I am very pleased with Office Depot Customer Service . On 10/21 I was in need of a fairly large, last minute order . I didn’t understand anything as to what I needed or how to go about getting the order done. Victoria and Shon worked with me and completed my order. They were very pleasant , patient and knowledgeable.(even when the lines begun to backup) .They handle their business. The Manager was notified about Shon and Victoria had done.for me. I recommend this store for all your needs 100% . Kudos Ladies.

The staffs are very ftiendly and helpful. Their customer service are up and beyond. Ill come back to this store again.

5 stars! Brandon, the general manager of this location, did everything in his power to fix our issue where corporate couldnt! We were truly thrilled and impressed to have been reached out to by him. He even went as far as to deliver our item to our front door! Very friendly and understanding! I will definitely continue to shop with this location.

I went here for an ink cartridge. It appeared that they were out of stock. On my way out; a sales associate asked to be of assistance and made my drive well worth it.

I routinely stopped into Office Depot to do random printing jobs. These jokers came out with a minimum printing fee $2.50. I guess, I wont stopping in at Office Depot any more. Im not happy with these jokers.

Delays and no one can answer why.

I always ask how long until my points expire, and return prior to that date. Usually, like today, even when I go to buy products prior to that date, my points have expired. The point system is useless at Office Depot.

Was just looking around at stuff and was asked by 3 different associates if I was finding everything alright. The first two were pleasant and didnt bother my dad and I anymore after that but the third was overly rude and kept trying to ask us, while following us and kept talking if we needed help as if to say we are shoplifters. Needless to say I wont be coming back after this perceived treatment.

The young lady assistant approached me and offered her help. Very pleasant and sincere. Explained my problem and she tried to find a printer in the store like mine at home but none were there. We looked at my book with the control panel but could not figure out how to reset my controls. She asked me to bring in the printer if I could lift it and she would try to get me help with my problem. Seemed very understanding of my problem & although she could not find a soil tin she offered another way to solve my problem. First time the clerks in this store took control of my problem. Will return later with my printer. Thats the way to do business !!

Office Depot is a good place for our office supply needs. We really appreciate their Chamber of Commerce discounts.

The best place to get a computer chair or office chair or anything else you may need for the office or home.

Went to Office Depot today to buy an office chair. Our sales rep was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and even carried the chair out to our vehicle. What service!

Friendly staff and was able to get what I needed at a fair price.

My office bought me a new chair from Office Depot it was broke when we put it together. They sent it back and we received another one that one was broke as well when assembled. I am pregnant and I was having back pains so my new chair was going to be a life saver. NOT they were over sending back the dumb expensive chair so guess what I was unable to get a new one. Thank you so much Office Depot.

Customer service slow. Needed to track them down. Most display items not in stock. Limited knowledge when helped.

Excellent customer service. Louis in the computer area is very top notch.

Not sure how this place stays open. There is hardly anyone in the store every time I go but the employees are very helpful and always approach me asking if I need help with anything. Cashiers dont seem friendly but they do ask if I found everything ok and thank me for shopping there but thats about it for conversation.

Yup thats why I dont go to Walmart everything I found in there that I didnt in Wallmart yesterday was in office Depot 1 min and I had a lady aproach me if I needed help and she helped me find the pencils I needed for little one I could not find in Wallmart great job Office Depot😃

Called and asked if they had any 3 and an eith inch printer receipt paper. I took 2 calls for someone to awnser the phone and then i was put on hold for over 10 minutes... That was enough for me
