Visiting Pompano for the weekend, our son wanted a place to train. So glad we chose this place. We walked in and we’re treated like family. Not just by the Master Joao, but also by the entire class. Really enjoyed it and will come back when we visit Pompano next time. Oss!

I had a ton of fun training here before the shut down. I did some private lessons with J and did a group class during the day. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.Great times and great people“J” is the head instructor. He’s not only a phenomenal black belt rolling on the mat but more importantly a great teacher. He knows so much about the different positions and has such a deep knowledge of how to make them work with your game. Beginners through advanced will find a home here for BJJ and MMA.Can’t wait to come back in!

I train with the Moncaio Brothers every time I visit Ft Lauderdale from Australia. Even though Im just a visitor I feel completely welcomed and part of their club. I cant recommend it highly enough - friendly people, great instruction and tough training...love it!

If you want your children to learn excellent Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques, self-defense and respect, you need to send them to Moncaio Brothers BJJ! Master Fred Moncaio is incredible with children as well as the adults! He is patient and amazing with his skills teaching children. The students absolutely love and respect him, but also look at him as a loving big brother, he has really turned the dojo into one big family. If anyone wants proof, just ask the students and parents for their own reviews. If you know a child who would benefit from the Moncaio Brothers instruction, call them and ask to visit a class, and bring your kid with you. Both of you will be in for a treat.
