This one is the best in Fall River. The shelves were full.. Loaded with Halloween 🎃 and Thanksgiving decorations 😋. Getting a new cooler system in right now...It was very clean and my cashier was very friendly 🙂 too!!!

The staff is the worst of any retail place in this entire city! I speak English, Portuguese, Spanish and French so when they talk sh!t about the customers in Spanish yes hun I understand every word! They also need to learn how to bag properly because if my stuff breaks due to them overstuffing everything into one bag, yall are gonna replace it!

Same story every time. Nowhere near enough open, staffed registers for the amount of folks in lines.The folks on the floor need to stop organizing, & start taking cash.Pretty simple.

This location has stepped it up entirely within the store itself things are nicely and clearly displayed. Now what I didn’t like was there were about four employees just walking around the store or sitting in the front with only two registers opened an about six people waiting in line. Hopefully this will improve.

You have to come to this place, everything you need for any occasion, no doubt on it, theyre 👌 💯 the best in town.

What appeared to be a manager told me and my mother that the first hour was for seniors only. This is not posted ANYWHERE. My mother was the OLDEST PERSON IN THE STORE. My mother is a SENIOR. If she is too young for senior hours, how old must you be?! There were all of 5 people in the store. There was no need for her to make my mother uncomfortable. Needless to say, I will never take my mother back to this branch

Love this store, especially the frozen food freezer. I found some vegan spring rolls whixh is hard to find. They have many frozen food items to chose from. This store is very clean and in order, easy to find what you arw searching for. We will be back!

This Dollar Tree is nice but the employees could talk to you, they just talk amongst themselves

The employees are unprofessional. They swear in front of the customers. I witnessed an employee yelling at a customer in front of the store. Ive also witnessed 2 employees having a screaming match in the store in front of the customers. And these are all seperate instances. I go there as little as possible now.

That place is a hot mess. No one pays attention to you the customer service is so/so. Everything is everywhere, and when you do see the workers trying to clean up theyre just getting called back to the front to help with the lines.

This place has 0 customer service! If I could give this location no stars I would! There are never enough associates in there to meet the demand. I was just in there trying to get balloons and there was one person working with a line looping down an isle and a half! I had to wait in the check out line for the one associate to finish the customers waiting to cash out before she could help me blow up balloons then I had to wait in line again to cash out! Ridiculous!

This is my favorite store! Im amazed at what you can get for a dollar. I love the cards and gift wrapping, the craft supplies, the stickers, office supplies, paper towels and toilet paper, name brand dish soaps, holiday decorations, fancy paper plates and napkins, wooden spoons, coasters, picture frames, wall art, toys, plastic bags and wrap, trash bags, name brand aluminum foil, V05 shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste, nail polish and snacks to name a few. The people who work there are very pleasant as well.

They did not post anywhere on the building or online that they had special hours for seniors and proceeded to keep kicking guests out who tried to shop between 8-9 instead of posting the hours are limited to seniors during that time

Everything is $1.00. I have never found anything for more than $1. There are brand names and off brand names. Some times the stock is sporadic. Some items are OK deals but some are excellent. My favorite beverage will or wont be on the shelf when I go. I get reading and sunglasses there for a dollar and if they get scratched I throw them out. There can be long lines when it gets busy but the cashiers are always pleasant.

Who doesnt love Dollar Tree? I cant walk in here without spending at least a $20, even if I need only a few items. One can find hundreds of bargains here & a lot of made in USA items too. Keep America Great, BUY USA at Dollar Tree!!!

Always organized. They do a great job at keeping the store clutter free. And the employees are always very nice and helpful!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Store is messy and dirty one lane open with a line all the way around the back. They need some serious training on customer service cooperate will also be getting a phone call.

I absolutely love this store! Theyve had some unexpectedly great steals lately. Who doesnt like saving money especially these days.

Its a small but nice store

Was unable to navigate one entire aisle due to 3 employees sitting on the floor restocking shelves with empty boxes lining the aisle. The 3 employees should have been working on keeping that lane clear instead of having a chat fest while they pretended to be working. I dont know where the management was but this is something I have never run into in this store before.

My little secret to get cleaners, cards, find some great finds like crafts and wrapping paper. I try to keep it to a $20 minimum but you never know what your going to find like food 😊 Right Bernie 👌My friend loves there frozen section, shrimp, spicey beef burritos, and pepper cheese 💯 ✔

Get things for a dollar each mostly. Not the highest quality but you may find something nice or convenient and save yourself money

Love how the hours of operation on the door say theyre open till 10 pm. Went there at 950 exactly and the doors were already locked..literally just wanted to grab a cold pepsi..smh

The place is dirty and poor customer service

The only problem I have ever experienced here is the customers. They allow their children to run wild as though its a playground while they shop. Also there are only a few shopping carts, but thats the customers too, they take them home and never return them.

They were not stocked up enough with just about anything but food, no offence who wants food from the dollar store?(j.s, lol).Anyway the lines where only open with 2 out of ten and there most definitely racist the one on Quarry st only hires Dominican woman and others but not white people but 3 Ive seen and they were rude. Well 2 out of three were, thanks lady and I am just so sick of there disorganized store and there employees who speak another language when they know your American. I could go in but God Bless these pple in this fd up store...

Cheap products but you pay so little its worth it. Especially good for paper and plastic party needs. Larger selection than normal dollar stores.

Poor management. Messy store. Dirty bathroom. Long line for a Monday and to make matters worse, our cashier took six minutes to blow up 3 balloons for a customer, during which three more customers got in line. It isnt his fault; its store policy.

You always walk in here to get one or 2 things and walk out with at least 10. Thankfully, its the Dollar Tree, so it doesnt set you back too much. They have recently added an extensive freezer and refrigerated section, and you never know what youll find there. My only complaint about this location is that they often only have one register open, so lines can get long.

Buy Damn Good Merchandize for a Dollar, Store carries alot of different items that people are not aware of. Its one of my favorite stores to shop at.
