My first time there and I already know Ill be there a long time. The teacher was a perfect example of grace, fabulous teacher and definitely the perfect balance of yin and yang. He showed me how breath, and stretching and tai chi for all were connected to be as one. And then how it was the foundation for defense using a fluid, graceful and yes actually beautiful to see him just flow. Can wait to go again.
