Let me go back to last month when my sons pre-k teacher was fired for, in my sons words, taking the bad kids in the bathroom and slapping their hands, as punishment. I later found out that this was true.. They had tuna sandwiches EVERY SINGLE DAY for lunch and cheerios and peaches EVERY SINGLE DAY for breakfast. I went to drop my son off this morning and there was a note on the door that read Dear parents and guardians, We are very sorry but Guardian Angel Childcare will no longer be able to continue providing childcare for your children. Effective today, we will be shutting down for the summer. WE have faced a series of challenges and we feel for the safety if your children the need to revamp the facility, We will be closed for a period of time while we get the resources together to provide a safer and healthier environment for the children. Management. I was not given any prior notice of this and am paid up for another 2 weeks. This place couldnt be anymore of a joke!!! I would pick my child up and he would be FILTHY on days that they didnt go outside to play. The facility smelled of feces and if you listened at the door before walking in you could hear the teachers screaming at the children who were all in tears crying. The people they hire are all 20 something, uneducated, and very unkempt. They need A LOT more than a revamp. On top of that I once looked at the Directors wife while she was talking and she turned to me and said Do I say something to you? in a condescending manner. They are rude and do not run a christian based facility as they claim. I cant tell you what to do, but I would NEVER send my children to this place.. Not after all that Ive seen happen in the last 60 days. An aweful place run by awful people.

This place is a joke! They are rude, unorganized they hire teachers that are nothing more than young girls who look like they roll out of bed to be drug to their job they hate and sit on their butt and complain about how loud or bad the kids are. Every time i picked up my child he was in a different room with a different person. They try to make you pay for things that get broke. Knowing that its a daycare things will get broke, they will claim you didnt pay your weekly fee. You argue because you know better and threaten to bring proof they then all a sudden found it. They are judgemental and try to tell you how your doing wrong as a parent bc of what your kid may do or say. Every time i have gone in later evening half the staff are outside smoking on the side of the building and my Pre k child is in the infant room. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone!!!!!! Ask around lots of people will tell you the same or worse!
