Master Vedda and Master Gullahorn are both EXCELLENT instructors and I would highly recommend them for anyone thinking about getting into Karate. We have seen drastic improvements in our 6 y/os hand-eye coordination, balance and overall physical ability, but more importantly we have seen his self-confidence and pride increase exponentially since beginning Karate. As his parents we can’t thank you enough for your efforts, especially the extra effort that was made during the quarantine.

Martial arts and fitness focused on practical self-defense and a true understanding of bio mechanics.Mr. Vedda and Mr. Carrier provide excellent instruction to all ages, passing on additional tips as the student rank up based their grasp of the material covered. Instruction is comprehensive and cumulative, allowing the student to feel they have accomplished a major milestone with each belt and stripe earned.Mr. Vedda’s knowledge of bio mechanics is also displayed as part of his massage therapy practice. Whether he provides therapeutic massage or helps his students work through muscle aches and strains, Mr. Vedda explains the issue, what to do to correct it, and then guides his client to a lasting solution.Overall, membership is an amazing value. It is not only the multiple programs and services offered at the school, also the sense of community that adds to the value of membership. Mr. Vedda and Mr. Carrier encourage and nurture that sense of community. Parents are encouraged to work with their kids. Family classes allow for parents to be on the mat at the same time as their children. Parent’s night out and lock-ins provide a safe environment for kids to play and get to know each other outside of class. In addition, the occasional pot luck offers a sense that you are joining more than a club for martial arts and fitness.

Mr. Veda is extremely dedicated to our kids, he personally talks to every child to identify they needs and concerns, he demands discipline and respect, not only at the Karate Dojo, but in life. They organize activities for the children to allow parents to go out at night, and the children enjoy it a lot.

Mr. Vedda is an Excellent teacher, trainer, mentor, massage therapist and physical therapist. His degree in Kinesiology and 4th degree black belt in Karate along with a strong mma background, provides a strong foundation for his students. In addition, he has an amazing ability to help athletes train to their potential and heal as quick as possible from injuries.I have trained with Chris Vedda off and on for over 11 years. I had no idea how much I loved fight training until I met Mr Vedda. He brings a passion and professionalism to his training that will push you to be better and work harder. Not only have I personally switched to him for my massage therapy needs, but he works on my mom for her physical therapy and massage needs as well. My active extreme activities (kayaking, scuba, motorcycles, etc...) can leave some pretty rough injuries and bruises. My mother has degenerative disc disease in addition to other health issues. He offers beginning - advanced karate classes, personal training, massage therapy, cardio kick boxing mixed with different mma styles.Basically, He Rocks and Im proud to be able to train with Chris Vedda and Highly recommend Trinity Martial Arts and Mr. Chris Vedda.
