The staff in the print department are wonderful

Braeton was a wonderful help looking for ink and hard drives, any time I look for tech stuff this is my first stop to ask questions and get recommendations.

The employees literally followed me around the store and acting as if I was shop lifting or something. Ignorant. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for any type of customer service...absolutely ridiculous. Especially when I’m spending money

I was purchasing a printer with ink included in the box. One sales guy popped out of nowhere and he handed me the ink at checkout told me I would need this ink cartage. Told the girl cashier the box read that ink is already included. She said thats if you have a subscription with them so you would need to purchase this. So I bought it anyways. So Im gonna go back and return that unnecessary ink purchase. Theres already one in the printers box and you can order it with a monthly subscription of $3 a month if you ever run out. SMH.

I went to get a new printer. The employee was very helpful about the product before i bought it. He went into details not just about the printer. I mean this employee was very smart about the ink of the printer. It was like walking into homedepot and getting information about the product. i didnt get the name of employee but it gave me confidence of going to stamples again and know about the product before i buy it. THANK YOU so much.

Normally this store is pretty good, but I called today and the lady at the print services did not want to help me at all. So what happened was a couple of weeks ago I saw a really cute sample of of their Christmas card designs and I forgot was the design was called. I call the store and ask if she can look at the sample and tell me the name of the design and she said all the designs are online. Like no s*it. You have HUNDREDS of pages of designs I wanted that specific one so I can just search it. Like what is wrong with this person. Take two seconds to help me and I will not bother you again, but now they will receive a bad review. This just happen on 11/10/2020 at 1:34pm EST. Such dum dums they have working there.

Computer tech associate was uninformed and misepresented product availability

The printing staff is wonderful, I had memorial cards printed a few weeks ago and I screwed them up, it was completely my fault. They helped fix them and were more than great getting them to me. I appreciated the empathy and compassion when I really needed it the most.

Needed supplies for a meeting. The good. They did have everything I needed. Check out staff both times was pleasant and very helpful. The bad. Out-of-date sales price tags still up which meant I needed to go back and planed to do an exchange. Clerk was nice and refunded me down to the sale price.The other bad. My next stop was Walmart and saw most of the things I bought at cheaper prices. What was I thinking?

Went to Staples on Sunday afternoon, did not have to wait for copier, though there were people waiting at print service desk.I had a mix of documents to copy, ie some were paper and some were on a thumb drive. Self serve copiers here required a credit or debit card.Copy area service people were great, helped me out, but have to ask for help, they are busy, rushing around etc. Gave me credit for bad copies.In the end brought my copies to Staples UPS desk for Next Day DeliveryWonderful experience

The store itself is a little pricey however I hate the way that the copy/fax center is run. The internet speed is way too slow and the timer for computer usage is too fast... It seems as tho its set up to spend more money than you expect. I spent over$10 just to open up my email and print something out??? CRAZY AND SUSPICIOUS! Its staples center they should have fast hi speed internet and a computer timer in real time...😒

This is the only place in Fall River where Ive found college-rule composition notebooks. Very sturdy binders, useful stickers and sticky notes, calendars, comfy chairs, shelving, affordable printing... Whenever I need any kind of office supplies, I walk or take the bus to go here first. Good quality, good prices, good service. And awesome cashiers. ;3

The people who work there are so nice and helpful and if you need help they do their best. You can find almost everything you need there for office or school and you can also fax, copy, send and receive paperwork there. If you get a Staples card its a great help . Theres a big parking lot out front and wheelchair parking and enterance.

I dont like having to use my credit card just to get some printing done. The machines wont take cash and they wont even take a Staples gift card. Also, these printing places not just Staples but others have a monopoly on printing. You cant get printing done anywhere else and they close early on Sundays! Its just not very convenient to get your printing done. Other than that the service is very good and I will shop here in the future but Ill be prepared.

Dear Staples, please stick printing & office supplies as that is what you do best. My husband brought his laptop in was told we had to leave it there was not ready when promised. And then we ended up taking back home and finally fixed ourselves.😕🙃😕

I came to print ~25 pages and the desk staff basically told me they didn’t know how to do anything because the only knowledgeable person called out sick (I heard them telling customers the same on the phone).I tried using the self-service Mobile Print enabled” copier and it’s so slow that I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and only half of my documents have printed.At this point, the copier experienced an error and is stuck on this “Cancelling your job” screen and I can’t exit it. I’ve written this entire review while waiting for the equipment to become responsive.

I would avoid this Staples location if at all possible. I called to inquire about having a document printed for a presentation, on quality paper. The representative in the print shop stated they had the paper, as well as the availablity to print the document when I arrived. I reiterated the importance of having it printed while I was at the store and the representative again cheerfully stated they would without question be able to accommodate me. When I arrived at the store the woman working in the print shop stated I would need to come back at 6 P.M. the following day, which was 24 hours later. I informed her of the previous conversation I had with a representative in the print shop regarding the necessity of having the document printed promptly, which was met with a complete lack of concern or helpfulness. Next stop, OfficeMax in Dartmouth.

Busy place but was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Lots of parking and helpful staff.

Old Team was awesome new team is trash literal garbage evidently no one knows what a release code is anymore couldn’t even print a ups label it’s cool I’ll find a similar business to accommodate my printing needs for my business

Had to mail a package. They were very helpful. Surprisingly not very busy. So dont wait too long.

Dont go there if you plan on printing anymore they charge you 2.00 to use there computer if you email or have a flash drive with a document. That is crazy better off going to the library or having a friend do it i am so mad that i needed to print 1 paper and they charged me 2.00 unreal!!!!!

Do not buy anything other than pens & paper here. The tech staff are the used car salesmen of the extended warranty world. They dont care what you get so long as you pay them to set up your device (spoiler alert: you are smart enough to do it yourself) and buy an extended warranty that (spoiler alert) you will never need. Oh the lies these people spew to intimidate you into wasting your money! Here is an unsolicited quote from salesmans mouth on 3/1/15: within one year, the batteries on all these laptops will die. Haha salesman, you are too funny. He was grooming me for the sales pitch before Id even decided on a product. No wonder Staples is going belly up.
