When the staff is available to answer the phone, they take the time to give very detailed information with lots of patience. The lady that spoke to me was very thorough, attentive and nice.

The lady on the phone was catching an attitude with my mom. And they was no help I recommend going up to the place or talk to the coordinator!

I just called their office because the webpage is down. The lady on the phone was very polite and explained what was going on for COVID issues and why the webpage was down for updates.After looking at the reviews, I said I was pleasantly surprised. She said the person who previously worked there was responsible for the bad feedback. The issue has been resolved.

Terrible experience. The staff is super rude and they don’t offer any help. One lady that I was on the phone with as soon as she opened her mouth she got defensive. They can’t tell you a exact date for anything and I’ve been calling for 5 months. When your a phone operator you should know the tactics and how to reason with the person on the other line. absolutely ridiculous
