I love this place! The three times I’ve been for medical services they’ve been so nice and helpful! And the gym is state-of-the-art, and I try to go almost every day. The people are so nice, the place is clean, and everything is nice.

Awesome facilities with a climbing wall and cardio theater. Loved the staff who were friendly and helpful. Definitely the place to meet, see and be seen.

Weight room is way too small for how many people utilize the gym. Recently, lots of machines have been breaking and they aren’t getting fixed and/or being removed completely. For how much I’m paying in student fees, I expect much more than poor quality and the short operational hours to utilize the gym.

I was late only 5 minutes and the doctor was free for an entire hour. They did not let me in because of “protocol” and charged me on top of that. I will not be affiliated with this building and it’s services any more. It not that good anyway and always busy

Id say overall the gym is lackluster. Its crowded pretty much all semester unless you go past 9pm or right when it opens, its just too small for the student population. It has nice facilities but like I said, its too crowded, so youll likely be there for longer than you intended. The worst part in my opinion is the hours, which are fragmented and inconsistent depending on what time of the week and year it is. If it costs the university less than $10 an hour per employee theres no reason the place cant be open until at least midnight, especially during the weekends, 7pm is unjustified for the closing time. Its nice to have the freedom to utilize the facilities of a gym well past 7, especially if the students cannot opt out of the $250 charge thats applied to their accounts each semester to fund the place. If you do the math thats $50 a month which can get you a premium membership at a 24 hour fitness club which doesnt have the long lines and terrible hours. I eventually got a membership to another gym in town due to wanting to go to the gym late and not having to rush my workouts to finish in time for closing.

The doctors and practitioners here vary, but the front desk staff is the worst in the business. They are rude, insulting, unprofessional, and irresponsible. If you have to wait at the desk for them to come out, they will block you from seeing your doctor and blame YOU for being late, even though they are the ones who failed to be present for their own job. They cancel appointments without informing patients, whether through incompetence or malevolence. They insult anyone who comes in the door with any kind of problem, no matter how small or how easy to fix. Even in the simplest and most brief exchanges, they can barely contain their contempt for anyone who even momentarily requires them to do their job.If you can help it, avoid these awful people like the plague. If you cant, God help you.

You pay a mandatory fee for access to all the courts and equipment, yet over half the time you dont have access to them. Courts are always rented out, machines are always broken, hours are bad(especially during holidays), and theres way too many people.

Been going for awhile and its a pretty good gym.

The actually weight room area is not big enough to sufficiently serve the student population.

$250 a year which is $50 a month, expensive and crowded in comparison to others options and I cant opt out!!!
