They are hard to get up with. The web said they are open but after you see their hours of operations, then it says for veterans day may reflect. Why dont you just say it a paid holiday. You have parents running all over the place. Wasting money on rides to other locations you said we could take them to during teacher workday. Now we have to miss work because we were not properly informed.

I am a little confused on this program. My son attends ECE and I was told that if at least 3 parents or set of parents from our school showed interest in having before school care, then we could have it opened..., but this is today 18 SEP 2019. During the summer when I asked about this, I was told that the program wasnt possible at his school. Well I am one parent, out of many, I am sure from the number I see after school, who would like a morning program. Thank you.

My experience going into the office was a very unprofessional one and always is no matter The person I speak with. The two ladies that were at the front desk continued with their conversation as I walked even as I stood in front on them there was no sense of urgency or implication that they wanted my business luckily this isnt the staff that will be actually watching my child but it does speak volumes on the quality of employees that are hired. There is a rare chance you actually get someone when you call forcing you to go into the unwelcoming environment as they do not return phone calls this is a place you can definitely judge by is appeareance

Ms. Cloud at Stoney point elementary is the best primetime counselor!!!! Others need more training and patience!!!

Ive always had excellent interactions with the ladies in the front office as well as Mrs. Beverly, especially after DSS interfered and ruined a LOT of things. These were the only people to help me correct DSS pure screw up and get everything settled. Would highly recommend. The convenience of not having to shuffle kids to another place after school and even morning care and all day care is just awesome. The site directors Ive come into contact with in the 4 years now I have used Primetime have all been excellent (especially Mr. G). Well worth the fees. I have two children who attend after school care and all day care when its offered school is closed.
