It started out wonderful, but quickly went downhill.On one occasion my daughter was just not fed her lunch “ teacher just forgot”Multiple occasions she was not given her milk as an infant. Hollie could not give us answers just that it wouldn’t happen again. It did.My daughter informed us about a teacher who hurt/hit her. Hollie said she was “just confused”& denied us the camera footage.Witnessed an older boy screaming and hitting my daughter repeatedly while both teachers watched.4-5 accidents would happen weekly that no one could explain. Reports were not made 8/10 times.Teachers stealing.My daughter was left in urine soaked shoes/socks for 6+ hours.Diaper Rashes occurred weekly because they would not change her.This place is never cleaned. This issue was brought up 6 times with Hollie each time she would say “ I pay my teachers overtime every weekend to clean” her employees assured me this is a lie.We have contacted Laura Dobbs the COO of all 11 TN locations and because she is Hollie’s sister she refuses to address these issues.

If you want quality care, The Academy of Seaboard Lane is the perfect place. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a warm smile. It’s very evident that the teachers love the children! I couldn’t ask for a better place for young minds to grow, explore, learn, and play! Highly recommend.

We have had our daughter at this daycare since June and we are very happy with our choice. She is part time (which none of the other comparable schools offer). I never have to worry about her, or question her care. Her teachers are very engaging and nurturing. She is a very social and happy baby; she looks forward to hanging out with her friends. Ms. Jen and Ms. Sarah are awesome! Aside from the occasional cold due to being in a childcare setting, I have absolutely no issues with this school. I am confident that my child is being stimulated and she is learning so much every day.

Our son is three years old and has been with the Academy of Seaboard Lane since he was a newborn. The transition from room to room as he grew has been seamless and the site does a great job with communications around these moves, which frankly, for new parents, is stressful. Im super happy with the way the site has evolved since joining too, such as increasing the healthiness of their food offerings. In general, its just comforting that you can see the continuous improvement mindset of a childcare business. Lastly and most recently, Ms Venus and Ms Tina have been spectacular. My son has never been this excited to get to school or this at ease when I leave the room. In the end, AoSL provides peace of mind and really, thats all I can ask for.

As you know, Jack transitioned to Preschool 1 at the beginning of the month.From the day we met his new teachers, we could tell he was going to be learning so much in his new room. We are incredibly pleased to see the videos and pictures each day of Jack practicing his colors, letters and numbers, and we can tell that he is really happy there.Ms Venus and Ms Kaylyn have been fantastic and we are so grateful to them for all they do to make each day special and fun for the kids. We love the Academy at Seaboard Lane! The facility is clean, the meals served are a great variety of good, healthy food and the teachers love our children as their own! Laura and Brandy do a great job up front and keep a great line of communication to the parents.

My wife and I absolutely love everything about the Academy of Seaboard Lane (AoSL). Before arriving in TN we sent our son to a daycare in Chicago. At the time we thought it was a good place for our son. Upon starting at AoSL, we realized just how good a daycare facility could be. The teachers and administrators are passionate about what they do. They truly care about all of the kids and it shows. The food is healthy, the curriculum is fun, and the kids all seem so happy. The added features and events (prom, petting zoo, parents night out, breakfast for families every day, etc) are wonderful. We strongly recommend AoSL!

Our family loved the Academy! The environment was lovely and peaceful, and the teachers and administrators made my kids feel right at home. My daughter and son were actually excited to go to school every morning, which gave me a wonderful feeling. They even wanted to go on the weekends! I would highly recommend AOSL.

We have been at the Academy of Seaboard Lane since it opened in 2014, and could not be happier! One of the best decisions we’ve made as parents is having our child (soon to be children) at Academy of Seaboard Lane.The little things are what go the longest way for us as parents. They spend more time with our son each week than we can because of work, and they love him like their own. They encourage him to learn, grow and socialize while keeping him safe and well fed with a variety of nutritious foods. Every teacher knows my son by name. The older kids (some who have gone off to elementary school) still stop by the infant rooms to say hi and hug their old teachers. That warms my heart as a mother seeing the impact these teachers have made on the early years of childhood and that they’re still there as a familiar face even years after the kids have moved up classes and onto the next phase of school. When I first became pregnant someone told me having a child is like watching your heart run around in the world. If our children are going to run around anywhere in the world 5 days a week, we’re most at peace knowing they’re at the Academy of Seaboard Lane. My family has had a great experience at The Academy of Seaboard Lane. We have been enrolled since the opening in 2014. The teachers are kind, loving, patient and have a genuine care for the children. The environment and morale of the staff has a very positive feel as we bring our children through the door each day. The curriculum and schedule creates an environment for children to be both creative and structured at the same time. The facility is top notch and always extremely clean. The parents receive frequent communication on necessary items and my requests are addressed immediately by the staff.

I couldnt think of anywhere else I would want my children to spend their days. The staff is wonderful! My kids look forward to going every day and learn more than I could ever teach them on my own. Bonus, we get to eat breakfast every day as a family at school before the day gets started, after hours festivals, gatherings, and a second family!

My daughter is now in Kinder and is doing so well! She is one of the top students in her class and is a class leader/tutor to the other kids. She is doing so well that her and a few other students are going to go and do more in depth learning with a special teacher due to the fact that she knows so much. I couldnt be more proud of how far she has come and what she has accomplished since she started. And all of this is because the WONDERFUL, AMAZING, CARING teachers at The Academy of Seaboard Lane!! They have worked so hard with Bailey and she is ahead of the game now! I am unbelievably grateful!!!! Thank yall for taking such great care of my babies!! I wanted to send an email and let you guys know that Ms Hollie is just amazing. We have never been this happy with a teacher before. Julianas progress and happiness levels are outstanding. Everyone from the management to the teachers know my daughters name, and greet us with a warm smile each day. My daughter has learned more than I could have imagined at her age. We absolutely love our teachers. They have a magical touch with the babies, treats them as though they are their own, and are great at checking in with the parents. They are so knowledgeable when it comes to the kids – knew right away when my daughter was teething, provided great suggestions on how to help her sleep through the night (they saw my desperation!), and always know how to comfort an upset child. I feel like the teachers are genuinely interested in my child’s well-being.

Hands down the absolute best daycare. We have been at The Academy of Seaboard Lane for over two years and I love everything about it. The teachers and staff are so fabulous that both my kids are excited to go back each day. I love that the classes are age specific and provide structure.

We highly recommend The Academy of Seaboard Lane. We have tried other childcare providers and they dont even compare. There are even other Academy locations near our home and we still drive over an hour round-trip to take our children to Cool Springs. The staff are friendly and very professional, and the facility is organized and well-kept.

5 STARS for ASL! Our little girl has been enrolled at ASL since its opening and we truly cannot say enough great things about this school. The teachers are super loving, welcoming, kind, understanding, and patient. The curriculum is rigorous, engaging, and keeps the kiddos learning at even the youngest of ages. The facility is inviting, clean, and the kids love the large fish tanks, multiple play areas, and bright hallways and classrooms. Our little one honestly LOVES going to school each day. Weve always said if she cannot be at home with us where would the next best place be ... and ASL continues to reach and exceed our expectations over and over again! We LOVE ASL!

The Academy of Seaboard Lane is the best preschool around! My two boys have been here since they opened last June and we absolutely LOVE it. The Director, Ms Laura and Assistant Director, Ms Tiqua are awesome. I love the constant communication we receive from the directors and the teachers. My kids are so happy to go everyday and the entire staff is friendly and professional. My kids have grown academically and we love the curriculum. While it is tough to leave my boys each morning, I know they are in the best hands possible at The Academy. I am so thankful we found the Academy of Seaboard Lane. I couldnt ask for a better place to care for my boys!

Our family LOVES AOSL! We enrolled our son at 16 weeks; he will begin Pre-K 1 next week. We have enjoyed every minute of our experience! Great teachers, wonderful staff, and a fun, age-appropriate learning environment for children! Most importantly, our child feels welcomed and loved! We highly recommend AOSL if you are considering a child development center and learning program for your little ones.

I am so happy and grateful for the staff at AOSL. I transferred my 4yr old son from a different preschool program were we had a terrible experience. At AOSL my son found a home in Ms. Cassidys class. Within the first couple of days of his being in her class he was able to make several friends unlike the previous school he attended where he had no friends. His transformation has been pretty amazing. He now loves and looks forward to school, hes got a big boost to his self esteem/confidence and is always excitedly talking about his class activities, friends and teachers. She has learned so much and been surrounded by fabulous teachers and the schools directors are top notch! The facility is beautiful, clean and full of friendly faces. We have been there since the opening. Amazing place and people. The staff is so friendly and loving to our kids. Place is kept super clean around the clock. The Management team is so approachable and get concerns addressed immediately. AOSL has made my kids love school, which was not the case at their past school. I have recommended AOSL time and time again to friends.

My experience at The Academy has been simply amazing! My kids are always greeted with a smile and warm hugs that make drop offs so much easier! All the teachers in the building know them by name. The curriculum is rigorous, and they come home singing songs and speaking Spanish and talking about the rainforest and any other things they have learned. I’ve been so impressed with the level of care, education, and attention my girls have received since joining the Academy of Seaboard Lane (AOSL) over 6 months ago.The Staff is amazing. The facility is impeccable. And the curriculum is very well balanced.Each morning my girls are met with smiling faces and a level of warmth and positive energy that is unmistakably genuine and sincere.And there is no shortage of Communications regarding safety procedures, policy updates, prevalent illnesses, holiday parties, weather related dismissal’s, family events (ex: Parent’s night out), special visitors (ex: Franklin Fire Department), etc…So when it comes to the day-to-day operations at the AOSL, there just aren’t any surprises, which is wonderfully refreshing as a parent of 3 young girls…Lastly, I wanted to hit on the attention that is paid to each and every one of the special requests I’ve had or questions I’ve asked since joining, and there’ve been a few :). The feedback loop is incredible. I’ve never once left a note, voicemail or sent an e-mail to the director (Laura Dobbs) that wasn’t met with immediate feedback. And we aren’t talking days, it’s more like hours and to be frank, it’s typically within the hour.Such a wonderful overall experience thus far, and I’ve only hit on a few of the highpoints, so if you’re looking for an enrichment program for your little one(s), I’d recommend putting the AOSL at the top of your list.

Within a few weeks I was calling AOSLs director, Laura, asking if we could come back! After experiencing another school it was clear that AOSL was the absolutely best school for our children.I could go on and on about everything we love.... I love the curriculum and all of the academics that are taught at AOSL. I have no doubt that our son is prepared and ready to begin Kindergarden this Fall. The staff is wonderful. We have experienced very little staff turnover, especially with the lead classroom teachers. That is highly important to us. The director is amazing. Laura Dobbs has such a commitment to excellence. Her school is clean, organized and runs like a well oiled machine. They send emails to parents all the time informing us of any illness, staff changes, policy changes, special events.... You always know what is going on. If Ive ever had a concern Laura made sure it was addressed immediately.The facility is great. They have 3 playgrounds so the kids play in the area thats best suited for their size and abilities. They also have a big indoor enrichment room and several small indoor play areas for when the weather is bad. I hate the idea of my kids being in the same room all day so it means a lot knowing they have a lot of playtime options at the school.I highly recommend AOSL to everyone. Its a fantastic school!

There are not enough awesome synonyms in the English language to describe our complete satisfaction with The Academy of Seaboard Lane (AOSL). Our love for the entire staff grows more and more each day.We enrolled our son to AOSL in July of 2015 after being in a nationally branded preschool previously for almost a year and a half. We were referred by a parent in our neighborhood whose child had been enrolled in a different nationally branded preschool. The emotions of happiness that poured from this parent as they described the love given to their child by the staff of AOSL made our decision to enroll our son at AOSL a no brainer.Our son had experienced behavioral issues at the other preschool he had attended and that preschool’s approach had failed many times. Though our son’s behavioral issues continued for a very, very short time at AOSL, their approach, love and attention to detail they showed our child made a world of difference. His behavior and learning levels improved so greatly so fast that he was moved up to an older class where, even as one of the youngest in the class, he is advancing even more. We could not be more ecstatic at his education and behavioral advancement. His milestones grow more each week.The excellence of the preschool is seen from the ownership to the fantastic director to all the superb staff. Every aforementioned position at AOSL we have ever met is outstanding. They truly love their job and the delight can be seen in their face. Their attitude is always upbeat. They never focus on the negative and always have time to discuss your child. Any day that is challenging is ended with the phrase, “Tomorrow is a new day and it will be great” and every time, that positivity makes the new day greater than we as parents could hope.As a parent, with so many unknowns in this world, it is gratifying to know that our child’s education, wellbeing and emotions are all handled with the best professionalism.
