Where do I begin about the team at Cadence Academy. This school is ran by a top notch management team. I’ve never met two woman more dedicated to their position, company, and children. They treat every single child like their own. They’ve helped my daughter and myself through two of the toughest years of our life. We wouldn’t be where we’re at without these two. The teachers here are without a doubt, hands down amazing. They will spoil the ever loving mess out of your child. They not only help educate, inform, grow, and protect your children. They’ll also love on them unconditionally. I can not give enough praise about this academy and their staff. Do yourself a favor and allow them the opportunity to become apart of your family. You won’t regret it.

This team at Cadence Academy is on top of the game regarding preschool and childcare. They have taken my child and has absolutely helped develop his I.Q. at RAPID SPEED! A caring and stimulating environment! You feel it when you walk up to the door! We see young kids and older kids walk inside with the biggest smile in the mornings! Cadence Academy (Frisco) is great for any young ones! The welcoming and warm feeling that we felt on day 1 has been consistent throughout the past several months!My baby smiles each morning at drop off and comes home with so much energy each evening! Ms Laurin is the best infant teacher! There’s a fun learning activity every day for the kids with photos and details that are sent through the kids app! She ensures they are well fed and take naps as scheduled!I have also been so impressed with all of the communication with Allison (Director) and Staff members. This is a place with established policies and consistent rules! There is currently a ratio of 1:4 which is also greatly appreciated! This place is worth every penny!

My children were in a terrible situation at a previous school and I was fortunate to hear about this wonderful school. I immediately picked up the phone and was blown away by the kindness and compassion that the Director & Assistant Director displayed. They were prompt and eager to help my children. I was blown away by the cleanliness, curriculum, meal plan, communication/transparency, and the overall family culture at this school. My children absolutely adore their teachers and you know it’s a great sign when your little one keeps begging to go back to school. We are so blessed to call this place home. We just moved from Ohio and needed a pre-school for our 5 year old. From the time we toured the Cadence Academy Preschool on North County Road in Frisco, we felt a comfort and care that led us to ultimately place our child in their hands. Allison and Nadja, the directors, were very accommodating and patient with delays in our start date and the entire staff continue to make us feel welcome. We are very happy with our choice and will continue to attend during after school Kindergarten care!

I chose Cadence Academy on a whim.  It’s on my way to work and I figured why not! After being enrolled for a few months, I do not regret this decision at all.  Ally and Nadja are amazing!!! Any time I send them an e-mail, one of them answers whether it’s at 10 at night or 6 in the morning.  Ms. Tureka spoils my child rotten and I love all the activities she does with them. They are supportive and dedicated to the school as a whole.  I went looking for a school and I found a community💕

Recently moved here from Houston my daughter enjoys going to the school very much. The teachers & staff here are extremely friendly and kind. They Treat every child as if they were their own. Recommend to anyone looking for realiable child care that is trust worthy and family oriented.

I have been a teacher at Cadence Academy Preschool of Frisco, TX for a few months now and being a part of this staff has been nothing short of amazing. The amount of work that everyone puts into making this school a place where children are excited to learn new things every single day, and in an environment that is as nurturing as home, is truly inspiring. I could not ask for a better assistant director and director to not only work with, but to also continue learning and growing from. Both of their passion for this field of work drives me to want to be the absolute best teacher I can be. They are always more than willing to help all of their teachers with whatever we may need, and will go above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met as well. To say that I admire the both of them would be an understatement, and it has been a privilege to be employed here.

I love this place! I am a first time Mom and was very nervous about my daughter going to daycare, especially during COVID. The fact that my 6 month old daughter gets super excited when she sees her teachers makes me so happy! Both the Director and Assistant Director are such a joy to speak with and quick with any requests I have. I love this place and would highly recommend for any parent, especially a nervous new Mom like me!

I love Cadence Academy Frisco. My daughter, she attends Cadence. I really like the school. The environment is motivating and inspires the children to learn. The director and assistant director are very approachable. I have seen lots of good changes with new management. The school emphasizes more on education and all over growth of kids. The teachers are very friendly and put their hearts for learning.

We attended Cadence Academy, previously Sandcastle, for four years and just recently switched providers. I intentionally waited two months before posting this review to allow me to objectively compare and contrast.While we were touched and greatly appreciate the positive impact many of the teacher’s had on our child’s life, we were continuously disappointed by management over the last several months causing us terminate our enrollment, which wasn’t acknowledged by the Director or Regional Director. Specifically, there were numerous miscommunications – between management and parents, as well as management and educators – which negatively impacted the experience for everyone. They also have difficulty retaining current educators by generally refusing to match competing offers from other preschools. Several of our favorite teachers have been recruited away for pennies on the dollar that Cadence refuses to match, which results in lower educator retention / higher turnover than typical in the industry, not to mention disruption in the classroom. Lastly, the facilities are worn down and in need of investment. All of this while charging one of the highest tuition rates in Frisco.I am not a parent with an ax to grind, and was hesitant to post this review out of love for several of the educators and Assistant Director still there, but after seeing a recent flood of five star reviews, felt it was important to post our experience, which was shared by multiple other families during our tenure. When we turned in our termination notice, there were only three children left in my child’s class – down from fifteen - which make these positive reviews difficult to reconcile. Take note that many of the reviewers only have ever published one review.In summary, don’t take my word for it, or the words of any other reviewer on this thread. Observe the facilities, look at the class sizes, inquire on teacher retention and ask the questions for yourself.

My children has been attending now for over a month. So far everything is amazing. The director Christine Sanders is an amazing woman. She take pride in her students and work ethics. Christine has a very positive attitude and she takes pride in making sure every student is treated fair and taken very good care of. I also want to acknowledge Allison. She cares about the well being of the children and makes sure all children are treated equally. The staff is just overall very caring, friendly and patient with the children. The nutritionist meals are very delicious and healthy. Cadence has been around for many years. They are very experienced in teaching children respect, etiquette, and great mannerism. The center always smell so fresh and clean. The classrooms are very clean and neat. The center’s decor is very creative and you can always expect fun activities and festivities at Cadence. I highly recommend Cadence Academy to all families that are looking to enroll!!

My kid started at Cadence in Aug and loves it! My wife and I really like the family feel. All the staff are really nice and always welcome us with a smile. Our son is learning so much and always tells us about his day. The communication is great, we are always up to date on all family activities which we LOVE. You can tell the staff enjoy what they do , the director and assistant director are super nice and always welcoming and give hugs to our son. I have loved working at Cadence Academy! The staff is so welcoming and helpful, and they have made my transition at the school so easy! Each activity is structured to ensure that the students’ physical, academic, and social needs are met. The staff provides a loving and supportive environment for each student, while ensuring that all the students feel special and cherished! As a Summer Camp Counselor, I have especially enjoyed watching the students learn about different countries and cultures from our exciting curriculum! The field trips we take every week add so much fun and excitement to our learning!

My husband and I recently moved to Frisco and we just enrolled our daughter in the toddler program and she loves it! The space is brand new and so welcoming. Mr. Ellis was extremely helpful during our tour of the school and answered any concerns or questions we had!

I’d like to take this opportunity to share my recent experience when visiting Cadence Academy. While in search of a preschool for our 3 year-old twin boys, my husband and I did a walk-in tour and were extremely impressed by each and every detail. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Kelli who thoroughly explained what to expect along the tour, the registration process and daily routines. As an added bonus we met Tonya who would be teaching our boys and she was pleasure to speak with. She gave us insight on her teaching techniques, background and experience as well as an opportunity to get to know her as a person. The passion she has for children is evident and upon meeting her I knew she would be a great teacher for our children. As we moved forward with the tour we were excited about the unique play area which not only allowed for playground play but also music and water play. The room we toured was clean, bright and cheery- just what a toddler needs and I was impressed by the different learning tools/examples provided by the teacher. To top things off my husband or myself have had the opportunity to speak with the director and other staff members who provided excellent service and professionalism. We even were told by one of your student’s parents how great the school is! We were so excited about placing our boys in Cadence Academy. After visiting many schools we recognize the added effort by Cadence to create an environment that children can thrive in. I dont write many reviews but as a result of our experience I had to acknowledge the value that Cadence brings to preschool industry! They are committed to children, education and the community. I would recommend them to anyone 100%!

Cadence Academy in Frisco is amazing. The feeling of community is what makes this school so special. I had called other schools in the area, and when I spoke with the Director Glenda she was so helpful. She asked me about my child, if we were new to the area which we are, if I had any concerns I wanted to share. Made us feel like they really wanted to get to know us. My daughter received a Welcome Letter in the mail addressed to her, signed by her new teachers and the Director and Assistant Director. She was so happy. We cant wait to start.

We have been with Cadence for 2 years now and have loved every moment of it. Our kids love coming to school every day! All of the teachers, even if they dont currently teach our boys, know them, hug them, and greet them with a smile each and every morning. Most importantly, the level of cognitive and social development that takes place is outstanding!

I LOVE LOVE this place. I was nervous about my children transitioning but Cadence staff made my babies feel safe. My daughter Is so excited when she goes in and runs to her class.My son warmed up really well also. When I first toured the school all I kept saying is it smells so good. Since my husband and I are both fellow-educators, the rigorous, developmentally-appropriate and engaging curriculum with the unmatched family-friendly atmosphere has made Cadence Academy the home for our two young children. From the infant class to the preschool classes, our two little ones come home happy and are always talking and singing about how much they love their teachers. One of the first things that caught our attention was that our strong-willed toddler son came home and politely announced, Excuse me, to get our attention. Additionally, we love watching their learning, through the daily updates, and especially love to peek through the windows and see how theyre always exploring whether indoors or outdoors before we open their classroom doors to pick them up each day. One such day, our children were enjoying an activity where their peers were sharing a game, taking turns and encouraging one another in the two-year-old classroom. We have had our two daughters at Cadence Academy over the past almost three years and love it! Our oldest is five and youngest is 2 and a half and finding a place we feel comfortable leaving them wasnt easy. The teachers are loving and the academics are great as well! I feel like my kids are learning so much and they absolutely love going to school!

We enrolled our 7 year old daughter in the summer program at Cadence and we could not be more pleased. The communication, staff, and field trips are first rate and she is having so much fun! Our first day we received an email update and picture of our daughter. It felt so good to have interaction and know the people watching over our daughter cared to reach out. Every field trip we are notified when the kids leave, arrive, return back to school. We will actually be sad to see the summer end and will plan on going to Cadence Academy every summer from now on.

Cadence Academy is a wonderful place to take our toddler. She is always so excited to see her teachers. It is so comforting to know that our little one is loved and taken care of while we are working. She has learned so much and comes home every day with a larger vocabulary, both verbally and in sign language. Love the staff here.

I am very pleased with Cadence Academy. Every teacher treats my child as their own. On my tour, the director gave me detailed information, that made me feel so comfortable. I have referred several of my friends who are looking for a great school, for their little ones. I love that when I show up each day, my child is doing a different activity. Our kids have been at Cadence for about a year now. We really liked this school, but now we love it! They had a change and brought in a new director, and we can see some great things happening! Our kids love that Ms. Glenda can speak Spanish also. I had to write this today, because she had grab and go breakfast for all the parents. Who does that!?! This is such a family friendly environment instead of just another school. We were looking at changing schools, but now we are staying for good.

My daughter (3) has been attending this school for almost a year now and our family loves it. My son (7) also attends summer camp and the after school program at the same location. Both children look forward to their time at Cadence. My wife and I are very pleased with the kind, friendly and loving attitudes of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility and varied learning environment that they provide. Nothing is more valuable than having peace of mind that our childcare providers treat our kids as well as they do their own.

We moved to Frisco from Phoenix in June and dont know anyone in the area. My children are 6 and 2 and have never been to a daycare, I had always had the luxury of having my friends and family to watch them. I took a leap of faith by trying the Cadence Academy Preschool because it was close to my workplace and I am so happy that I did. I was nervous (as were they) dropping them off on their first day and the director so kindly shared photos and status updates with me during the day to let me know that they were doing just fine. We have been at the school for 10 months now and both of my children love going there everyday. Their days are filled with fun, learning and variety and my mind is at ease knowing that they are in good hands.

We have been so happy with our time at Cadence Academy. The staff is so friendly and treats your child like family. I know they love her and they know who she is and what she needs. They are great at keeping parents informed on what is happening in the school. My daughter has learned so much from starting school there. I love Cadence Academy. My daughter started here at 4 months old and I must say the teachers have been understanding of my concerns as a new mom..The teachers here are wonderful and very attentive to the babies. The school is always clean, which I love, and one of the best schools around. Our son started in the infant nursery at 9 months old. He is now 2 and thriving at Cadence. He gets excited to go to school every day, and some days doesnt want to go home when we pick him up. I have full confidence that he is LOVED by every single person there. Theyre as excited as we are when he hits his major milestones or starts learning new skills. Beyond that there are so many good things to say about Cadence. They focus on education and social skills for all ages, teach sign language, provide healthy meals and snacks, do fun activities and special events for the kids, and the school itself is warm and homey. Cadence is an awesome school. Our girls started Cadence in July of 2018 and they are thriving. We love the atmosphere and our oldest daughter is excited about all the new things shes learning. I would definitely recommend them to any parent.

Its hard to believe my family has been using Sandcastle for 7 years now. My daughter started with them when she was 3 months old and then they started caring for my son when he was 3 months old a few years later. The staff is wonderful, the director is great to work with, and everyone genuinely cares that the children have fun while they start their learning journey. I know they helped make the transition for my daughter from pre-K to elementary school easy and I know my son will start kindergarten next year well prepared for school.

Im a picky parent, and my kids went to another childcare before this. I only want the best for my kids and I want the best teachers and staff around my kids as well. When I came to Cadence, as any parent I was nervous but now I cant picture them going anywhere else. I really appreciate the staff and their eagerness to answer any questions I have but just the fact that they are all so friendly and attentive to each child. My kids are so attached to the teachers and cant even leave without giving hugs. Their curriculum as well as their events that Cadence has/offers are so amazing. My three year old comes home and tells me about the planets and my older kids come and tell me about math problems and science experiments. I believe every preschool/childcare should be like cadence. Would definitely recommend.

This place is great! The entire staff at Sandcastle was very warm, comforting, and loving to the kids and the parents. For the duration of our time there we did not have one complaint about the facility or the staff. The center is spotless and up to date. They are well organized. The kids are very well loved and happy. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We have been with cadence for over 5 yrs now. My 7 yr old went through there and my 4 yr old has been there since she was 6 weeks old. We absolutely love this place. Our kids have loved it. My 7 yr old still talks about having miss Della as a teacher. They treat our kids right, the way we would treat them and I think thats what we all want as parents. They also did a great job of preparing my 7 yr old for kindergarten. She started school ahead of the curve and alot of that is attributed to the work they did with her. Our kids had been to multiple places before we landed with cadence, Im glad we found them as I wouldnt let my kids to go anywhere else

My oldest attended, my middle is attending and I’m about to have my two month old is about to start. I’ve have been bring my children here for about 7 years. My oldest, who is now 10, has alway been top of his class. When he started going to school after leaving, he was well ahead of everyone. I consider everyone here to be family. Very friendly and wonderful folks. Never have had any issues and only good things to say.

We love Cadence Academy! My daughter started pre-K here recently and has learned so much. Every day she comes home talking about her sight words and singing new songs in Spanish and English. They make learning fun with science experiments, arts and crafts. Im very impressed with the teachers who are friendly and caring, and they even take the time to send detailed reports each day. We stumbled upon Cadence Academy when we recently moved to the area and could not be more pleased that we chose this place for our little one. It’s obvious that he is so loved by all the teachers. His teachers do such a great job at guiding his energetic, wild spirit in a positive manner. Often when I pick him up he doesn’t want to leave. He is learning so much, not just academically but socially as well. He has also made such sweet friendships. We feel at home at Cadence and would recommend it to anyone!

Cadence Academy is a great school! My son goes there year around and my daughter does the summer camp. Both kids just love the school and teachers there. The staff and teachers are amazing and they do a wonderful job at keeping the parents involved in what’s going on at the school. My son has learned so much since he has been there. One thing I will say is that they are very patient with the children and take time to get to know each and every one of the children. I would definitely recommend Cadence to other parents.

Our family absolutely loves SandCastle Private School. My infant son is enrolled full time, and my oldest is in the 3-year-old class. After attending two other schools in Frisco, I can honestly say that our experience with SandCastle has been a huge breath of fresh air. Everyone on staff - from the directors to the teachers to the cafeteria and facilities employees - greets you and your children with a smile. It is a wonderful feeling to drop them off every day knowing they are receiving lots of love, and most importantly, a quality education. My oldest recently came home reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and all the body parts (including muscles - obliques AND deltoids). Amazing! I highly recommend SandCastle and encourage you to take a tour and speak to a couple parents (such as me) with any questions you may have.

Cadence Academy is a great private school! They have done a great job at molding my child and preparing him for kindergarten. My wife and I enrolled our daughter at Cadence a couple of months ago prior to the new director starting. Although the staff has always been awesome and welcoming, Ms. Christine has brought great leadership and energy to the academy.

We love Sandcastle, our 14 year old went when he was little and now our 2 year old is there, and it is still as great as ever. The best part is the same director has been there and she is wonderful.

My daughter attends Cadence & I couldnt be any happier with some of the changes I have seen. Since the new director has been there, she completely revamped the breakfast & lunch menu. My daughter actually does not make me stop and get her breakfast in the mornings!! She loves Fridays, because the Director & Asst. Director have started something called Friday Special Treats! So the Director & Asst. Director are in the lobby, handing out treats. They ask about their day & personally tell them to have a great weekend! They also do Parents Grab & Go where they have a quick breakfast for the parents, who are rushing to drop off our kids! You can really see the new passion for the school, and I must admit it has been such an improvement!!!

This is a great school that is focused on taking the best care of every child that is enrolled in their program. I give them an A+

For the past few months I have enjoyed the Curriculum and hands on Activities. The children are very excited to learn and share what they have learned. The Director has started Family Dinner Nites that we enjoy not cooking lol.

My kids have been going to cadence academy for well over a year now! The school is beautiful and well kept together , My 4 year old has progressed in his vocabulary , along with sharing, working on manners, learning skills and hes eager to get back everyday to see his teachers and his bestfriends . We had an awesome year with mrs.tonya she is absolutely amazing and made my son feel welcome and comfortable when he first started and left me for the first time!! Glenda the director truly cares about the children and the school.. HUGE props to The infant room (ms.marie) where my daughter is (she started at 6 weeks old and is now 1) I was beyond nervous to leave her at that young of an age but they reassured me everything would be fine and they never once failed me ! Cadence academy is a go to for sure if your looking for your children to be taking care of and taught well. My family gives 5 stars!!

My daughter has attended Cadence Academy since she was 5 months old and she is now 17 months old. In the beginning, it was very hard for me having to let go of my baby especially being away from her all day to pertain to my work life. But Cadence Academy has truly shown me what it’s like to not be afraid of bringing your children to a nursery and being a 100% comfortable. There’s so many horror stories out there about daycares and things that can happen but I can say my daughter has been well taken care of since she has been enrolled in this school. From her very first teacher that I absolutely love (Mrs. Marie) to the front desk customer service (Kelli) and to their Director (Glenda). Everyone here genuinely cares for my daughter and I wouldn’t trade this school for anything in the world. I am one Happy, Proud, and Grateful Mom because or Cadenc Academy. Thank you All ❤️

My daughter used to go to this school, the teachers are very sweet and loving . The reason I give 1 star is because of the management of the school. The director does not know how to treat people , the management has a serious lapse in judgement in hiring the schools director. My wife used to work at the same school and the director used to compel her to come to work even though my wife was ill. The director used to ask us to pick up our kid early from school for no valid reason whatsoever in spite of paying the whole fees for the day. My kid ,with high fever , was made to come to school because the director did not want to give the day off for my wife to take care of my daughter at home. They charged spring fees for the kids and in spite of leaving the school far before spring events started the institution openly cheated us of the refund by saying that in January they charged the fees and they cannot refund it. Outside of the bad director and the pathetic management , I found every teacher to be very kind and loving towards all the kids. I feel bad for the teachers who still work there with an arrogant person as their boss and a management that does absolutely nothing to support them.

Our Family LOVES Sandcastle!!! My girls have had most of the teachers there. My oldest started when she was three. My middle daughter started at 8 months and then I had my youngest and she started at 6 weeks. So All the staff even the cook are like family. All have been caring, kind and helpful to each one of my girls. My girls come home and tell me About all the great and cool things they learned, Everyday my girls ask what day it is and are we going to school (sandcastle) today. I love that when I drop my kids off everyday they are safe and eager to learn. The office staff is wonderful. Miss kelli and Mrs Rebecca are always there with a positive attitudes and smiles on there face. Mrs Rebecca was also real helpful and accommodating to my little baby. With her food allergies.

We love Sandcastle school, my 4 year old daughter learns every day there!

We were at Sandcastle for over 2 yrs. Unfortunately I found out too late they allow kids who bite and hit to remain in their school and they go without reporting it. Ive seen it myself during the brief time I am there for pickup or dropoff. If it doesnt leave a mark or they dont see it, they wont report it. Do yourself a favor and protect your child by going somewhere else. The place is mismanaged using fear tactics, they have really high turnover and for what they charge, you get much better curriculum, along with safety at any of the other better competing schools. As soon as I moved my son, his behavior improved 100%, I wish I would have done it sooner. Its not normal for toddlers to continually be bullied by others and for administration to allow it to continue to maintain attendance numbers.

Words cannot even express how grateful we are that Peyton is a part of the Cadence Family. The staff is very engaged, friendly and the facility is very clean.
