Its not often that Ill go out of my way to write a review for anything, but Amanda has managed, in every way, to earn as glowing of a review as I can get. RC health services on its own is a fine business offering my EMT training, but Amanda herself was the very definition of top qualities in an educator. From the constant source of energy she brought to the class in her every interaction, to the fact that she was both funny, attentive, and caring while also making sure each and every student understood the material spoke volumes not only of her character, but of her skill as an educator.I am truly grateful to have had her, not only as my test administrator but as my impromptu teacher and guide. Even when the day was over and I had learned all I could from her in nine hours, she proceeded to give me her own email for any questions or help I may have needed, effectively adopting me in to a class I am happy to be a part of. Thank you so much for the wonderful testing day, Amanda, and I hope the higher ups at RC Health Services see just how much you yourself are doing for each and every student.

Amanda Gregg is one of the best teachers I have ever had. She is so dedicated to her students and prepares you perfectly. I feel so much better about my skillset than when I first walked through the doors. Anyone looking to become and EMT would be missing out by not having her be your teacher.The EMS community is lucky to have her and so am I!

Amanda is an awesome humm being. She loves and cares about each of her students. However this doesn’t compromise her demands for the highest performance from her students. Her instructional style is energetic and dynamic. She is a master instructor with deep levels of real life experience as an EMT and Paramedic. Skills check was not intimidating but reviewed all necessary concepts and demonstration with feedback. Classes are done in small groups which I enjoyed. Would recommend AHA training here!

I was very nervous going into my skills and examinations but Amanda helped ease our nerves and was able to make sure we where comfortable with everything before testing! Coming in to this class after learning material entirely online, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get the hang of all the important skills I needed to become an EMT, but after two days of learning and training with the help of my instructor, Amanda Gregg, I not only feel comfortable with all the skills, but I also feel ready to perform them in the real world.

Loved the class!!! You should take it! Very fun class but you learn a lot from it.

Teacher did a great.. she even explained a few things I misunderstood on..The Minus one star how ever is not hers.. its for the online set up.. who ever messed that up should have a talking to.. I nearly went screaming for the hills when they told me I needed to do a self assessment quizlet for acls & pals and I actually saw all that..

James B. was my instructor and he made everything easier for me. I tend to overthink a lot but he made sure before I left I was confident with every skill, that made test day easy.

James was a great instructor and even brought us breakfast burritos in the morning. He was very helpful and encouraging when assisting me during the practice days and I learned a lot from him. The smaller classroom is great and provides a more one on one learning experience.

James Bunkley was my instructor today for my EMT medical skills day. I also had James as my BLS instructor. It has been a joy learning from James. He makes learning the material fun and you can tell he is passionate about teaching. I also like that he shares some of his personal experiences from working as a paramedic. He also bought our class pizza!!

Absolutely recommend. I had Jason Heine as my instructor, and you can tell he’s real passionate about teaching. He’s cool and very easy to talk to.

Mr. Bunkley, is a great instructor. Keeps it simple, and laidback. Fun guy to learn from. Might just get pizza too.

Rebecca Hoke, Mason Blair, and Jim were the best instructors! They were great communicators and did the best job at getting us our certifications in the middle of this difficult pandemic. They taught us difficult material in an understandable way and made sure we were well-prepared for every exam we took. Every person in our class did well because of these 3 instructors and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

My instructor(s) covered up the awful jobs they where doing and instead of keeping honesty and integrity in the EMT system lied to cover themselves.

Mason, Jim and Rebecca were great instructors for our EMT-B class. Especially having to pivot frequently during the current pandemic. They have been responsive, encouraging, have made some complicated subjects very accessible, and most of all fun.

RC Health Services online course was definitely the best way to get my initial EMT certification. Rebecca Hoke was a great instructor and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. She was very knowledegable and made the in-person skills days at Fort Worth both fun and interesting. Mason at the Irving campus also did a great job leading the practical instruction. I passed the NREMT on the first try and that would not have happened if not for all the tips and tricks I picked up at RC Health. I highly recommend this program and place for anyone going into the medical field.

I am taking the EMT B Hybrid course. The professors are very helpful and extremely experienced. They cover the information fairly well. I would suggest adding an additional week of two to the course so that way the chapters can be covered in a more smooth manner without feeling rushed. And get an IT tech guy for the online students. Every now and then technology goes bonkers and a tech would smooth that out nicely. Overall, well maintained course and I do recommend it for others!

Great program with some awesome instructors! They are all about helping the students and doing whatever they can to help the students succeed. The class environment is fun but very thorough in explanations, scenarios, and personal experiences. The instructors are professional and passionate about the program and there is no question or problem they wont help and student with. My classmates are also very willing to help each other which is awesome. This has been a great experience and I couldnt be happier with my decision to sign up for it. Its a lot of work in a short period of time, however theres nothing that the instructors and students wont do to help each other. Thanks yall!

Christina is a great instructor- she has a lot of experience in emergency medical services and answers any questions about the coursework and what it is like to be on the job. A lot of students, myself included, appreciate how hard she works to help her class succeed in the course and to sort out any problems as well. She also has a great sense of humor!

Currently taking EMT-B hybrid course.. feel pretty confident with the organization and structure of the course. I also took the EMT-B course online and feel as if the “classroom experience” online will help me gain knowledge and hands on experience in the field. I really enjoy taking part in the polls during our class chat rooms! I would love to do more of those..

I was there on Saturday for a BLS class and Mason was an excellent instructor. I have taken the class before here and other places throughout the years and he was by far my favorite. He knew how to keep the class fun, short and gave us the information we really needed instead of depending on the videos to teach us everything.

I am currently enrolled as a Hybrid EMT-B student and I can say that I have enjoyed the course so far. Being able to attend lectures from the comfort of my own apartment is very convenient in that it saves me an hour of commute time every lecture. The course is easy to follow and the instructors are always quick to answer any questions during class.

I am currently enrolled as a Hybrid student and I have found my current experience to be very enjoyable especially because I do not like Online classes. Im a very hands on type person but after the first week all course objectives and requirements are easy to follow. When I have had a question I have been able to have it answered in the chat portion during class or by email.

Recommend, recommend, recommend!Im enrolled in the EMT program at this school and even though its only been 2 weeks, I have thoroughly enjoyed it. What I love most is the instructors really tell it like it is and are able to teach us from their own experiences as well.

Ive been twice for the basic CPR course (BLS); the first time it went great, I was out of there in 2.5 hours altogether because the instructor knew how to prioritize time and not invest class time on personal stories/promoting other classes offered. However, as hinted, the second class took all 4 hours because the instructor did not prioritize what was needed, given the students and material present. Im hesitant to return because I dont want to spend twice as much of my own time listening to stories that arent relevant and material about things that are extraneous, at best (no offense intended for those pursuing more advanced techniques but this is not the course to discuss it).

I started this course in late March and it has been a great experience so far! Ive learned so much and it seems to be preparing me well for my future in the medical field. Im excited to finish the course and start helping out my community!

I am in the EMT basic traditional program. I enjoy the class, and I really have learned a lot, and realized I knew a lot more than I thought I did. Our instructor, Christina, along with the hybrid instructors, really do make the class interesting and fun. Christina also tolerates some of the weird things I say, which is nice.

Im in the EMT-B course, we have a hybird class that logs on via the internet and watches and follows along with the traditional course. I love the changes they have made but in my opinion the hybrid slows us down a little, but I think once they get those bugs worked out it will be an awesome addition to RC Health Services! Keep in mind this is the first time they have used the Hybrid class so it will only go up from there! :) Amazing school, so much that when I am certified I will come back for my Advanced EMT and then Paramedic class as well!

Im currently enrolled in the Hybrid/Traditional course through the DFW, TX campus. I enjoy the flexibility the hybrid class offers as well as being able to participate in the lectures and gain insight from experienced EMT professionals.

Currently enrolled in the traditional class. The instructors have a lot of experience. I do enjoy when they relay field stories makes class much more interesting. The online program used with the class has tons of resources. Theres powerpoints, flash cards, the ebook and even an audio book.

Currently enrolled in a basic EMT course. Mrs Fuentes , our intcuctor , has been nothing great! Along with all the other instructors. Highly recommend!!

Dan was amazing! I have never learned so much in an ACLS class before! He took extra time during a break to explain heart blocks to me, and this is the first time I have ever truly understood them. I am sending everyone I know to class here! I just wish the hospital would pay for my class :(
