These were some amazing students, fantastic teachers, & a great learning environment. Very affordable if you are going for services. I highly recommend this place. They were patient, asked the right questions, and were willing to work with me on my hair goals. I had shampoo, color, & curls done and I absolutely am in love with this new hair. 💓😊

Over all is a great place. Shelbie I think is her name did a great job on dying my daughters hair and helping us figure out what exactly how we wanted to get it done. theyre all really nice there.

Ive gone a few times and every time I go I walk out smiling. The girls do really good jobs. I will definitely go again. Today I had a girl named nicole and I will always go back to see her. She is amazing

I went in for hilights and the young lady kept me in the chair for 3hrs. My hair is a dried outMess! I had to go to someone else 3 days later to get it cut off as much as possible. When I spoke to the manager she was very rude and basically said too bad.

The girl I got today was awesome, couldnt have asked for a better stylist, I would highly recommend her to anyone...

Avoid going to this school

Rude instructor. Students are super sweet and friendly. My hair is damaged and I know it is. So maybe instead if saying what is this...this isnt even hair while touching my hair. Learn some manners and conversational etiquett . That is something you should never say to a client.

I go here every once in a while. For students they do a pretty good job. Im only giving 4 stars because of how long I have waited each time which really doesnt bother me.

Chelsea did a great job on my new cut. Everyone I see says it looks great! This was my first time getting hair cut from a school. It was so worth the $7.00! I will defiantly go again 😛

What I would have to say about this school is that its a very warm and welcoming environment. So far I have learned tons of new things. I am so glad that I chose this school to come too. Everyone is so greeting and is so offering to help you whenever you need it.

Have been there usually twice a week. Deana does great work and I have unruly curly hair. I have used other stylists there as well and they are good. Instructors are helpful to guide the stylists with advice in techniqes and products.

I really enjoy being enrolled in the CAHD. they are all very welcoming, and have helped me out tremendously with my finances. this is a wonderful place to start your cosmetology career!

I had a girl in this salon that committed to come and do our hair for my wedding. We are 10 days from the wedding and when I tried to confirm she just ignores my messages 🤦‍♀️ So irresponsible!!!

The reasoning of me coming to CAHD for an education was to learn cutting techniques, color, etc. And I have learn that and more. We are truly prepared for our future as cosmetologist.

I went for a haircut and after the man in charge told me theres no way to cut my layers that way he turned around and talked about me to another student! When I told him I would return to my usual stylist who CAN cut my hair as I like, he got loud enough everyone turned to watch. NO WAY WOULD I RETURN.

I was at Career Academy of Hair Design on Thursday, October 29, 2015. I went in for just a basic haircut which cost $7.00. You get your hair shampooed, cut, and blow dryed for $7.00. I am past 55 and am supposed to get a senior discount. When I went in I was expecting to pay $6.30. When I got to the desk to pay, the black girl at the desk said I owed $10.80. I didnt know what to think. I paid $10.80 and after I paid her I said I got a haircut, shampoo, and blow dry for $7.00 in Fayetteville. She said did they use the round brush. I said no and she only gave me $2.00 back. She owed me $2.50 more. I let it go Thursday being cheated. I called yesterday and talked to someone in charge and the lady said next time you come in how about a $1.00 off on your next service. Well, you can see that wouldnt work either because they still owed me $2.50. They wouldnt remember it the next time and that wouldnt work because nothing wouldnt be in writing. I told the lady that I would like to come in and get my $2.50. She said okay. I went in and got my $2.50. Robin cut my hair. She shouldnt have done anything extra without telling me that it would cost extra. I didnt ask for nothing extra and they didnt do anything that cost extra. They just cheated me on purpose. I think they pick certain people to cheat. If you decide to go in for a haircut, tell them you want the $7.00 haircut, so you dont take a chance on being cheated $5.00. They are crooked.

I have been to Academy of Hair Design twice.both times was treated very nicely .was only charged 7.00..for hair cut ,shampoo and blow dry..will b going there again..I have been to other salons was charged a lot more,with less favorable results.
