If you want to pass your NC Real Estate Broker exam, I 100% recommend GG Real Estate School with Julielynn! She only teaches what you NEED to know to pass the exam, so do not be offended when she tells you “that’s not on the test.” I love how she doesn’t play games and doesn’t baby anyone; we’re adults and she hold us to adult standards. You need to read, you need to practice math problems, YOU need to do the work. Very small class size, which is great because she can attend to everyone. What I love most though, is that she teaches you the RIGHT way to be a Broker. I can’t say enough good things about Julielynn; just sign up already!!

Julielynn is an exceptional instructor, she really takes her time to make sure each student is understanding the material. She truly care’s about her students! If you follow her instructions and you do what she instructs and participate you will have no problem passing the class. It was an absolute pleasure to be in her class. I highly recommend!!

This school is where you should go! If you need a teacher who’s willing to help you one on one.... on things you may not understand! She seems to understand that people perceive a little different and learn at different speeds which is very helpful....I also have to mention the complimentary healthy snacks to help get you threw a long day in class. My advice is sign up!

I really like the location of the school. Also, the instructor is very knowledgeable and explains the lesson well. I am finishing up on my post licensing course and will definitely take my CE classes here as well!

Ms. Julielynn has been by far the best teacher I’ve ever had. She was patient with the students as we all tried to navigate through the Covid 19. She kept us updated, sent quizzes and made the transition to virtual learning so easy!She makes sure that your are prepared and knowledgeable to pass the exam the FIRST time! I took a post licensing course at GG Real Estate School in December 2019. I plan to take my last one at the same school. Julielynn is knowledgeable, kind, and makes the class flow well. The school is comfortable, easy to schedule, and easy to get to. For students coming from Moore County- this location was 25 minutes closer than my Raleigh options. Thanks!

JulieLynn is the best! This is a great school to take this course, I have taken the same class previously at another school and I feel like JulieLynn keeps things on a need to know for the test basis in the best way. Shes hilarious too and answers questions we have along the way. It doesnt matter how you learn, she tries to figure out the best way to help you understand it. I fully intend to do my Post classes here in the near future!
