My daughter loves the fort smith location. Wonderful therapists. Her favorites are Hanna and McKenzie.The director Renee will take the time to answer any questions or concerns usually quickly. Any accidents are documented and copies given to the parents. The teachers are patient and careing.

PARENTS DO NO BE FOOLED!!!!! I was charged $1,000 for 1 visit for my child when I should have been charged $95!!! When asked for the difference to be paid back to me the VP Shelly Tucker REFUSED!! I have rightfully reported them to the Arkansas State Medical Board, Blue Cross, and my pediatrician. What they are doing is insurance FRAUD!!!
