First of all the manager on duty with the purple hair underneath her white hair was very rude and disrespectful!! We asked for a certain haircut which a student couldn’t do so the manager does my daughter’s hair and chops it off above her ears. The haircut was supposed to go to her shoulders. My daughter was so upset and waited to cry in the car. At the same time i got my eyebrows tinted and they looked like someone put a black permanent marker on them. I was horrified!! The employees walked around gossiping about another employee that was hiding in her car and didn’t want to come in and work. Now i know why!! Please don’t go here!! They will destroy your hair.That manager is a real mean lady !! It’s a shame people have to be so cruel

It was my 1st Visit to Arthurs beauty college. I had Kaytlyn J this morning. She was Awesome. She has Such a bright future ahead of her. The instructors were always there nearby so no incidents could have occurred. It was a fabulous 1st visit and I will be back.

I love the atmosphere at this school. All the students appear to love being there. When clients come in they need to remember they are at a place of learning. Be patient and understanding. Lots of really nice instructors and students.😍 💇‍♀️💅🏻

Horrible experience. . Do not go here. Staff including owners & instructors are rude and unprofessional. I brought my daughter here for a quick weave style and myvwife and teenage daughters were getting sew ins. The student doing her hair was complaining about having a bad day due to personal family issues and fussing about her issues and using foul language, rolling her eyes, sighing, stomping her feet, walking offand kept threatening to leave or drop out and kept saying how she didnt want to be there. She put anything together it seems like she was very uncaringuncaring. She ask someone to get the glue and said that the glue was dried out and ask the instructor if anyone was going out for glue and instructor was clueless. They ended up trying to just work with what they had knowing the glue was bad, old & would not work. My daughter went home and within a day or less the glue started to come out, every single layer. I brought her back to fix it and they charged me again to restyle her which I should not have had to do and I was furious and the owner instead of being considerate and helpful after Id just spent a total of close to $300 to get my wife and 2 daughters hair fixed only told me since I was upset that my services were no longer welcome. He didnt even offer customer service, partial refund, discount of future services or something to at least compensate me for the horrible service that Id just received. Never again! I suggest you run from this place, pass it by and spend the extra fee with a professional stylist. It is true that you get what you pay for.
