughter absolutely loves kinder care. The teachers are very nice and friendly and my daughter learns something new everyday. They also have this app that’s lets you know what your child is doing which makes me feel Very comfortable. Thank you kinder care you guys are amazing.

I love this daycare! All my children have gone and my younger 2 have gone since 8 weeks old. From the infant room to the school age room it’s been a pleasant experience. My children love their teachers. Very clean and professional.

My children have been going to this center for a couple years. I love the staff, they are friendly and caring. My Children love going there and I know it is a safe environment for them. The enrichment activities are awesome and we feel like a part of the Kindercare family. Whenever I have questions they are always free to talk and work with me on anything including schedule changes and addressing my childrens needs.

The people who work at KinderCare have become like family. They place a significant emphasis on safety and they make me feel like they genuinely care about our daughter. Rachel, who heads the Holland Street center, is particularly responsive and efficient. We are super happy with our choice.

KinderCare has been wonderful! The entire staff from teachers to administrators is great to work with. When we had some behavior issues with our son they were very quick to set up time with us to discuss a plan and provide guidance and ideas for how to help him. I absolutely love (and appreciate!) the daily updates from the app, and how open the lines of communication are between KinderCare and us families. The center is bright and clean and they are constantly updating the themes of the rooms and billboards to keep kids engaged. We struggled with the cost when comparing to other centers, but its well worth it and Im glad we chose to send our kids here.

My daughter and nieces have been going there since they were about 6 months. Now they’re 3 and 5 and LOVE it there. The staff really care about the kids and they do tons of activities and teach them a lot. I could not ask for a better day care!! ☺️☺️

I actually went here for childcare when I was little and now 25 + years later, my kids are now attending. This goes to show you how dedicated and caring this center is about your children! All the teachers are wonderful and treat my child like there own while maintaining her well being and safety. It provides me great piece of mind when Im working, knowing she is being well taken care of. I would highly recommend them!!

Would definitely recommend, great teachers and administrators. My 2 year old learns so much during the time she spends there, comes home with new words. Love this daycare.

The staff are very friendly and my children enjoy going and learn new activities everyday. I would recommend if you want your child at a safe and friendly place to be at. Very responsive as well.

My daughter just started at this daycare a couple weeks ago and I was super nervous for her to be somewhere new but the staff here made us feel so comfortable and welcoming. The staff is SO friendly and nice as soon as you walk in the door. They keep everything so clean and especially during this Covid time. They send pictures and update you through the day on meals, nap ect. and its very comforting knowing my child is being well taken care of. I highly recommend this daycare!

They keep me updated throughout the day with pictures, videos, and meal updates through the Kindercare App which is awesome. When I drop my kids off I feel confident that they are safe and well cared for. The director is kind and always responds to my emails and questions quickly. I just cant say enough good things about this center!

We researched multiple daycares for our infant daughter, and Kindercare was our top choice. They have dedicated and responsible teachers. The facility is clean, bright and safe. Ive been thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of their care. Would recommend.

My child has been going to Kindercare for the last year and a half. As a brand new mother, it is hard to trust anyone that your child comes across, especially working a full time job. Every single person who works at this Kindercare has been nothing but nurturing, loving, gentle, enthusiastic, incredibly patient, kind, motherly, and supportive. I do not look at these people as employees, I see them as friends, even family. I continue to see my daughter thrive every single day because of them. Its true when they say it takes a village, and Kindercare is a part of my village.

My kids have been apart of kindercare for the last 7 years...The staff treat them as if they are family and if any problems arise they are quick to address them...My 2 year old loves it so much that she gets upset on the weekends when I tell her that she cant go to school to see her friends at that moment...

I can not express the overwhelming gratitude I have for the early childhood educators at the Downtown Erie KinderCare Learning Center. When I started in 2011 as their Preschool teacher, I quickly established a connection with the service values that KinderCare Education prides themselves on. Their values, their goals became mine. Fast forward two years, I became the Program Specialist and a mother. My son, who I was nervous to start, not due to my lack of trust in the company or my peers, but from my anxiety and guilt as a working mother, began his journey with KinderCare. There have been tremendous highs and successes as well as bumps in the road - However, every difficult moment was meant with a comforting and understanding moment that helped me and my son grow. Now, not only am I proud to be the new Center Director of this very special place in Downtown Erie, but my son is an adventurous, confident, and sincerely nurturing four year old. I very much owe that to the village that helped me raise him into a person i am confident will navigate the world with love, compassion, and understanding for others. Thank you, KinderCare.

Downtown Kindercare is an amazing center. The staff is friendly and truly care about the children. My school-age children get so disapointed when it is time to leave or they have to miss a day. They enjoy their relationships with their teachers and the friends they have made. My littlest one also has great relationships with the staffand is doted on. I feel confident she is receiving the care she needs while I am working and is given learning experiences-even at 7 months old!

My son started attending Kindercare this Summer. He has a speech delay and has not been around other children on a daily basis. Since he has been going, he has been more attentive, is eating better and is getting better to understand. Thanks so much to the staff at Erie, PA Kindercare!

Some good teachers but horrible director. A family member attended KinderCare and it was obvious that the bottom line was the directors only concern. She was too busy making sure that she didnt have too many stuff members per number of students to be concerned about the childrens welfare. There were times when my relative was not fed and other times when my relatives diaper was not changed due to staffing constantly being moved around and lack of training. Some of the staff members are good and caring but when a good teacher would raise a concern or make a suggestion she would be threatened with termination. The parking lot was a nightmare and someone is going to get hurt. People come and go in both directions and the director refuses to do anything about it. Add to that the teen mothers from the home for juvenile delinquents and it is no wonder that personal belongings get stolen. Attempts to contact the regional manager were unsuccessful because as long as the center is making a profit - corporate doesnt care about the quality of care. AVOID at ALL COST
