Good customer service

The store has a decent amount of specialty items you dont find at the larger chains. Always had decent cashiers and helpful service.

I like family dollar !! Th Employee Brandy is super nice she should be a Manager verses that one mean lady who acts lost in a store she manages and this other employees believe they are both assistant managers. Family dollar was comfortable when the old manager and assistant manager was there EVERYTHING was ALWAYS clean maintained well stocked and they were so attentive and alert.

This store has been remodeled and it has improved tremendously! Very clean and easily accessible. Staff is well trained and have been super friendly lately. They also sell beer and wine and they actually have a good selection to choose from!

I like the store manager. His staff are lazy and unfriendly. 5 stars for the manager.

I stopped for a snack.the shopping was a great experience, I found a great backpack for very little, compared to other places I have checked on the prices ofbackpacks. And It is very fashionable. No waiting in line.

They have most things u need & some wants.

The employees are super sweet but, because of the location, the neighborhood doesnt take good care of it. Things are out of place and it looks like people go in and ram-shack it daily. I wish OUR people would take better care of our things so that the people that do care, dont have to do without.

A few days ago there where two ladies stocking shelves toward the back, boxes everywhere like messy everywhere, at least 6 aisles. Id understand 1-2 aisles. You could not push basket through and I told her could I get in there to grab that and she said not today. I thought she was playing but gave me this terrible look and rolled her mouth. Rude.

I like this family dollar great discounts on some items, but some were over priced. Its great for a one stop shop though. I only get specific things from them.

The condition the employees are working in is SHAMEFUL and DISGUSTING. I see why youre so understaffed. You have a pregnant employee!!!! As a company you should be ashamed to have those underpaid workers inside of Satans buttcrack!

The employees are rude and not customer friendly at all. Some will even talk okn their phones while checking you out at the register. The store is cluttered and dirty looking
