Front desk attendant was awesome! Had my part as well

After years of poor service, the icing on the cake was a bill of over $5,500 for engine work. The truck drove three blocks down the street before the engine failed with white smoke in the exhaust and no power. The truck was limped back to the shop and we have had no satisfaction on the issue.I would recommend staying away from RWC International in Fairbanks.The Anchorage dealership is not much better since the last time the truck was taken there, the truck was driven less than 40 miles before the cooling system failed again and the truck needed to be returned to the shop. (This resulted in 3 round trips of over 600 miles each.)

The parts had to be ordered in but access to mechanical services was instantaneous. Knowledge, courteous and helpful staff. When you come here you feel right at home.
