I took my online permit test and the third party test with First Class Driver. Very good experience. Every question was answered with quick response. The 3rd party test was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed the company of the tester.I highly recommend this place. I am very satisfied. I am glad they offer this service to the Fort Worth community.

We scheduled a driving test for my son last week, and he had to come for a retest yesterday since he tapped the fence a bit during the parallel parking. The instructor was kind and explained what happened so we rescheduled.Yesterday he arrived for his retest and this time Joni was the instructor. My son parked perfectly yet she failed him for the driving portion. She said things like he had to wait a full 3 seconds after a complete stop, which isnt even Texas law. She was on her phone the majority of the time. She insulted him by saying it was hard to believe he had ever completed driving school.Today he arrived for another retest. She began by disparaging our vehicle, which is well maintained and up to date on inspection and registration. Once again, she was on her phone most of the time. She also told him he stopped at an improper place at a stop sign and then when he followed her instructions the next time, she contradicted herself and marked him off for doing what she had told him to do the first time.It is clear she never intended to pass him, though he passed all written and road portions at Sears Driving School and has had no incidents while driving with his permit. We will file a formal complaint with the Texas DMV as well as leave appropriate reviews.**EDITED TO ADD: We scheduled a driving test with Austin Driving School for my son last week. The staff were all courteous, the instructor was professional and encouraging, and my son passed his test with a nearly perfect score. It was also cheaper. We will return to ADS for our next 3 drivers!

Honestly I wouldn’t have a complaint about this place if it weren’t for one specific lady. A blonde woman who tested me and multiple of my siblings and friends is extremely unprofessional and unfair. She failed multiple people including myself (years ago) for “not watching the road and mirrors enough”, while she was on her phone or deep in conversation the entire time. She talks nonstop making the drive incredibly stressful. She has enforced rules that are LITERALLY the opposite of instructions given in my driving course and my friends courses. With my sister, she leaned INTO THE DRIVERS VIEW AND SEAT to check the dashboard while they were driving. Pray you do not get tested by her. If you’re trying to make things easier by going to this place, know you’re better off with a state trooper. Understand that while I did fail it was years ago so I am not typing this while the wound is fresh, but I did hear probably the 4th story about this lady and have had enough.

We did not take the course through them we use them as a third-party testing place. My son did not pass the first time she told us what he did wrong she told us to practice the course some more and then come back and test for $20. When we went back to retest the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help us.

I just took my drivers test today and my instructor was so kind and encouraging! Best experience 10/10!!

Did they driving school at first class and I couldn’t of had a better experience!! They instructors are very nice people and prepare you to drive. They taught me to drive and built my confidence up as well. I recommend this to everyone who wants to learn to be a safe driver and get their license!!

If I could give this driving school a 10 for a rating I would. My grandson raved about his driving instructor Bernie. We have dealt with 3 other driving schools over the years, this school is the best from the director Joni to every one we came in contact with, thank you First Class Driver for the great experience for our grandson!

Definitely recommend this place for a drivers test! Both of my kids took their driver’s test here and we had a wonderful relaxed experience. We were recommended to come here 4 years ago when we originally were waiting in line at the DMV. We left and made and appt here and of course it was WAY better than the DMV. Joni is so sweet and informative! It’s more expensive than the DMV drive test but worth every bit of it!! They offer defensive driving too so I will be using them for this if I ever need to. 😀

My daughter took her driving test at First Class Driver at the end of May. The process was so easy, and Bernard immediately put my daughter at ease. They packaged all paperwork to go to Austin due to COVID restrictions. I have called more than a few times with questions about the processing of her license in Austin, and Joni has patiently answered all of my questions each time. She has promptly returned my calls, and she is extremely willing to help. I highly recommend First Class Driver!

We used First Class Driver for my daughters driving test. The process could not have been easier. Joni and Bernard were professional, efficient and very thorough. They helped us navigate the DPS during this crazy COVID time and helped us send all the paperwork to Austin, TX so that she can get her license. I would highly recommend to all!

Our daughter took the driving test at First Class. The staff was courteous, professional and very pleasant. After the test, the instructor congratulated our daughter for passing and explained the parts of the drive where points were deducted. In all, a nice experience!

My daughter took the classroom portion at First Class. She did a driving lesson and her driving test there. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great overall experience.

Super unprofessional. I was letting my friend use my vehicle for her drivers test. Her appointment was for 4. We arrived 30 minutes early for paper work. The women performing the test was not there when we arrived. Another Instructor took care of the paper work and was very nice. Upon the women arriving late she then preside to take several personal calls and upon losing her phone then asked my friend find her cell phone around her own office. So she then made one more personal call. She did not seem to have a clear head of level of thinking upon helping others who she told to come in as well at 4 but were not put in the computer schedule. My friend finally got to take her test at 4:20 the lady showing no sense of urgency at this point having 3 appointments waiting at once.

Dont know why people take other peoples business for granted. I had simple questions for them but instead of trying to help me resolve it they keep asking me the same question which I have no answer. The owner is rude and has no idea how to talk to her customers. I let it slide two times but if youre looking for good customer service you might want to try somewhere else.

I came here to take my third-party test and the entire process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and professional; I would highly encourage that those who look for the same qualities go down to FIrst Class Driver.

Took my daughter in for a 3rd party driving test since the DPS is closed. WORST IDEA EVER. The girl scheduled before her was failed for going 44 in a 40. She failed my daughter and rudely told her she needed professional help and told us to sign her up for their courses. She lied about the activities during the test (said she was going 50 in a 40, that she ran through multiple T intersections when they only encountered one, that she stopped at, etc) insisted that we did not purchase the correct parent taught curriculum (which we did, we have done this before with our older daughter), became somewhat belligerent, threw her hands up and said maybe thats what they are doing now, I DONT KNOW! My daughter was in tears. Do not take your child here for a third party road test. Wait for the DMV or find somewhere else. It was $100, traumatizing for my daughter and frustrating for us. Dont do it. Just wait.Edited: To add, we got an appointment with the DMV a few weeks later and she passed with FLYING COLORS. The lady at the DMV said she was a wonderful driver and that the only critique she had was that she drives a little too slow on residential streets. First Class Driver was a sham!

Came here for my driving test along with my twin and mother. Before I took my first test, I asked the person at the front desk a driving question about stopping before stop signs vs the white line, and she should she couldnt answer me. I wish that had been more of a red flag. On the first test I was failed for going too far into the other lane during an area where I should have done two left turns, and did a U-turn because she said to do a U-turn and not to just turn around or make two left turns. She specifically says to do what you tell you, and I was told to not change lanes without her telling me. My sister failed because she got too many minor mistakes. Ok, whatever. We got unlucky, and well improve. We go back to retest two weeks later, with a lot more practice, feeling good. We both perform much better and get a very good score. I am failed for going through a yellow light that changed from green to YELLOW when I was about two car-lengths from the light. I panicked a bit because it was unexpected and started to break, then realized I was fine and continued. So I got failed for running a yellow light. My sister was failed for hitting a curb at the start she did not even feel herself hit. This place is a family scam-run business . It is 100$ for the first test as a third-party, and 20$ for each additional test. Reasonable numbers, right? Google reviews seem ok at first, and then you realize its almost complete 5 star and 1 star reviews, and that all the five-star reviews have taken their coarse which they push you to take very hard after failing your test for some reason. All the one-star reviews are parent-taught drivers, like myself, who were failed for seemingly made-up reasons, or the silliest things ever. I highly recommend you read those reviews.We were a bit frusterated with the way we were treated. They are rude, ignore you, and are constantly complaining and playing victim to whoever calls them, saying theyre overwhelmed. The women who taught us throws her hands up whenever we ask her a question about the test, and says we need more practice, and that she doesnt know to things she should. You are constantly pushed to take their course, and they push you that you need to get 100 hours of driving, even though you only need 30 legally. They make you feel like youre in the wrong no matter what, and you feel awful all the time. Well be going to DMV, because this place is even worse than that hell-hole. I will be making sure to look more into things such as this in the future.

They are fantastic, had the best morning with Joni and Nadia this morning :-) Was lovely to chat and was just a pleasure to get my driving test done :-) They are very professional and truly fantastic :-) I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I had a wonderful time learning to drive with Joni, the owner. She made me feel at ease and made me a confident diver and I was able to pass the test after several previous attempts with other instructors. Joni took the time to take me to the test and made sure I was ready and prepared for all possible outcomes. I have never had any trouble scheduling appointments as the owners were very accommodating and willing to work around my available hours. They have never missed an appointment and they have their schedules managed very efficiently.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience. We were very lucky to have Mrs Joni test our driving skills. She is nice, funny and very sweet. Highly recommended !!! : ) :)

Hello today I finally took my first drivers ED test I was so nervous but Joni Goeders oh wow I felt like god sent me an angel. She makes you feel so comfortable. I’m absolutely glad I came here. If anyone is looking to take there test if I could give 10 stars I would. COME HERE!!!!!!!

I had my driving lessons with Mr. Bernard. I am 25+; so, I needed behind the wheel lessons only. I never had a car; therefore, I was a fresh new student. Mr. Bernard was extremely patient in cases I was about to make serious mistakes. He trained me every step of driving with logic and explained how a violation of a rule may affect the road test as well as safe driving. Just after 5 hours of training, I felt confident to drive alone; and Mr. Bernard suggested me to take the road test. I passed the road test in my first attempt! :) I felt so comfortable during the training. I did not have a car; so, Mr. Bernard picked me up from my apartment and dropped me off after each session. He also took me to the DMV to get the license. I cannot think of anyone who would teach me with such a care and compassion. Just a reminder for the future students: note that Mr. Bernard is very busy like everyone else; so, plan in advance to schedule your lesson. He charged $60 per hour for behind the wheel lessons, and the nice thing is taking the road test with them is free of charge!

My son got his license today! I was so scared of him driving but after being taught by Coach K we feel better about him being on the roads. Coach K is amazing! Thank you!!!!

I was so glad I found this driving school. Its a certified company, teachers and examiners are very friendly. They show patience and concern for the student, and their priority is... guess what? TEACHING and HELPING YOU.I went there because of a reference, a friend of the family. I took some classes, the learners test and the behind the wheel test. The experience was worth it and I dindt only pass but I also had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this place, and I could even say that this may be one of the best driving schools in Fort Worth.

I have had 2 children learn to drive with them. The first started with Austin Driving school and after 7 months of not being able to schedule drive times we switched to First Class. Scheduling online made it so easy and they were so easy to work with to make sure they got their hours in. I would not send my child anywhere else. My 2nd child did class and drive times with the. Both passed the drivers test the first time @ DPS. Top notch and professional.

These guys are the best... and the First. They were the first in Texas to be able to do driving exams. First class driving school are always paving the way with innovations in drivers education. Yeah I know you think driver education is boring and silly - But, this crew has a bee line to the legislation that allows people to NOT have to wait months at the DMV.Also, their pass rate is the TOP!!!

I was trying to call about private driving and the lady on the phone had a really nasty attitude. You do yourself a disservice if you are unable to be polite and kind when asked a simple question.

It was horrible experience, That lady is so rude and arrogant and racist to me! She shouted at me when i asked her that she told me different rate! She scolded me saying that don’t come ! I was numb and didn’t say a word but she is horrible, her husban is really humble guy who offered me ride after that to console his wife’s mistake! But try to avoid this school as 3rd party driving Test! Extermly bad experience and disappointed !:(

I went to this school when I was 17, the class was easy and the teacher was VERY helpful and nice. She didnt treat you like you were dumb, or had an attitude. A very good experince!!!!

Very unprofessional. They did not respond to any of my phone calls. Even after I went down to their office, they asked me to email them and I never received any replies or follow-up. Don’t believe in their 4 star rating, these guys are not worth your time.

Their instructors are very good but its a chore to get them to keep their appointments. They have an incredible knack for either cancelling, showing up late or not showing up at all.

Horrible experience with Mrs. Joni!!! Shes racist, rude and was on the phone for the 2 hours session I didnt learn anything with her today. I paid 120 dollars for nothing!! It is absolutely unfair to pay this amount of money with a rude instructor who doesnt have any patience😔
