My daughter has danced at IDC for 2 years now. She loves every class. The performances and competition teams are run with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The teachers are amazing. We had her at another local dance studio for a year and the experience at Immersion is far superior. If your child really wants to learn dance and have fun, IDC is the place.

Our daughter has been dancing competitively at IDC for the last 4 years. Its hard to express how much we love IDC in words. It has become a family for so many dancers and parents. We love the instructors, athletic and creative choreography and positivity. This is the most organized studio we have attended. Organization is apparent when watching an IDC recital, performance or even just day to day studio details. I think having an organized studio demonstrates that IDC thinks through every aspect of dance and business to provide families of dancers the highest quality of dance and support. From the creative choreography, to the day to day teaching of techniques and skills, it is all planned to help your dancer grow. The instructors meet each dancer where they are and supports the beginner with the same compassion as the most elite dancer. The choreography and training at the competition level is strong and positive. I also enjoy that IDC brings in special guest choreographers and dancers for master classes and is always working towards expanding artistic creativity. The dancers never want to leave the studio!

Our daughter has been dancing here for a year and a half and I couldnt recommend it more highly. Ms. Michelle provides a great environment for young dancers to have fun, learn, and make a bunch of good friends. Also, Paul is a great dude to shoot the breeze with while the kids dance. We love it here.

The environment there is very friendly and positive. I always feel welcomed by the students and teachers when I go to class. It is also great because it offers a variety of levels. Whether you are an adult, 5 years old, or a senior in high school they have a class for you. They have classes for people just starting in their teens, and for people who have been dancing for years. Whether you want to do dance just for fun, or compete you can do that. I always look forward to going there every week, because the teachers do a great job pushing me to be my best, and help me improve my dancing.

We want to first start out by saying that we know our child can be difficult to control at times. He loves to be the center of attention and loves to also voice his opinion.Obviously this can become disruptive but as being raised in an home that has musicians this seems to be a little more of the norm. So with that being said here we go.Our son was the only boy in his class and many times we felt that he was a nuisance to the teachers. We apologized many times and talked with him in front of the teacher and all seamed fine until we where on vacation and received an email from the owner asking us to call at a convenient time for her.We responded that we are on vacation whats this about. She quickly responded basically saying that our kid cannot attend this school anymore. We quickly responded saying thats fine we will pull him out and go somewhere else. Very disappointing. The owner then responded after we said we would pull him and basically telling us all the things that are wrong with our child and how multiple people have complained and she had to make a choice for what is best for the class.I get it, but what I dont like is the email after we already said we are going to pull him out. Very unprofessional! So, if you have a boy that might be a little outspoken we would strongly recommend not sending him here. Its sad really because eventually these women that want to continue in dance will at some point have to learn to dance with a boy/man. You wont get that here.Lastly, there where a lot of times that we just did not feel welcomed by the owner. We dont write a lot of reviews but this situation we believe strongly warrants one. Buyer beware when you come in.

We love IDC! This studio is incredibly well-organized. The owner and the teachers inspire a love of dance and movement while teaching technique. My daughters love of dance has blossomed under the guidance of IDC. From a parents perspective, IDC has found the balance between dance immersion and everything else going on in our busy lives, which speaks to their professionalism and capability as a premier dance studio. They offer wonderful adult classes too!
