Ellie was my hair dresser and she was super sweet and did AMAZING! I was unsure of exactly what I wanted, but I gave her my ideas, and she did more than I ever would have thought to do. Her instructor Dan was also amazing and very nice. He was very informative, and seemed to be very patient with the students. I was overall pleased and definitely do recommend

When I went in to get a consultation, the woman who did my hair was sweet and fantastic. However, the supervisor or whoever he was insulted my hair and almost made me cry right there on the spot. Ruined my experience because i felt self conscious and unhappy. Was also surprised when the cost of it was more than I expected, it wouldve been great if they had told me the price upfront.. again, great hair stylist, I forgot her name but she was very sweet, but please dont insult your customers, otherwise they wont come back...

I came there to get the yellow out of my hair. the guy ended up giving me a balayage, died parts of my hair a completely different blonde than the other, didn’t get my roots WHATSOEVER (still uneven and brown), and he didn’t let the toner sit it, so my hair is still yellow.

I have had my hair done here 2x now, Maddy and Lexus lightened my hair and corrected my hair from a previous job that was done at high end salon! They made my hair look amazing! Gabby brown gave me a cool pearl blonde tone and it turned out beautiful, I could not be happier with my service. The color instructor is a master colorist. She is amazing and very intelligent how color and tones work, to make a perfect tone and color! Its so affordable! The students and instructors are very talented and professional. I enjoyed my experience tremendously and could not be happier.

I absolutely LOVE being a student at Roger’s Hair Academy! It feels like a home and everyone is so welcoming and caring. They truly want the best out of everyone. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Plus, all of the students are so incredibly talented and the instructors are phenomenal.

Every time I came here as a client, the student stylist was amazing. The teachers are so helpful and kind. I had such an amazing experience that it cemented that this is the school that I wanted to come here. Everyone is sweet and amazing. Everyone tries their hardest at everything they do.

Took my kids in there for a haircut appointment at 10:15, my wife went in at 11:40 and they still werent done. With haircuts. 2 boys haircuts. How can you possibly even keep a kid in a chair for that long?

Nearly a year ago, I was in the shower trimming my sideburns when the guide on my clippers slipped and caused me to shave my head!!!! This was a Saturday morning! I called and they told me to come right over and they would do what they could. When I got there they greeted me and took me to a chair. They asked if it was OK to turn this disaster into a training opportunity for their students. I agreed and felt honored. They gathered around the students and 2 of the instructors proceeded to explain what could be done to minimize the damage. After a short while, I walked out with a FANTASTIC haircut and they did a great job of blending and matching both sides of my head! My wife was impressed too. I have been getting my hair cut at the East location ( on my way home) since. This school has been around for a long time and I can see why. They are professional educators and good at what they do.

Major Awesome♡My aunt got highlights and a cut, and a facial today too..... once again 110% Happy ..Pleased... Fantastic place to go, especially for a mens cut. Went to the east side school for a haircut, and while it wasnt bad, I wasnt happy with it. The student was relatively new. I then went to the barber location, and received a wonderful cut, at no charge because I paid at the other location. Great service, great experience. They coffee at the east side is awesome. You should check that out too.

The atmosphere is very professional. The students work great with the clients and it makes you feel welcomed. The manicures and pedicures are absolutely the best!

I absolutely love the color (balayage) on my hair! I went in with pictures of what I wanted and it was exactly what I imagined. Gabbi was very sweet and caring about myself, my elderly mother, and my 5 year old while I was there. Ther service was very affordable! Highly recommend!!!!!

I am a student here currently and I am so proud to be a part of Roger’s academy. I have had my hair done by a few of my fellow students at Roger’s east side and they have all done an amazing job. Tia was able to take my warm blonde toned hair to a wonderful ashy, cool blonde with the new toners that the school now carries. Faith always does a great job with my cuts and I’ve never loved my hair more.

I had been there a few times. I got a few really good haircuts. But the last time I went was the worst one. The guy who gave me a haircut was extremely rough with the back of my head. It was actually quite painful. He left a huge rash on the back of my head. I’ve spent a lot of money on creams and ointments to try to heal the rash but it’s still there after several weeks. I’m going to a doctor soon so they can look at it. So if you go, just be careful and say something if it starts to hurt.

My friend and I went in for balayages there and they got our colors completely wrong, charged us before we were able to see the finished result and also it was not very sanitary, they dropped the brush they used on me on the floor several times and kept using it without cleaning it.

As a soon to be graduate of Rogers, Ive recieved countless services from various students and I can wholeheartedly say Ive never been dissatisfied with any service Ive recieved from a fellow student. The instructors are always ready to jump in and help and with a positive attitude at that. Everyone is so uplifting, loving, and encouraging. Im very happy with my choice to attend this school just as you will be to get your hair done by any student here.

I happened upon Rogers by a happy accident. I was checking out the Barber Bistro coffee shop for some morning coffee while working. I also needed a hair cut and noticed the school. I scheduled an appointment (I do recommend calling ahead for an appointment as it is a school so available fluctuates) got a nice haircut by Summer. Definitely recommend.

Im a current Barber student, and i think this is a great place to get your hours for your certification.

TERRIBLE customer service. I scheduled an appointment. Showed up on time and the person supposed to do my hair didnt show, so someone else had to pick me up. I asked for a cut, my roots touched up, and some red lo-lights. 3.5 hours later, my hair looks exactly the same. No red to be seen. Roots still showing. It took them almost two hours just to do the foils and that was with two people working on them. One of the girls went to rinse some of my hair out from the earlier coloring she had done because it had taken. She uses a spray bottle of water to start rinsing my hair. She mumbles something about it being a weird color. A guy comes over sprays and smells the bottle. It was windex!! She was spraying windex in my hair. After its all said and done, no one apologizes or says anything and still charged me full price for essentially wasting my day. I called to complain and was told someone from the main office would call me and that they could fix my hair from me...4 days later, still waiting on that phone call. DO NOT GO HERE! I wouldve given them a zero score if I was allowed to do so.
