Sarah Hamilton did a phenomenal job doing my hair! She color corrected a green/blue to a beautiful blonde! She also did a chemistry treatment on my hair to make it soft and healthy again!!! I would definitely recommend her to anybody who needs work done on their hair. She also has great customer service and was so sweet I loved being her client.

I got my lip waxed and it was perfect. My stylist was Kobie Rolley. She also colored my daughters hair and it was beautiful

I received a layered haircut from Sammie yesterday and she was incredibly kind, professional, and good at her job :) It had been at least a year and a half since Ive done anything with my hair, and now it looks way healthier and way better than before. Sammie took her time and made sure everything was precise and perfect. Only complaint is that there is no place to put a tip in the credit card transaction receipt and I had zero cash on me Perhaps because they are students? It never crossed my mind not to tip until there wasnt an option to!Anyway, 5/5 stars to Sammie :)

Mallory W did a great job on coloring my eyebrows, tinting my eyelashes, giving me a chem treatment, and cutting and styling my hair. She was very friendly! Ive been here before and this was my best experience so far. Its quality hair care at a very affordable price. Id definitely recommend it!

I was there today getting my lashes done and I will say NEVER waste your money. Because the girl who did my lashes had a picture and it took her almost 3hrs they were supposed to have been volume and they have so many gaps. And the instruct came and looked and she was laughing to herself because she knew they looked horrible and I did not want to hurt the girls feeling but the instructor should have not let me walk out like that!! And then they had the nerve to ask for full price😂

I had my hair permed. During the processing time the instructor seemed to want to tell her something. I looked at it as instructing her. I wish he had gone ahead and addressed her in an appropriate voice. I understand they are learning and I appreciate a student that asks questions and an instructor that gives answers. Morganne did my hair today and i absolutely adore it! And Don was the one checking over everything and he was amazing as well! I cant tell you enough how much I enjoyed my experience there today! And im so grateful they listened to all my wants and concerns and now my hair looks beautiful!This is another post about Danielle from the salon professional academy.. She did my kids hair yesterday and wow!! She is so sweet and strong and listened to my kids and did exactly what they wanted.. Ive never had a stylist listen and ask my kids questions about their concerns and wants.. I was and am so incredibly gratful.. My kids were both smiling so big when they were with her and it almost had me in tears! What a wonderful place this is! Everyone ive met from there has just been above excellent!

Today I got my hair cut at the Salon Professional Academy of Evansville by my amazing stylist, Jazlynn Cates. Jazlynn used great and precise techniques while cutting my hair. She also used and recommended amazing Redken Hair products that made my air look nice. Jazlynn was also very personable and friendly, I had a great time chatting with her during my haircut. Tspa has amazing students, I would happily recommended getting your next haircut with Jazlynn or another student!

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go hereI wanted a reverse balayage, the color I wanted was an N4, N3 and the ends was suppose to be an ashy blonde.The girl dyed the back of my head the correct color, the front of my head BLUE BLACK!! Then the blonde was a mossy green colorSo the instructed had another student “fix it” the other student did a bleach wash twice which left me with orange roots!! I currently have patchy hair, three different colors with three different tonesI am astonished that these instructors allowed their students to do this to my hair. This is why Evansville has some of the worst hair dressers I have ever been toI am very disappointed in these instructors, they need to teach their students better!!

Three days before my wedding, I had an appointment at 5:30 p.m. for lash extensions. I was well aware this would take a couple hours, which it did.Instructor came in at the beginning to only make sure I filled out my paper work. Around 7:30 p.m. which was closing time, the instructor came in to see if student was about done with the lash extensions.Shortly after student finished my extensions, and when she said she was done, my eyes were LITERALLY GLUED SHUT!!!! I spent the next 2 hours of the instructor trying to pry my eyes open.It was the worst experience ever and extremely unprofessional. Instructor took my name and number and said she would make things right. I never heard from her or anyone from the academy.My eyes were so irritated and swollen, I even was unable to go to work the next day. Extremely upsetting and unprofessional on many levels.

I saw one of my friends who is currently a student post on Facebook that she had openings. I had an appointment scheduled for a relaxing facial and to get my eyebrows waxed. I received a text a couple hours prior stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to having a class her educator was making her attend instead of having a client. I was not offered a discount at Salon Professional Academy. I was offered a discount when this person has her own studio. I’m not sure what I this is teaching current students? To cancel relaxing facial appointments hours prior?

This place is a hit or miss, sometimes they do a good job but a lot of the girls are very rude! I called and see said just hang on and hung up on me! Also the last time I went the girl started straightening my hair wet and that is horrible for your hair! And went outside for three smoke breaks!! I was there for almost four hours and she was a senior student so you think she’d be pretty good.

Great experience always can come here for a last minute haircut. This time I had a wait, person that answered the phone must have not allowed enough time between clients. Im on a late lunch and it has been 15 minutes however Im willing to give them 10 more minutes but I have to get back to work. Never had to wait before. Beside this I love the students. She just came and got. 15 mins wait jot to bad and as I said before this is the first time has happened. Love this place.

My hair turned out great except she didn’t use heat protection which I was freaking out, but it was fine. I get that they’re a school and are still learning but I don’t recommend ever getting your makeup done there. I had a photoshoot so yesterday was my special day I wanted to get everything done. When I got home my whole face was burnt orange nothing matched my skin tone who could literally see where they put the bronzer it was bad, but other than that my hair turned out awesome.

Ive come here before to get my ends trims and I was very satisfied. So today I went back and it was a horrible experience. The lady who was doing my hair couldnt even blow dry my hair out to even get it trimmed. 3 people came and showed her how to do it and what she was doing wrong. You would think they would just have aoeone finish since they were more experienced. But no nothing was done and I knew the longer I sat the more she was going to damage my hair so I got up and left.

My niece, Madison Roberson, has done a variety of services for me and my family. She is very professional and loves what she does! I would recommend her and TSPA to all my friends and family.

Received a color correction after the worst dye job of my life. Whitney, with the short dark hair (just in case there are multiple), did an outstanding job. I was terrified they would judge me or laugh at my hair and they didnt. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Not to mention, my hair looks amazing. She turned a horrible day into a wonderful experience and I have to give her 5 stars for that.

Usually they do a decent job but I went in today and she butchered my hair. I literally have to go get another two inches taken off to fix it and make it even. My undercut is COMPLETELY crooked. She cut aHUGE chunk out of my bangs and didnt blend it or fringe it to frame my face like I asked. She also didnt do it to the other side so its SUPER lopsided. I feel like an instructor would have caught these mistakes but not once did a instructor/mentor come and check the job she did. I cried for two hours. Never going back.

Just because you have an appointment doesnt mean that you will be seen in a timely manner. Waited over 30 minutes past appointment time. Very disappointed. Saw several people who went ahead of us.

Getting my perm done here was like going to a spa. They take extra good care of you. But make sure you have extra time to allow for all the extras.
