Hands down, the best decision I ever made was to go to Larson. It was recommended to me from quite a few people. The instructors made the lessons clear and understandable. And answered any questions I had immediately. By the end of my journey, I felt confident taking my state exam and passed on the first attempt.

I purchased the Larsen exam prep online course after completing my 63 hour real estate sales associate class from a different school. I have seen the difference between the two schools and Larsen is supreme in many ways.The education they provide is explained in a very easy to understand way, as well as easy to REMEMBER which is key for when it comes time to take your State exam.The instructors are likable, well spoken, use a bit of humor as well as many visual aids to assist in truly grasping the complex concepts of Real Estate. I could never understand the different sorts of deeds until I took this course. This is just ONE example, I could go on, but this review would end up being a book!Because I took the course from home, any questions I had were mostly communicated via email and I got a well explained answer moments later. These guys are ON THEIR GAME and fully support their students. I, like many others, was able to pass my State exam the first time around and I believe that if I were to go from my original 63 hour course straight to the State exam, I would have failed because the 63 hour course did not prepare me for the questions I saw on the State exam. Now that I have taken the exam prep course, and I have experienced two different schools, when it comes time for me to take my 45 hour course, I will choose Larsen.

If I can go back in time, I would of taken all my classes through them. I purchased my test prep course and I followed the course to a T. Great info and the course helped me gain the confidence in some of the areas I was not sure of. As I was going through the state exam, I caught myself thinking, wow this was covered in the true false questions or I’m so glad the school covered this. I was blown up by so many people for their test prep, and luckily my wife got a mailer from this school and I called after I researched. If your hesitant, don’t be because they really are legit.

Im so happy I chose Larson Educational Services for my Real Estate needs. I took the online self paced course as well as the Exam Prep Course. I really enjoyed both classes and feel as if they explained definitions and used helpful examples to remember key terms. I did have a couple questions when I took my Exam Prep tests and they were quick to respond via email. Even when I didnt fully understand the took the time to call me and explain the reason for an answer. I passed my test on the 1st try and will most certainly be recommending Larson to my peers!

I ended up taking my class test with another company due to needing a certain schedule however I did sign up for the Larson online state exam review course. It was the best 99$ I ever spent! I ended up passing my first time taking the state exam 2 weeks after I graduated from my class test. I would recommend ANYONE taking the state exam to take this course!! I did the online course due to my work schedule so I could learn at my own pace on weekends. It narrows in on what you NEED to know for the state exam. I signed up with Larson though a recommendation. I was instantly blown away with the amount of services they provide, along with how well the information is provided. Best educational school in Florida, I attended the class on Friday, and the state exam the following morning and passed. The state exam was scheduled originally for June 8th, and I had a prep course scheduled for May 24-25th with another school. I called Pearson Vue testing center to check availability for a different date, and luckily they had an opening for April 24th. I received a brochure from Larson education in the mail, and you were hosting a class on the 23rd. I had my doubts that it will benefit me much being only one day, but I figured worst case scenario it would help some. Rick I must say,your class in the morning was very informative, and you taking over in the afternoon was great, fun, enjoyable and informative the way you taught the class, I learned so much in the one day, than the 63 hour pre licensing course that I took with a different educational company. I highly recommend your school and the method in which you teach. If it wasnt for me attending Larson, I highly doubt that I would have passed from the first time. Thank you again for a great class.

I did the 63 hour pre-licensing course all online and it was great. All of the instructors explained everything very well. The quizzes were very helpful. I would suggest for anyone taking the state exam that they take the State Exam Prep Course. This gave great sample questions and I dont know if I would have passed the state exam without it.

To be honest I wasnt confident enough to make it through the very first attempt due to the barrier language but after I purchased the Preparation for the test course all of my concerns were gone. The way the course is structured allowed me to understand and prepare myself in a excellent manner. For a non English speaker this is a huge achievement for sure and I cant thank the entire team and staff enough. Mr. Larson and his son were excellent online instructors. They were very supportive and responded promptly every time I contacted them. As a matter of fact Ill be purchasing the Post Education immediately, ops I meant in a 3 business days lol

The classroom sessions for the 63 hour training course were a pleasure to attend and the instructors were easy to learn from! There are also online sessions, the online sessions are more difficult for me to follow as I’m better suited for the classroom. Many of the online videos go a little quick (but you are able to pause the videos and rewind as you need).

If youre ready to learn, you wont be let down by Larsons courses. The 63-hour real estate prerequisite course (online/self-study) was very detailed. I took my time, worked through the material in just a couple weeks, and passed the course exam on the first try. I enrolled in the test prep course, too, and passed my Florida state licensing test on the first try. 🎉 Not only did the materials set me up for success, Larsons team was very responsive. I called their offices a few times and emailed a couple of questions about the content, and I was very pleased with the helpful and courteous responses I received. Thank you!

I just recently took both Lasrons Real Estate agent class and their FL State Real Estate Exam prep course. After we lost our business due to COVID 19 I wasnt sure what I was going to to do and finally decided to go ahead and get my real estate license as I had already done some real estate investing. After doing some looking around and speaking with some people I decided to go with Larson for my state required class and then again for their State Exam prep course.I cant say enough great things about their courses I did both online due to COVID and felt they were extremely well planned and thought out. Upon taking the state exam I was nervous at first but once the exam started I quickly realized that I was extremely well prepared and knew the information and was done with the Florida State Exam in just a little over an hour and passed it with ease.I would highly recommend Larson to anyone thinking of a career in real estate.

I recently used Larson Educational Services to pass my state exam. I took the 64 hours of class time. The instructors were the best. They have a way of teaching you things so you remember it . Whether its having Hank shake a box of tissues to represent chattel or Cal telling us stories we can relate to. It was a fun and interesting learning experience. I was a bit nervous about taking my exam. However with all the different ways we have to learn the material, book work, classroom and home review test on the computer it works. As a senior citizen I was a bit frightened about taking an online class, I had never taken one before but given the health crisis I figured what the heck.Once I got started it was very smooth, I was able to complete the classroom sessions in less than a week & at a reasonable pace. I took my pre licencing course online at another school and didnt really learn anything so getting to listen to all of the content be explained really grew my understanding and made the exam that much easier. I must say i was very impress with the Instructor for the CAM licence class. They Have this instructor name CAL who was outstanding. he was relatable , energetic, knowledgeable, positive and really made us feel like we can do this. he also gave real life explanation to the material to help us understanding the concept better which was golden for me. Larson Educational Services is by far the best school I have ever attended throughout my real estate career which began in 2011. I will absolutely continue to use Larson for all required continuing education for both my CAM license as well as my broker license. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly, but what makes this place special is the owner, Mr. Larson and his sons and their wives. Class act all the way around. I wasnt too thrilled about driving to Naples from Fort Myers, but when I got there, the gentleman at the front desk whose name is Victor, gave me the warmest welcome and made me feel right at home. It’s been a loooooong time since I’ve taken a class test. In High school I was in special ed classes so you could imagine how I felt about taking this exam. Going in the class, Larsons team knew how to connect with people in Lehman’s terms. They were engaging and the days went by so quickly. Need to say I passed my 63 hour class test with an 88 and pass my state exam the next week on the 1st try. I highly recommend this class. I took the in-class Pre Sales Associate course and passed it in March. I was scheduled to take my State Exam shortly after and it was postponed due to COVID-19. I then was very worried about taking my State Exam because it was rescheduled to May 16. The reason I would recommend Larson to anyone is because of the help and guidance I was given when it came close to my testing date. I purchased the LEP course which I HIGHLY suggest because that is what helped me pass my state exam the most. I think they do a great job in creating that 1 day course. Their instructors are great. Instructor Caroline was available to me everyday I needed her until my testing time. I went through the Pre-license course, in person. We finished up last week and I took my State Exam this morning. I have not had experiences with other schools, but Larson came recommended by a broker I interviewed before deciding Real Estate was the right career for me.I started with Larsons online course, which didnt go over so well because of home and personal distractions. With the realization that sitting at home wasnt going to work for me, I spoke with my phone tutor and switched to the in class course. This was a smart move. The instructors not only taught the course material, but brought their own teaching styles and personalities into the classroom. This allowed the instructors to keep from sounding like the teacher in Ferris Buellers Day Off. It also made learning the material fun and engaging, which is a better style of learning for me.Not only did Larson prepare me for their exam, they really did prep me for my State Exam which I passed this morning. In the Army we call this a first time go. The instructors said on a few occasions that Larson Ed is there for you and wants you to succeed. This was truly proven from what I saw. I was totally prepared by the Larson staff for the Broker test and past same the on my first attempt. I have been to many schools but this one was by far the best ive ever been to. All the instructors are every knowledgeable and good at teaching people what they should know to be in the Real Estate business and pass the state exam. English is not my first language so it was very hard for me learning a new profession and all the terms at the same time but because the school was very great I managed to pass all tests with a 90% ratio in two weeks total. I would highly recommend Larson to anyone who wants to get into Real Estate. Thanks again and great job!

Highly recommended!!! I am by no means the sharpest tool in the shed. I had heard about the amount of people that have to take the Florida exam a second time to finally pass. After taking Larsons course online I was in and out of the exam in just over an hour with a passing grade!! Great course!

Just finished the Sales Associate 63hr course and the State Exam Prep course and found both courses, stimulating, intense, educational and fun all at the same time.Larson covers a significant amount of information in both courses and ensure all the information you need to know to reach passing grades in both courses is covered.In addition to the information you need to pass the exams Larson also includes information that is required in the Real Estate profession, this I looked as a bonus and well worthwhile.Personally I liked how Larson changed instructors each half day. I found this beneficial as each instructor has a bit of a different teaching method and some I understood better than others. This helps ensures that no matter your learning preference you will find it in some (maybe all) of the instructors.Bottom line is passed both the Larson Exam and the State Exam first time thanks to Larson and their stimulating and varied instructors.Well worth the effort and cost.

Just passed the FL State exam for mortgage origination. Purchased the course 8/16, took the test the morning of 8/26 and aced it. Test time was 10AM and I was having lunch down the street at 11:30. The course was very comprehensive, easy to follow and effective. Wish I had had something like this when I was preparing for the National and Illinois tests. I would highly recommend it to anyone preparing to be tested. Excellent!

Awesome courses. I first did the online course, but failed the course exam. So, I took the in-class course and WOW, what a difference. I highly recommend taking the in-class course, because: you will love the instructors (Caroline was my fav)... if you are a visual learner, this is definitely the way to go... you will get unlimited hints and tips that will not only help you pass the course exam, but ALSO help you pass the state exam!I am so pleased with Larson that Ive already scheduled my 45-hour post licensing course!Keep up the great work, Larson Team.
