I will be a student in the fall. I was pleased to attend college at this school at my age; they went beyond to assure I meet their requirement in time. The staff are friendly. If you are looking for a technical college, I would recommend them 100%

A lot of programs to offer I have a wonderful instructor ! Mr. Eugene is and amazing and intelligent patient and understanding he is phenomenal and his classes are fun and educational. Sometimes there’s one bad seed in a bunch and my problem falls with the financial aid Lori has an attitude like she doesn’t like her job her communication is at a level one and her attitude is just a turn off. The rest of the office staff is much more helpful much more kind than she is. Overall I’d write the school at five but try to avoid Laurie and speak with somebody else because she will ruin your whole experience

This is a great start to your future. They have programs that the government pays you to take classes. How can you go wrong. I did the Air conditioning program. Graduated and started out doing new construction installation been there ever since (7yrs). Now Im a supervisor. Great school. Thank you FMTC...

They offer ZERO apprenticeships and ZERO part time options! Some of us have a LIFE and have to WORK! this is only for the JOBLESS! They require you to go to school FULL TIME hours making it impossible to work a regular job to make ends meet

I when there to get information of my interest, I feel so disappointed with the way those people I was talked answered to my inquiries, I really feel frustrated and I lost my interest to go to that educational institute sorry, but next time please try to be more professional and show some care about your potential students, the respect and consideration have to be MUTUAL!!!... Looking forward for another place where I will get the treatment I deserve.

FMTC is a great place to go to school after or even during high school. They do a great job giving relevant training focused on what you need to know to do a certain skill/profession in all of their programs. Their goal is to get you a Career in a year. I have completed one program here in 2013-2014, and am currently working on a second in web application development and programming.

Cape Tech is a better choice. Better teachers and the treatment is more adult like not like you signed up for kindergarten.

Teachers are great and youll really enjoy the hands on training

They treat students in the adult class as if they are in the high school class. Front desk women try to force their opinions on you instead of letting you make your own. The financial aide women informed me that I would not be able to receive financial assistance because of my immigration status WHICH WAS A LIE !! They have the link on the website proving her wrong on the site just click on the section for financial assistance they have a lot of scholarships for immigrants and non immigrants (first major red flag) I did not learn my lesson there because I was eager to attend school and I actually had to hunt for a scholarship on my own and received one.Tabe teacher is very rude. They act as if they are paying you to attend the school. Cape Coral tech is worth the extra time in driving. Lpn teacher gives out test that have nothing to do with the study guide. THE PASSING RATE FOR THIS SCHOOL IS LOW FOR A REASON !! On a positive note the campus is beautiful.

Staff is extremely dedicated and they actually have the patience to make sure you understand before leaving the class. Great learning opportunities exist here!

I graduated the HVAC/R program when living legends Patrick Stott and David Wahl were instructors. Mr. Wahl retired, but Mr. Stott is still there, and hes an absolute legend in the trade. Respect him always.Pros: Awesome labs, hands on, instructors in this program dont baby you, thats not their job. They give you all the information you would ever need. This is THE place for HVAC/R if youre a motivated individual.Cons: The ladies in the front office are unfortunately useless. They get mad at simple questions, and pretend to be busy. Ask them simple questions and youll see they have no clue, and worse dont know who to ask to get you an answer. They dont even try. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. I hate to say it, but they are not nice, or respectful.

Hello there, My name is Tyler Gray. Im currently lucky enough to be enrolled in the Welding Technologies program at F.M.T.C for the 2015-2016 school year ..Now i know what youre thinking why do we care, right? I Like you was looking to revamp my knowledge on life and learn skills in a trade that Ive come to fall in love with, so i gave it a shot. Let me tell you it is absolutely phenomenal, hot , sweaty , dirty, hard work. Im one of fourteen students that get to learn from both instructors this year. Under MR.Mike Remys thirty four years of experience and a love of molding young minds to pursue a career in a field they love with proper safety and use of tools and equipment, to help them learn,hone and work to even perfect theyre welding skills. Then of course there is Mr. Michael Landrum the new guy on block, yeah right. He was made to teach welding with his passion for the trade, attention to detail, and making sure he ensues on us a patience that can only be taught, and of course safety.safety,safety right. So if you are interested in reaching new heights, making a new life like i am for my daughter or just want to keep pursuing new things, than not only would i recommend the welding program, I would definitely recommend F.M.T.C to go and learn and succeed in any of the many trades they offer. Trust me you will not be disappointed.
