Consistently a poor experience! 1st visit: It took the young lady 20+ minutes to print about 20 sheets of paper. I was the only customer at the Copy and Print desk, and there were no special request. Simply printing copies of a pdf from an email.Second visit: Im informed of a new policy to charge 2.50 for any print jobs under 2.50 at the Copy and print desk. Not all Office Depots do this. However, I can see it being necessary when the desk is crowded and there are simple request that can be handled without customer service, but not when there are two to three employees at the desk watching you wait in line for the next self-serve printer to come available.Third Visit: My printer died and I had to return to this location to print another document. After waiting about 20 minutes in line for self-serve printers I ended up helping the customer ahead of me as no one in a red shirt seemed to notice her need for help. (Again, not busy in the store) Now Im doing the job they wanted to charge me for. Unacceptable!!!I finally complained that they cant both charge me for customer service and leave customers to help other customers.

They got some good variety of office products and some things are always great in the clearance areas. I have always had got some great deals.

Evelyn, the sales associate (thinking back, I think shes a manager) was very helpful and kind. I was going to buy a small can of cleaning duster but after talking to Evelyn, she convinced me to buy the bigger can. My first time going to that Office Depot, encountering Evelyn made a good first impression, would shop there again!

Last time I stop hear! I will definitely go out of my way to another store. Asked for some assistance on making some copies and was told just look at the instructions. Great customer service ;)

I went to Best Buy originally looking for computer help because mine was not working; they were no help and then I came to the Office Depot. The worker spent time resetting my computer and making it sure it could work and charge. I don’t know his name but he was a great help!!

Got in to buy ink. No ink was in rows, just markers saying find a helper...So I tried, noone is around in the whole store.Just one person at the desk and he was busy...And no ink combo (color and black) was in store...super sad

Found someone to help me find what I was looking for. There were some nice end-of-year clearance items, too. The store was clean and parking was easy. Outstanding customer service! I got in and got out--I love when that happens!

The store is well Stocked and has Friendly Staff!

This is an excellent location with very friendly staff. I needed a good bit of help from the FedEx Center in printing out a picture for a frame for Christmas. The service manager, Eric, was very patient and very helpful. In the end having taken up well over 45 minutes of his time, my print only cost me a few dollars. I was stunned and pleased. If you need help, with printing or FedEx or anything like that, definitely go to this location.

Bought 2 chairs for almost 200 each. One was fine when put together. The other was crooked. Dont buy desk chairs here.

The store has a good selections of products. However, there customer services is a hit or miss. Sometimes it is good other times you cannot find anyone to help you or there is one person checking everyone out.I went here one time to use the self-service copy machines and I wont go back. The machine was awful. The employee ended up giving me the copies for free but the paper was warped.If you need everyday merchandise like index cards, envelopes, pens or pencils go to Target. The prices are very high for these everyday items compare to Target.

Needs corporate to come! Went in to try out office chairs and was almost knocked down by Horrible toxic smell of mold. Tried for 2 mins to find a chair and I started having an allergic reaction to the mold smell. Was worried if I did buy a chair it would also smell. I worry for the employees who are breathing this everyday!

Their customer service sucks, don’t go to this place if you need anything urgent because their associates can not multitask. You have to wait longer until they are fully available, they don’t have enough product knowledge or their promotions. I was always able to use any of their computers to print off any document but this location makes you wait so an associate can print off your documents for you and make to email them your pertinent documents. It’s ridiculous.

Bad customer service.......

This is the most incapable group of employees I have ever encountered at an Office Depot. We waited over an hour to be served while three workers behind the counter talked and one who was sort of working tried and failed to work the equipment. And his efforts were obviously not fully engaged as he was carry on in the conversation. One appeared to be the manager. I tried to buy water and was redirected to another cashier although there was no apparent reason. And other customers left from not being served. The place is a joke and a disgrace to Office Depot who, in our part of the world, has a great reputation of great service.

Well organized store with staff walking around to help. Good clearance options at the front of the store but the checkout lines move very slow.
