Absolutely the worst Dollar tree in the area, conditions are filthy and store is trashed literally watch the manager on duty stepping over messes on the floor like didnt even bother him.

I LOVED IT!! Found everything and more there. They had this one really great guy there I didnt get his name but he was doing everything he could to help the customers. Man they need to pay him more!! Would 100% recommend!

Not too clean or neat. Even by Dollar Tree standards. The store on 724 Eglin Parkway is much better. The cashiers were friendly and helpful, though. They cant be responsible for management duties.I was surprised to see the manager walking through the store without a mask despite the sign on the door that says all customers must wear a mask. Apparently he was on his way outside to smoke a cigarette in front of the store. Which partially accounts for the reason hes not too concerned appearances or health concerns.I realize were not talking about Saks Fifth Avenue here. But come on guy. At least pretend you care about your customers.

Finally got shelves stocked but employees not as friendly as they had been.

This place is very dirty. its stock is in the back while the shelves are empty. Employee tried to steal my back pack last night. After setting up front when I first entered the store. So called name was Trill. Thats what was on his name tag

This store allway has a full shelves unlike the Mary Esther store which has many more customers.

Always short staff, shelves rarely stocked Staff is friendly

Their craft department was so small. The store itself is huge. Makes no sense why they had such a small assortment of crafting choices.

Best dollar tree in town, Kevon was great, he was very helpful and polite. Will definately be shopping here in the future.

I dont always find what Im looking for because they sell out. It is all in the timing of my visit. I am generally happy with Dollar Tree and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

Organized and had what I came in to purchase.

In person, the staff is helpful. I called today to place a balloon order right before 6pm to pick up at 730pm. I did this as a courtesy call instead of just showing up and getting it then. The associate was pleasant but the manager who was taking my order was not. I felt rushed and he told me to next time can you give us more than 1.5 hours and so I told him if its an issue, I dont mind calling somewhere else. Overall the experience was unpleasant and I hope that he has better customer service in person.

Food is so much cheaper here....ive seen at other stores for 2x - 3× the price

I like shopping at this Dollar tree. It is convenient and usually well stocked. It can get busy and have long lines like anywhere else. But, I never stop any time Im in a hurry. There are products that sell elsewhere for $3 or $4 more that I can get here for $1.

Great items, you get what you pay for but somethings are a great bargain. Usually it is not very busy but it can be from time to time. Staff is knowledgeable about locations of things you are looking for. Customer service is good as well.

Like I said they need a bigger place for the people who shop. The public do depends on a store like the dollar tree. Great prices for the people who loves to shop there. I love the dollar tree as much as all the other place I have had been to. Thank you.
