As a first time parent I was scared to put my son in daycare but we made the right decision back in November with picking Sunshine House on Ramsey Street. My son loves all the staff and kids. He gets super excited about going and that makes me happy. I love the events that they hold for the holidays super cute and fun for the families , I would definitely recommend this daycare to all my friends and family!

My 2 babies have attended this facility and I would like to thank Mrs.Sandy, Mrs. Crystal , My 1yr olds morning and evening Teachers for all they have done to help and their patience this was my first facility while moving to Fayetteville and they are excellent.. Thank you for all you have done!!

When we moved to Fayetteville I was so nervous about finding a center for my son. My two year old was very attached to his last teacher in Virginia. Being a military family is never easy but the show must go on . When we toured this location we immediately felt like we were at home. The director Ms Sandy is so warm, loving and attentive. The teachers have been absolutely phenomenal from day one. I always feel like my son is learning and safe. I love this place . Sunshine House Ramsey Street is the place to be !!

Ms. Woods and the other educators at the Ramsey Street location are professionals beyond reproach. My wife and I are technical and managerial professionals, so we recognize effective implemented principles when we see them. Our child enjoys attending his daycare every day, and I know its because of the empathetic and courteous staff there. We trust them implicitly with the daily care of our son, and I have passed on that assurance to other friends that have placed their child in the care of Ms. Woods and her staff. Keep doing great!

Wish there were more stars for this place. All the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I get a report card every day, telling me what my daughter has learned, what food she ate, and what they did for activities. They offer nutritious meals, and snacks. The classroom teachers and helpers are AWESOME!! The administration is organized, and efficient!! This place is worth every dime!! Great work, ladies!

My children have been at the Sunshine House the past two years. They attended summer care and before/after school care. Their summer program is truly awesome! They have great activities and trips planned throughout the summer. We appreciate everything the staff and center have done to make the kids feel welcomed these past two years. We are sad to leave but wish everyone the best of luck! I recommend this center to anyone looking for school-aged care. I’m sure the rest of their age groups are just as wonderful!

This place is amazing! The staff is attentive and friendly, the teachers are very engaged with the children, and my son has no problem being dropped off. He doesn’t even turn back to look at me when I leave, but when I pick him up there’s always a smile on his face. The app they use is also very useful so I always know what’s going on with my son.

Ms. Woods and Ms. Crystal are amazing! All the staff have been nothing but good to us. This was my childs first ever daycare and she loves it!

Great leadership truly makes a difference. I have read over the reviews and I have to absolutely agree that this center is one of the best.... our daughter is 8yrs old and she looooooves this place she attended after school care last year for a short time and during the summer we as parents were going to enroll her into another camp, but she was not having it she insist that she wanted to go back to the Sunshine house.Martinique and her staff there is amazing with those babies they treat them like there own. They need more stars.

My two little ones go to the Sunshine house, welcomed with open arms the director Ms. Woods and assistant director Ms. Crystal will make you feel like family coming home every day you and your kids walk through those doors. Each and every staff member in this location are dedicated to their work and your children. They have learned SO much in the few months they have been attending this daycare, they go on some great field trips, the zoo, museums, pools, fire stations and other locations. My kids love coming to daycare and seeing their friends. My kids trust these wonderful folks, and so do I. Understanding to lifes situations, Ms woods will make sure your kids and family are okay and finally, one of the best things a mom can hear Ms. Woods will tell you every and any time..she doesnt have bad kids, she has kids. They treat your children as their own. Coming back to the Sunshine house was the best decision I could have made for my kids, finally they feel wanted and loved from others, excepted by their peers, and embraced by some incredibly kind people. Compassion, simple as that.

I have recently celebrated my first year anniversary as Center Director of this childcare facility. I am proud to say that I feel valued and empowered as a leader in my school and community by everyone in the Sunshine House family. Each individual that I have had the pleasure to work with truly care for and respect the children and families that we partner with everyday to build a better world!

My son has been going here since he was 10 weeks old. I just had a daughter last month and she will also attend here. The staff and director are welcoming and loving to the kids. When I pick up my son, he tells me about his day and how much fun he had! I love how the two year old room helps with potty training, and that they use music and sign language throughout the day. I feel that he is getting a solid foundation of the knowledge he’ll need to be successful in the future. Also, as a teacher, I take him out for the summer and re-enroll him each fall. I’ve never had an issue.

My son goes to daycare here and he has a wonderful time. He is always excited to see his teachers and I have never had a problem with the facility. what matters the most is that the children are in a safe environment, they are learning, and they are having fun. They also have a check in/check out system and a passcode for the door. So I feel safe leaving him there. I can say they meet my very high standards.The new director there is doing an excellent job. The only downside would be the change from offering the twos free diapers, but that wasnt a huge deal. It just means you choose the quality of diapers you want for your child and bring them to daycare. I definitely recommend them!

Staff is very sweet and helpful. My infant is always well taken care of and either happy or asleep when I pick them up. The diaper service and military discount are very helpful!

As a full-time student and wife in a military family, this place is one of the few locations open at early hours, a reasonable cost, and have everything daycare for a four-year-old should have. I have never had any problems, I really enjoy this place. There are some daycare providers on premises who I feel should be in another occupation, but 99% of the other providers are caring and responsible. My son loves it there, and I like that they have hours convenient for military families.

I called and spoke with Crystal regarding getting some information for how the center works with newborns. I let her know I would be needing care starting March for my 8 week old and I was nervous for him to be in someone else’s care. She probably was really busy but took the time to discuss the center and the infant room over the phone with me. The following week my husband and I went to tour the center. We meet crystal in person and she went over everything and showed us the infant room. We met Ms. Tiffany and she seemed very nice and the little babies looked happy. I stayed in there a little while just to watch and see how she interacted with the kids and neither of them seemed bothered by my 1000 questions or rushing us. I’m still nervous about putting my little one in others hands but I’m happy to get him started here and they have lessened my nerves a little. Thanks Guys!The Ballington’s

I went in this morning to go get my son registered, and everyone were so nice and respectful, I love the program they got and knowing I can trust them,

I visited the daycare today and loved it. I will be moving my kids to the Sunshine House ASAP. 🤗

Not terrible but definitely not the best. My review is based solely on my experience. 1.)The door was not closed properly on multiple occasions when I went to pick my child up which made me feel uneasy about the security of the building. The door being locked in my opinion should always be monitored. 2.) I would get a weekly statement via email for different amounts each week, pay accordingly and then get hit with another email saying that I owed money. When I brought this up to their attention, It was explained to me that there was a fluctuation because of days in the month. Which didnt make sense to me. 3.) I was unaware that we could not pay cash for the weekly care, so I would put it in a envelope and turn it in. After a couple times of doing this, with no face to face contact to tell me this was not an acceptable form of payment, the day after a payment a sign was put out on the front door about not paying in cash. Someone could have just told me! I appreciate directness. 4.)The last straw for me was after weeks of always paying on a tuesday sometimes wednesday but never a day later, I was told If I didnt pay that same day (which was my intention) my daughter could no longer attend. They have late fees that I was aware of and when asked if this was just me being told this or if this was the same rule for every parent, I was told Id have to speak to someone else about it. I felt singled out and having never missed a payment nor caused any headaches. I feel I should have gotten a better explanation. Mediocre.

My daughter had been with a personal nanmy for 2 years, so I was a bit nervouse putting her in a daycare. I researched, and toured The Sunshine House and loved the staff. Their director, Martinique Woods, was informative, and is amazing. Our daughtet loves going there everyday. She is definitely cared for. The constant communication, and response to our daughters needs is great as well.

My friends child went here and it was always something new. Lazy teachers, dirty areas, broken baby equipment and unexplained marking on the child’s body. I would advise you choose somewhere else.. for your child’s sake!

This is the best place to take your kids and work whtout having to worry .my son loves it ! they have a great director mrs Cheryl! always happy making the environment even better ,very polite and the best thing she loves her job and loves children!

Its a horrible place. I would advise people not to put there child in this place. My child was in the center June 2017-November 2017. My child was biten by ants and no adult told me. So when I got home My child told me what happen (4 year old). So I ask the Director (who was very unprofessional) what happen and why I didnt get a report or a call. She had big bites 5 on her leg from scratching. The director blamed me. She stated that they didnt have ants at the center and it happen at my home. I told her that a staff member was there and said that she saw my child yelling in pain and crying. I didnt receive a call accident report (until 2 days later), or an apology for the accusation.The final straw was when the Director question my child in an unappropriate way with leading questions in regards to an allegation that a worker thumbed my child in the mouth(the worker was put on leave). As someone who has worked with prek through high school students, currently working in the middle school sector, and taken courses in child development (psychology) and counseling education . She wasnt train to question children that age(I felt) and after a few days of her being with my child she (the director) called me in her office with my child and told me shes been talking with my child. She started asked leading questions and acting the incident out with my child there and me watching in horror. This is not how you question a 4 year old. So shes been questioning my 4 year for days before any investigating took place from headquarters and the state. I was upset that I put trust in them to be professional and to take care of my child. They let me and my child down. I will say the person I talk to from headquarters was very professional, nice, and showed neutral emotions (which made it easy to talk to her).

Horrible please safe yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. They are understaffed and the employees hate their job. They also dont accept anyone that has disabilities which is against the A.D.A. There is a reason they have no wait list GO TO KINDERCARE or another establishment that accepts anyone and has hired people with degrees and training.

I wish I could give them more stars because they are the absolute best daycare in town...my daughter was attending another daycare and she cried for 2 months and we thought that maybe she was still going through separation anxiety. We left them and was scared to go back to another day care but we came across Sunshine House and my daughter cried for a week and got over it... you always want to know how your child is doing when their away from you. They send notifications every time she has a diaper change, when she eats, and they also send a picture of her and let us know how she is doing. Ms. Crystal and Martinique plays no games when it comes to their babies. If something is not right their automatically on it and will inform you about everything instead of waiting until the last min. Here is the kicker, they supply pampers and wipes for the kids and that helps out so much. If your looking for a peace of mind while your working I will definitely recommend this day care!!

The worst experience ever, over charging an very unorganized. The teachers are even worse they dont have patients or the right attitude to be working in childcare I would NOT RECOMMEND YOU TAKING YOUR CHILD
