We did the online drivers ED class for my son. Paid for it with credit card. He completed the classes and test. They did not issue the proper work. Says it should be in the mail within 5-10 working days. We never got it. Called and the only way you can contact is to leave a message that they never return. I sent an email, they responded that were sorry for the inconvience and would take care of it. A month later still noting. No paperwork to take to the DMV and they took my money. Did not bother to issue a refund or give a reason either. At this point i have not only called and left several messages for them to try and get it worked out but i have aslo sent several messages. With no response. This place is not worth the hassel. Go with someplace not trying to just steal you money.

Last year during the pandemic I purchased driving lessons. I wanted to get my lessons before I moved back to my university. Due to Covid-19 they canceled my lessons and were closed for 3 months which is completely understandable. It was time for me to move and services were no longer needed. They couldn’t fit my schedule or couldn’t provide exact dates to give my lessons. I asked for a refund over the phone and they declined said they would call me back never did. After weeks I went in person to inquire about refund policy and reception Monserrat was rude and had attitude and on her personal phone. She was on her social media while she was talking to me very unprofessional and brought her manger. When the manger came he beat around the bush for trying give me a refund. On top of that Monserrat was secretly recording video on her personal device without permission. Bottom line, I was trying to get a refund for services that were never given to me. Took several weeks of back in fourth was close to taking them to small claims court. Finally supervisor mailed me a refund check.

Lack professionalism they have no organization be careful they can try to charge you twice! Had a bad experience with one of the instructors.. they make you feel uncomfortable and laugh I don’t recommend this place at all. They don’t follow up with your appointments and make sure you get them all in so if you do plan on going with them please keep your eyes open !

Inquired about how to get a license and the lady in Fresno location was rude. Kinda shaming me for not knowing anything. Well thats why you come to them to learn how to drive, right? So unprofessional. Dont come here, go to Drive America instead.

I had Christina as my instructor and she’s amazing. When you make mistakes, she tells you to reassure you that it’s normal for beginners to make these mistakes. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable! I totally recommend this place.

Highly recommend them!!!! Awesome instructors!! When my little sister went there, the owner Edwin was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. I needed someone to really teach my sister, so he gave me a wonderful instructor named Alex. He was extremely helpful and my sister enjoyed Alex’s teaching. My sister passed the first time with a 100%! The owner was right when he said I will be very happy with his driving school! I looked at other driving schools, and wasn’t very happy with the answers some of the driving schools gave me, and the negativity they would say about other driving schools. Teen safe driving school gave me a positive outlook and made me and my sister feel important. Thank you!

My son, Johnny had his first driving lesson with Marwaan. He was professional and punctual and my son learned a tremendous amount! Additionally he really related to my son and they had fun as well. He also gave my son three things to work on to pass the test to ensure his success… Thanks a lot we will be back soon!

It was a great experience. The instructors were amazing and the customers service was great. Their secretary Monserrath Medina was just very helpful in working around my schedule and setting up the perfect drives for me. All in all a 10/10.

Took my drivers test on the 23 in August and passed on the first time and only missed two! This is such a good school to go to and the instructors are so amazing and funny! You make good conversations with them and teens are able to relate with them! And after every drive I take with my instructors the manager would ask me how the instructors were and if they were good to me, and of course they were. So, greeted with kindness?✅. Great instructors?✅. Tips and advice provided?✅. No pressure or stress?✅ 10/10 would recommend!

My daughter has recently completed her first behind the wheel drivers training with Teen Safe Driving School. The instructor arrived at our home on time and was ready to go. She was extremely professional and my daughter felt comfortable driving with her. My daughter had very limited experience driving a vehicle prior to her fist lesson, but her instructor gave her items to work on and helped her develop a comfort for being behind the wheel. I have had multiple conversations with other parents that have used Teen Safe and they have all shared extremely positive experiences. I HIGHLY recommend the school.

I did my drivers education and drivers training through them and it was fantastic. The drivers education was perfect because it’s online and I can access it whenever and wherever. All the instructors were super nice and they helped me become more confident in driving. I passed my driver’s test with 0 marks! 10/10 recommend.

Decided to check out the place in person(Shaw location in Fresno) after looking at website and it offered great prices for lessons so my kid can get the drivers license. A very tight-knit place. Had to wait about 15 mins to talk to the sassy recepionist at the front desk during the time, Monsterat; who wasnt quite sure of its own business services information so she told someonelse to speak to me; I thought it was maybe because she was too busy, but Monserat was sitting back on her smart phone the whole time while the other person was speaking to me. Very unprofessional of her. But I was still gladly able to schedule some lessons for my kid today, well see how it goes :)

This school was amazing. I would most definitely recommend asking for Annie (or Antoinette). She was so amazing. On my first lesson I was incredibly nervous, but I immediately felt comfortable with her. She answered all my questions and explained everything to me, she explained what Im doing wrong and what Im doing right, and she never made me feel nervous. You will definitely feel prepared for the road on your own after going to this school.

Very satisfied with the teaching I received from Teen Safe Driving School! I had to pay for my own drivers training, and this school worked with payments for me. Other driving schools I called wanted additional money if I made payments, and were way too expensive! I also liked how they called me to follow up on my lessons. And, they would send me reminders with my upcoming lessons. If you want a great experience from beginning to end, I strongly recommend Teen Safe school.

I was really happy with this driving school. I called on a monday and got an appointment the same week! The instructor I had was so nice and she was such a people-person. I had such a great experience here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a driving school. If i had to go anywhere again it would be here.

The instructor was too busy touching her phone texting and paying her bills. Definitely a bad influence on teens who are training to drive. Go elsewhere where they actually teach. Don’t waste your money on a scam.

Great service and all of their instructors are great. I went with a different one each time and all were very helpful. They even took me to take my behind the wheel test for my last lesson and I passed on my first try.

Very helpful, after I had a bad experience with their new Clovis office, I proceeded to post a bad review, but the owner of the company called to apologize. I appreciate that they went out of their way to ensure that a customer was satisfied.

Thanks to this online class, I passed my permit test. The class was super easy and understandable. Ive taken my first lesson with Pa Doa, the instructor, and she made driving way less stressful than I thought itd be.
