If you’re looking to fight or just get fit this is the place is for you. I spoke to Jerome for 30 sec on the phone and told him I would see him on Saturday. Two days later I walked in the gym and he looked over and said are you Steve. Now that through me off in a 30 sec phone call he remembered my name. This may seem trivial but that made me feel like I wasn’t just another person walking through the door.By far the best gym I have ever been to. its $10 to check it out and I promises you will love it.

This gym is an incredible opportunity whether you just want to get in shape or you want to get in the ring or cage. Myself and my 13 year old boy, who has never liked any other sports or martial art, cant wait for the next class.
