When you spend $450+ on a class, you expect the instructor to be top notch. Especially a course that expects you to cram information from the size of a telephone book over the course of 30 days. An instructor who stands infront of the class and mainly gives information that can be read straight from the text book, doesn’t make me feel good or confident about my $450 investment for the class. The facility and .50 snack accommodations are nice. The staff and instructors are very nice as well. But the the instructor actually being able to communicate the information effectively to each person and all learning styles needs to be more accommodating. When majority of the class are scratching their heads during and after each lecture there is a problem.

JulieLynn is an amazing instructor! It is a shame people who refuse to focus in class and do their homework feel justified in leaving bad reviews.JulieLynn doesn’t sugar coat; she expects adults to behave like adults and anyone who knows her knows her motto is, “all we care about is green.”And don’t rattle chip bags.

Best Real Estate school in town and among the best in the state. Terry teaches our continued education every year assuring we have the most knowledgeable agents in town. I would highly recommend Terry Farr Real Estate School to anyone who is looking to become an agent or in need of additional training.

Dont take class with Julielynn as an instructor you will definitely be wasting your time and money. Horrible

When I decided to spend my money on RE instruction, I should have just sent a check to Travis Everette because thats where the instructor told us to go! I learned more from watching Travis videos than sitting in a class with a racist instructor for 6 weeks! I should have just taken Trumps RE class, at least I know how he feels about me before I walk in!!! Wish I had the substitute instructor every day!! Would have been worth the 2 hr drive every day!!!
