I absolutely loved this driving school. I was anxious about driving and she made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything perfectly. I took her class years ago and still remember all her driving tips and pass them along to others. Thanks so much!

My teenager attended B & L Driving School over the summer. Miss Hope was very accommodating - since we ended up having to reschedule unexpectedly. Mrs. Hope was able to get him in another class with not too much trouble. I had heard nothing but good things about Mrs. Hope from my son. I would recommend them to friends and family with no hesitation. He passed on the 1st try! Thank you, Mrs. Hope.

Ms. Hope is hands down the best teacher for teens!!! My son has done excellent driving since taking the class last December and getting ready to sign my other son up this year!!! Worth every cent of your investment for private lesson and then some!

I can now relax and watch them from the passenger side. They drive very well to be beginner drivers. Their father was very impressed. We have one more to bring in a couple of years. Terribly unprofessional. She was late to the very first class with no explanation or notification. My daughter said that her personal children and spouse interrupted every class and that she spent most of her time tending to their needs. Unorganized and unable to schedule my daughters driving time. I had to contact her to schedule and when we finally pinpointed a time, she cancelled at the last minute saying she ate something bad. I had to track her down again to reschedule. She finally offered responded, offering new times on a Thursday, I responded on a Sunday and didnt hear back from her; I text her the day of only to find out that she gave the times away to another student without confirming with me. Terrible customer service. When I called her out on her unprofessional behavior she responded with an attitude and then continued to text me nonstop to defend herself and her actions, demanding respect, etc, etc.... I repeatedly asked her to stop. She then refused to continue my daughters drivers education and gave me an arbitrary refund based on a made up calculation. In the end, I will have to pay someone else to complete her driving to the tune of $300.00. Go somewhere else! While she seems kind, she obviously has too much on her plate to run a business competently.

Ms. Hope is awesome! I passed my drivers test after taking two lessons with her. She was very patient with me and also encouraging. I was so nervous about parking, let alone parking straight without hitting another car, and under her instruction, the first park I made was perfect! She was on time for her lessons and accomdating to my schedule. I would highly recommend!!
