I have had the fortunate experience to have spent time and / or trained at Wing Chun kung fu schools around the world. While my skill level is not very good, I comfortable saying that Sifu Cottrell and his instructors are amongst the best I have had the pleasure of training with. While it has been many moons since I have trained at their school, I can attest to the fact that all of the instructors are very knowledgeable about Wing Chun and most importantly its application. The classes are very structured as well which assists with the learning of the moves / names of moves / and of course application. If you want to learn traditional Wing Chun as well as its application, then you should visit the school and meet Sifu Cottrell as well as the other instructors.

Authentic kung fu is an awesome place for learning. Instructional classes are twice a week, adults are allowed to come in everyday to train. We started training when my son was 6, he is now 15. He loves it and cant wait for kung fu class.
