On Aug 14, 2021, my wife and I visited the store hoping to purchase a desk chair. After finding one we liked, it wasnt in stock but was told that we could purchase the floor display chair. We were shocked when the salesperson stated the chair was at full price plus a 15 dollar assembly fee. We asked her to check with her manager. She stated that the manager said the price was as stated. Heck to the NO. We left and found a better deal at Staples for half the price. We were also told that Office Depot, military discounts are not honored on office furniture and electronics. SHAMEFUL. Never will use Office Depot again.

I came in with my daughter to buy TWO LAPTOPS AND A PRINTER! We waited for 15 minutes and no one asked if we needed assistance and there was more than enough staff. They had enough time to conversate though. Ill shop where my dollar is appreciated.

Print and copy store will look you right in the face with zero other customers in the store and say they don’t know when your prints will be ready. As if they can’t just begin to do their job for a few mins to an already paying customer.

Went to printing area to print something . Waited in line than when it came to my turn the lady ignored me than told me i could use self service if i wanted. I didn’t want to use it. I waited she came up to me asking what i wanted i told her i needed to get stuff printed she told me to use self service once again. I gave up and printed my things. I had my toddler with me which i grabbed her a bag of chips when i was in line. (Another reason i wanted to not use self service so i could pay for everything at once) after finishing printing i started walking to the cashier lane. The printing lady came running to me very loudly saying “do you want me to cash you out for those chips!?” I pointed at the cashier that i was obviously walking to. I will never come here again. First to deny helping me that’s your job than try and assume I’m stealing a bag of chips.

Honestly I was surprised. Their staff was able to help me decide on a printer as well as price match competitors.

Thank you to copy & print manager, Danisha for going above and beyond to assist me with a job that I needed for older gentleman. She understood my dilemma and took action to solve it.

Horrible service Ive been waiting while a new worker tried her best to get some help she came back to inform me no one would assist her an they seemed not to care , she tried her best but the management an other workers are very rude an unprofessional. I have now been standing in the same isle for well over 30 with no help other than this young girl😡

I called Office Depot today for nothing Office Depot related and the lady who answered was super helpful and understanding!I agreed to meet and sell a cell phone. The person buying changed location last minute and my spidey senses kicked in.I called the mall to see if there was a security guard that could drive around the meeting location but they were closed so I called Office Depot and was told I could come inside to make the exchange and that there were some hefty guys working if needed! HahaThank you for being awesome and putting humans first, not just the customers in your store!

I just wanted to take a moment a shout-out Marvin. Marvin not only stayed a little later to help me after his shift but he also pointed out where everything was in the store for my printer. He then went ahead and carried everything up to the register. Then he also helped me bring it to my car even though I insisted on doing it. Great guy, what an amazing employee

Harriet and Allison were amazing today. We went in with the intent of spending around $100 on a nice office chair but will return tomorrow to spend an extra few hundred dollars on a nice new printer. An act that would be admonished by many supervisors actually generated Office Depot more revenue. Being nice and attentive to your customers needs can oftentimes lead to the customer spending more money in your establishment. Job well done ladies.

You all need to seriously fix the wait time for small print jobs. I went in around 3pm to print 8 pages. There were about 6 people ahead of me and 4 people working the print shop area. The lady in front of me was being very rude about how long she was being forced to wait. By the time I left, I was 100% understanding of why she was being so nasty. 30 minutes to pick up 8 pieces of paper? After the pages were printed I had to wait another 15 minutes just to pay the 96 cents for them. Come on.

We had a banner made for our club. Skylar did an excellent job to get it printed for us. She did ask for help with loading the paper. She asked Chris for help but said he was to busy to take literally less than 5 minutes to help. Skylar then called for the supervisor to help. It was then when he asked Chris to help that he got up. Then he was rude about having to help. Skylar even stayed after her time to get off work to make sure the print job of the banner was to our expectations.. James was even a big help with the banner as well.

I went there 4 times to print some papers and time they printed them wrong do not go there

All of their customer service representatives need to get retrained or fire. I was the only person waiting in the line while all the cashiers were open, they all looked at me like I was crazy; until one of them walked back to her station with an attitude and said “Are you ready?.” The store is nicely organized and have nice products but these girls do not need to work in customer service.

Very professional staff. Jasmine was awesome!! She helped me with a project for my sons Birthday party. She was patient and understanding that I was doing a project for the first time.

This store is unorganized. I called and print guy chris told me they had signs I could get today. I drove almost a hour 1 way and then he tells me he is sorry but they have to send out my order. Find a better solution.

I printed a program for Mothers Day that needed to be stapled. I came Office Depot and Marcus helped me. He tried to use the stapler on his printer, but he couldnt get it to work. So, he hand stapled all of them (50) with no problem.Thank you Marcus and Office Depot for saving the day

They show one thing on the website saying it is a service available through the store, but when I come to the store, none of the employees are willing to acknowledge it is something clearly shown in their website. There is even a coupon for the service which none of their employees will acknowledge their website clearly shows they offer. No wonder I buy so little from this Office Depot location in Fayetteville anymore

I came into this location 15 minutes before closing to look for a chair for my home office. (I didnt realize how late it was.) Id been to four places already with no one offering to help me.Here, an employee named Jessica came over and spent some time helping me find the perfect chair and advising me on the details of the protection plan. I really appreciate the time it took her to work out what I really needed.Everyone was very friendly, especially right near closing. Im glad to see that service seems to have improved since I was here last- itll be my first stop next time.

A very friendly Office Depot, very large inside. Their people will help you, just find one. Management is friendly. It is located on the grounds of Cross Creek Mall, the big shopping center in the city and is centrally located in the business district. Look on the Belks/outside shopping side near the All American Expressway near Bank of America. It is free standing and you wont miss it when you see it.

Dont buy from these guys. Went and bought a printer from clearance. Was told it should work just fine. Turns out it didnt work called them not even an hour later and got the whole well it was sold as is. Paid a 100 bucks for a pos. Thanks office depot

Worst customer service ever!!! Nobody in the entire store seems to care about helping customers or selling any product at all. The store feels really trashy and dirty too. Zero starts would be a more accurate rating.

Worst customer service ever!!!! We went to buy a desk and ask many times for assistance and nobody help us. Finally we were told we will be help soon, then the guy that supposed to help us started helping someone else before us...we left and he had the nerves to tell us I will be there soon wait..nope nope...and the store is a mess!

3/16/2017- This was my first time shopping at this Office Depot location (Cross Creek Mall Fayetteville) they have a good selection of office furniture. Definitely better from what Ive seen in other office stores around here such as staples. And I must say I was skeptical to go because of the bad reviews on here but Im glad I did because not only did I find what I was looking for but I also received great customer service! Both employees that assisted were extremely nice and helpful. Receiving great customer service always makes your shopping experience that much more enjoyable and it is hard to find now in times. But these two employees definitely made sure to offer great customer service. Thank you!

I was just in this store and there are female employees making copies and laminating military IDs. I am pretty sure this is not legal. The only reason I see anyone doing this is to cheat the system. So if anyone wants to be apart of fraudulent activity by all means join the woman at office dept. And the manager knows of this activity, Jamie Berry is her name if you would like to call and ask her how to get your illegal fraudulent military ID I am sure she will be willing to help!

It took an extraordinary long time to get the copying done that I needed to get done but the Office Depot staff was as helpful as they could be without drama on my part or theirs.

Purchased a HP Laptop form here on yesterday. First of all none of the sales people could answer our questions. Every question that was asked the response was Just Google it. Second of all Chris that works there left my laptop on Demo mode so now were having a hard time setting it up. I will never go back to this store again unless its to return this freaking laptop!!!!!😡😤🙄

I ordered cards there with no problem until I had to deal with an associate named Chris, he was completely unprofessional, inattentive, and rude. He acted like my cards werent in the system, he told me I had to come in and pay for cards because he wasnt allowed to take orders over the phone which I know was a lie because Ive always ordered like that. He told me he knew the cards wasnt there because he didnt remember creating the cards. I told him he wasnt the one who initially helped me and he just kept sucking his teeth and trying to talk over me, I called around closing time but thats not an excuse to be unprofessional to a paying customer.

The store was very bright and clean. The layout was easy to navigate and I wasnt there more than five minutes before a friendly associate asked me if I needed help finding anything. The prices were very reasonable and I even found some great deals I wasnt looking for but suddenly realized I could use, in the clearence bins near the front of the store. The cashier that checked me out was friendly as well. She smiled at me when I approached and we had a pleasent conversation while I was being checked out. All in all, great store, great prices, and wonderful customer service.

I placed an order for an item to be printed with final size of 8.5x11 with the instructions (and additional pricing) for trimming to size. They proceeded to try to enlarge the artwork as to not have to cut it, and then gave it to me that way where some of the cut marks were still showing. The initial lady I spoke with was more than happy to re-do the project, but when I actually sent through the artwork a second time the customer service was horrible. They made a point to tell me that the initial print was not wrong, that the size showed as 8.5x11 which is what they printed on. Even if that were the case, it is clearly not professional quality to enlarge artwork (without the instruction to do so) OR to give someone a final job that has cut marks. Why in the world would anyone think that is the right way? I have worked with a ton of different print shops over the years, and I have to say this has turned me off from using Office Depot again.

I needed some prints cut fast and Amber at the copy and print desk gave me fast and friendly service.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I ordered an office chair in the store at Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville. There was not on in stock so the salesperson said that it would be shipped to me the following day. It was. Unfortunately the box arrived obviously having been opened and reclosed. I figured out why when I looked and the contents and found no hardware nor manual for assembling. That is not the worst part, I called to and was expected to lug it back to the store. When I told them I did not feel that was the appropriate way to handle Office Depots mistake, they offered to pick the chair up and replace if I would be available from 7:30 until 5. I explained that I was employed. They offered to call me when they were coming so that I could meet them. So far so good. It began to be apparent that they were not coming and not calling. It seems they were not able to get the chair I ordered in so they just were going to keep me waiting all day without telling me. I finally talked to a manager who told me it was alright to leave the box on my porch for UPS if I could get it ready for shipping. This turned into a really bad experience. I never plan to shop there again.

Joan Zack is a piece of work! I wouldnt trust her with anything. She is a liar, a hypocrite, and is probably hell bent on practicing misandry. She will do anything to keep her career above anyones including lying, causing drama and spreading rumors. I will never do business with her, I will never recommend her to anyone for anything and she is the lowest of the lows. Be aware of this chauvinistic woman. If found dont poke... run the other way!As far as her work ethics. Trust me. Steer clear from her and this store. She is rude, abrasive, disrespectful, and has no sense of urgency or customer support and this goes for the associates that work here. I am amazed this location is still opened. Amazon or yes folks I am going to say it, or Best Buy for all your electronics needs or what have you.

I am so furious with your lousy company. Office Depot is a terrible company. I purchased a defective printer online and it was picked up for return on August 16, 2016. I was credited $139.09 on that date. As of today September 12, 2017 I have still not received my refund on my credit card. The idiotic customer service girl told me that its because of the hurricane. REALLY, what hurricane came the 3rd week of August, the 4th week of August or the 1st week of September, even up to September 8th?? What a stupid thing to tell a customer!I will continue to email and spread the word about how terrible Office Depot business practices are. I am a single mother and a teacher in North Carolina, which is one of the bottom 5 lowest paid states in the USA. Your company wants to rip me off. That money was budgeted for September gas money.The more I type the worse I feel. You have no right to steal from honest hard working people.

If I could give zero stars... The whole store need training on customer service... Trying to buy office furniture they have wrong price on the furniture I wanted. They told me someone switched the prices around and showed me another desk that was supposedly that price... I dont think customers are changing price tags around. I think the employees dont know where to properly place the price tag and then management is no any better tells me that bc the price was marked incorrectly I cant get it for that oripe i have been to other locations and something was marked incorrectly and the customer gets it for the proce it was marked for... Left store without furniture wanted and went on line and found it for sale not the price I the store but it was better than charging me full price like they were in the store and charge me for delivery too on line its free and the manager told us there was a delivery fee... Never go back to this store if my life depended on it... Poor customer service

My husband just spent $22 on school supplies, mostly notebooks, would it have been too much trouble to double bag the items? I will double bag when I take them to donate.

Ordered a desk, was told it would be delivered 2 days later. 5 days later and still no desk, called customer service 3 times, and 3 times I was told that the desk would be delivered today. Was however delivered another delivery from Office Depot for another customer 5 miles away with a different address, which I went and delivered to make sure that my delivery was not there. Called for a final time at the end of the day to be told They did not know where our item was...

As a small business owner, I frequent this store for office supplies. They are courteous and go the extra mile to make you experience a pleasant one.
