Awesome driving lesson experience. RJ is a terrific teacher, very calm and reassuring. At 32 years old I thought I would never drive and had a lot of anxiety and fear, but RJ helped me develop skills and confidence. Highly recommend for adult learners!!

Smart Driving School is highly recommended! RJ, my driving instructor is exceptionally accommodating with a given talent in teaching. He carries a lot of patience when it comes to coaching his students. He never gets tired of reminding me where to focus despite the number of times that I forgot to apply the skills he taught me. I have zero knowledge in driving, in my early 30s and never had an experience behind the wheels but he hugely turned my fear into confidence. After my driving lessons with him, I passed my driving test and is now just awaiting for my Student Permit to be converted to a Drivers License.

We asked him for a appointment and then we talked it through on for Sunday Aug 22nd at 8:00 am and we get there early at 7:52 and wait and then it’s 8:00 and we try to call him and message him but no response we wait until around 8:30 and he doesn’t show up. Really unprofessional wasted my time would not recommend

Reception was very good. The instructor is very professional, and keeps a learner at ease ,I was happy with the whole driving lessons.

I am a translator of Korean American Association and always referring this driving school. the instructor called .Ruby he is so nice instructor and we meet our far east cultures together and he so americanized.I definitely suggest this school to get driving test to korean american people strongly...beyond, they are located in Korean restaurant complex as well..lolKenny

I feel lucky and grateful to have Ruby as my driving coach. He is knowledgeable about the traffic rules and defensive driving techniques. He maintains a professional and attentive demeanor during the lessons. Driving can be scary for beginners, but Ruby is a patient and calm teacher and he will pass his Zen to you. Highly recommend him to anyone who wants to become a safe driver.

The instructor is very detailed and meticulous. My daughter had a great experience here even though she is very wary of driving. The guidelines and student responsibilities are clear and all expectations are easy to understand. A positive experience all around.

I called for simple information and the woman was very short, rude and you could barely understand her. I immediately called a different driving school and the woman was patient, answered all my questions and was super pleasant. In short, bad first impression that makes me believe the negative comments are true. Its really too bad but honestly I should have expected that based on the unprofessional responses to peoples complaints. I shall wait for mine. Lol!

My daughter took Drivers Ed with Ruby. She was referred to Smart Driving School by another friend who had only great things to say about taking Drivers Ed there. He was wonderful, friendly and she felt comfortable. My son was 18 already, so he didnt take Drivers Ed as a class, but did take his driving test with Ruby. He had only met him once on the day of the test and was comfortable taking the test. Both kids got their license on the same day!

I absolutely love it here. Mr. Ruby, the instructor teaches the course really well, and also knows how to have a good time! I took the skills test here and passed it on the first try thanks to his astounding teachings, and my behind the wheel lessons. Keep up the good work Mr. Ruby!

They so unprofessional and don’t have no time for small talk, Questions are not their speciality. She was rude and hung up on me after I was polite and mature enough to let her talk. Rush me with statements I should do and in seconds hung up on me family who just recently moved here from New York. This not a proper way to establish a business... I pray everyone have a better experience than my family and I. Hashtag Smile

Horrible experience I had here. The examiner told me to change lanes, and I was about to do it safely. Suddenly, he turned the wheel. After that moment, he was not taking the test in a serious manner and was making more confused. He was even laughing on my moves. So, dont waste your time and money here.I still have respect for you because I learned some of the things, but you better know the reason that you did that was yourself, not me. You were making me confused. You asked me to do it then let me do it. Sorry to say but I was hurt with your manner.

RJ is the man. I havent had a hard time at all adjusting to the roads here, and he made the transition seamless and extremely easy and informative. If all other driving schools out there, this one definitely deserves the throne for easiness and clarity during lessons. I did not have to take as much lessons as was expected and passed my test!

Friendly staff, affordable pricing

Had a horrible experience here. The examiner pay too much attention on his paper sheet instead of observe the driving skill, he was not taking the test seriously and make people confused. I total agree what the other reviewer said because I experience the same. Dont waste your time and money here, you may need to take several times test here to pass, not because you dont have the skill, it is because he made you fail.

I definitely recommend this place because the teacher is very helpful and teaches every aspect about driving. he knows what he’s doing and will help you correct anything you’re doing wrong and you’ll be good to go!

RJ ( the instructor of this school) taught me many valuable lessons for driving safely. He always strives for his students to succeed in class and make class fun and easy. I wouldnt have passed the tests without his help. I would recommend this school to anyone becuase it was totally worth it!

RJ was very professional and goes into detail about mistakes made. Very fair about how he grades your results and definitely makes sure you know what your doing before he gives you the the pass.

Would not recommend this school taken classes here and did not learn all skills needed to drive wasn’t taken to the freeway like other students and won’t let me drive always grabbing the wheel and schedule drive meant having to wait for him for hours and then schedule another student
