School is amazing and great!! My son was super clingy and we needed him to meet kids his age and learn new things. We started him in February and the results are amazing. He now knows his ABC, 123 and some nursery songs. The most amazing change we noticed this few weeks is that he now allows all my family and friends to carry him and play with him.... We are so grateful to join Legacy Montessori School. His teacher Mrs. Danielle is doing a superb Job!!!

I read good reviews so decided to give this place a try for my 4.5 year old daughter. Unfortunatley, I had to take her out. The director is never available for any questions or calls. The teacher my daughter intitally had kept saying “oh my god, you don’t even know how to do that”? We were promised that the teacher would spend one on one time with her during lunch since she was too old to nap, but that never happened. She was just shuffled around from one classroom to the next. The next teacher was out every other day, she constantly had a substitute.There was no interaction with the parents to let them know how their child is doing. We were charged “fees” for items we would be getting, but we never received. It seems more like a low grade daycare, focused on making money, rather then a true montessori.

Both our boys loved attending Legacy Montessori school and especially learning with Miss Roy for two years!!! She was so warm friendly and patient with the boys and made sure they were always well taken care of and enjoyed the learning process!!!! We will miss her as the boys attend Elementary school in the Fall!! We can’t say enough good things about the teachers and staff at Legacy Montessori Academy.

I really love this school and Ms. Roy is an excellent teacher, my son was so happy with her and he learned a lot in her class, I really appreciate all her help and support during this time. Thank you Ms.Roy for everything.

I have noticed many positive changes in my son after he started at this school. He learned so much in Ms. Anila’s and later in Ms. Cary’s primary class. Both of them, are excellent teachers. He was potty trained at school. I saw good progress in speech development, functional independence and academics. Ms. Baljeet is very helpful and always available. I would definitely recommend this school.

She puts so much effort in everything that she does for the kids. I feel so secure, so confident and content with my son being there in her class. It is a great school! Love the staff, all the teachers and assistance, the front desk and management, love their program, their teaching method, course work - go out of the way to accommodate kids and parents. Lunch provided is great! Lots of other extra-curricular activities as well. Two thumbs up! Highly recommend.

We joined LMA few months ago , & I m very happy & satisfied. My son is 2 yrs old , in Mrs Rupi & Ms Caroline class . I love them both as well as my son . Ms Rubi is very caring about every kid in the class , she is kind & professional. I love their smiling faces in the morning welcoming the kids 😊

I have been part of the LMA community since January of 2016 and over the past 4.5 years I have been consistently impressed with the quality of this school. The teachers are remarkable: they are caring, kind, and inviting, while also being incredibly inspiring with their knowledge and approach towards teaching children. The academics are unparallel and the daily specials and extracurricular options provide a well-rounded education. I am so grateful for our time at Legacy Montessori Academy because it not only was a wonderful experience for my daughter, but for me as well. My kids have been attending Legacy Montessori Academy(LMA) for about three years. LMA is like a second home for them. The staff and management are amazing and have truly been a blessing. My husband and I had enrolled our kids at different schools prior to LMA and none compares to LMA. The staff and management take great care of our girls, and they also ensure that our girls are learning at the right pace. The teachers are great at what they do. Also, the school is clean and well organized. So thankful for a school like LMA.

I always come up with bunch of questions and requests for which they always tried to accommodate.I joined my daughter at the age of 15 months and she loves to spend time in the school. When I first entered into Legacy Montessori Academy, I was totally impressed with the cleanliness, and calmness throughout the halls and classrooms. After two months of enrolling my daughter into a primary class, I saw growth in my child that was astonishing! She is writing and beginning to read. Her math reasoning has truly improved. My daughters teacher creates a classroom environment that is respectful, calm, and loving. She has been such a blessing to my daughter. My daughter is so excited to come to school each day. We have been so impressed with Legacy Montessori and their caring, professional teachers. My daughter joined here 2 years back and its amazing to see how much she has advanced. Our son has been attending LMA for about a year now. He has progressed so well within that year. He is always talking about his friends at school and his teachers. We plan on keeping him in this school as long as possible as he loves it so much.They are always accommodating to my email requests (i.e. statement requests, questions about uniform, scheduling, etc.).My son is always greeted in the morning by teachers other than his own, but also by the other kids that are not in his class. I like that they have Montessori time from 9-3 and then outside of that is normal daycare. He seems to really enjoy that structure.

GREAT SHOOL!!!! I have been very pleased and impressed with the school. The staff is very friendly and the teachers have been outstanding. Kids are constantly involved in activities and the teachers are constantly giving the kids 100% attention. Again, I cannot say enough about the care and attention the staff and teachers provide . My daughter love this school, it’s a very nice and good school for kids. My daughter enjoyed going to LMA. She loved all the teachers working in this school. All the materials used in this school are Montessori materials. My daughter never cried to go to school; she loved to work with all the materials provided by the school, to the kids which pretty much keep her interested to go to school every day. She loved all the extra activates provided in the school. She loved celebrating all the events in the school. I am happy to see my daughter learning everyday something new. As a parent the video monitors provide me relief about my daughter’s safety. Teachers are really doing their best to provide good care and education to the kids. All the teachers are certified teachers. Overall this school provides everything that is required for a child’s physical and social development.

Legacy Montessori Academy is a great school. My son went there for 3 years and my daughter is currently enrolled there. The part I like the most about the school is their utmost attention to individual student. The teachers are well qualified and take great care of the kids. My son is currently in Kindergarten , but his educational foundation was taken care by LMA. We never looked back and very happy with what my son is today , in regards to his learning.I would definitely recommend this school , if you are looking for a great start to your kids learning.

Legacy Montessori Academy has really passed my expectations. The teaching style and curriculum is unique and always challenging the students. The kids are engaged, social, creative and really do grow up before your eyes here. I love how well rounded and caring the staff is. LMA is definitely one of the best Montessoris in Frisco.

My daughter is currently attending at LMA. I love all the teachers there. They’re great with kids and does a fantastic job. My daughter is in Mrs. Rupi and Mrs. Caroline’s class, both of them together make a great team. I enjoy their method and style of teaching. My daughter has made a huge progress from the time she started to now. If you’re considering enrolling your kids here... do it! Great staff! Clean environment! Mrs. Baljeet and Mrs. Jamie are both so sweet, they’re the ones who work at the front desk and deal with enrollment. They make you feel comfortable when doing the tour and answers any questions you have. 🙂

I am sending my two kids to Legacy Montessori Academy from 18 months of their age and I am always happy in their progress. They always try something new to keep kids engaged and follow Montessori program. I know them from a small Montessori school from home to this new location at Legacy. Even though I have two schools within one mile of my home, I drive all the way 15 minutes to drop my kids at Legacy Montessori Academy and we are happy of their progress. I enrolled my daughter here a few months back. She has improved her reading skills by leaps and bounds in the last few months. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and my daughter enjoys being a part of Legacy Montessori Academy.

My son has attended Legacy Montessori for both Pre-K and Kindergarten and was enrolled at this school during a time of transition in his life whilst his mother and I separated. Fast-forward a couple of years forward and words cannot express the impact which LMA has had on his life.For starters, my son scored “Very Superior” and in the top 2 percentile of the C.A.T.S. test which is leveraged by the best of the best private schools in the Metroplex for admissions consideration. This put him better than 97-99% of similarly aged children relative to key measurements of childhood education. The significance of this cannot be understated for parents who are endeavoring to create a tremendous early foundation for their children. Today, my little boy is literally leaps and bounds ahead of academic standards for similarly aged children, and I commend LMA in their role in enabling this for him.This school’s balanced focus on creating a whole child as it relates to their education across its many facets distinguishes it as a gem. The staff genuinely care for the children and you can see it and feel it within its four walls. I have found the willingness of LMA teachers and staff to collaborate and work with the parents to truly maximize the growth of their student body as exemplary, and it has certainly been of significant benefit to my son.I will also add that Ms. Roy’s Kindergarten program in particular is simply astonishing and the breadth and depth of what she exposes the children to not only learn and explore but do so with intellectual curiosity and joy is truly special.I am grateful to this school for what it has done for my son, and in my discussions with other parents, I know that this is the standard and not the exception for LMA.Thank you.

My daughter went to Legacy Montessori for almost 4 years and by the time she went to Kindergarten, she was way past the standards of Kindergarten. This is the only school in the West Frisco area that has one of the real time experienced owner/director of a Montessori.Would highly recommend it to anyone. I am very happy to have my son at Legacy Montessori Academy. The teachers are very caring and most of all, very knowledgable about the Montessori style of education.I feel like my child has been giving the tools he needs to excel in Elementary school and further in live. I would recommend them to any parent looking for a good school for their child to attend before Elementary school.

I just loved this school. When i put my LO into this school, I was very nervous as we were using a baby sitter before and i was not sure how she will adjust to this but I think it was the best decision and I selected the best school for her. Teachers are really amazing. It has been 6 months and I have seen a tremendous improvement in her in just six months. Academically i think she knows a lot more than other kids of her age. Thank you once again. I love this school and am glad i made a good choice and she is in good hands.

I enrolled my son when he was 16 months and that same night he will say thank you for everything and sing, not only that but the education system has given him great tools that he brings home to interact with me and family members.He has now 21 months every morning he just want to go to school (even in the weekend) and now I have a hard time picking him up because he does not want to go home.The teachers and all the staff are great and very care giving, they all take great care of all the kids and are very aware of there needs.Once again, I am impressed on how much LMA is helping his development in particular knowing that I am recently a widow dad.I could drop him off in the morning and drive to work with peace of mind knowing that he can not be in a better place..

Wonderful school! The catered lunches/snacks are great. The teachers/owner are all very sweet and you can tell they love their jobs - they really get involved in the school activities/holidays and go above and beyond to make school fun. The montessori curriculum is great, Ive never seen a class of 1-2yr olds so well behaved! My son has been here for over a year now and is learning so much academically. I am glad that he loves going to school every day!

My wife and I love this school because of the high quality of education, caring staff members and the safe environment. Our son attended the academy from 3 years old to 6 years old. Before that he attended another montessori school in Frisco which was a total disappointment.Our son thrived at Legacy Montessori Academy. The teachers at the school are highly qualified educators. They really care about the children and love to teach. They created an environment that encourage creativity and individuality. Our son now is a second grader in FISD. He is a GT student. He gets excellent grades. He is also into sports, music and arts. He is a very well rounded kid. Legacy Montessori Academy has helped him to built a solid foundation for his future learning and development.

Although the teachers can be great, because the owner poorly runs the establishment there is excessive turnover. Even after speaking with the owner, teachers and licensing board on several occasions, proper sanitation steps are not being following between changings.I find this lack of ownership and responsibility unacceptable.On several occasions, the statements for payment have been inconsistent due to added fees and it was very difficult to get an itemized receipt.Some activities are inappropriate for the age groups and children came across as board and uninterested not to mention not learning anything. Montessori teaching methods are loosely followed.

LMA is a fantastic school! My 5 year old daughter is in Ms. Aishas class, and I am absolutely blown away by her progress. My daughter has started learning material that first graders are covering - from geography, math, reading, writing, spelling. Ms. Aisha told my wife and I that she had planned to start covering various math topics such as roots and exponents, and I was skeptical, but my daughter has been able to walk us through some of her math problems, leaving me absolutely amazed! The lessons on history, geography, and science have also been a hit with my daughter because shes recently started grabbing our globe after dinner and telling me about the layers of the earth, the oceans and continents, and telling us about the pilgrims coming to North America (though Im sure that last part was taught closer to Thanksgiving). I have to give a lot of credit and a major amount of kudos to Ms. Aisha - shes ambitious in her teaching, but she absolutely loves her students and takes the time to get to know them and how they best learn, and the results are stunning!I really cannot say enough good things about LMA. The staff is fantastic - every single member of the staff genuinely cares about your child and their academic and emotional growth. If youre skeptical of the Montessori style, dont be - your child will be far better off and more than prepared for public school after having attended LMA!

It has been a very good experience for our son at LMA. The montessori program is really good here. Our son was in Miss Ayshas class and I must say she is one of the best in the business. She goes above and beyond to help all the kids in her class. Our son excelled academically really well under her guidance. Although our son has moved into kindergarten in a public school system, the foundation he received academically at LMA seems to be helping him be at the advanced level overall. If you decide to join your kid(s) at this school, please request for your kid to be placed in Miss Ayshas class.

Me and my kids love LMA . My elder one graduated from this school for kindergarten equipped with exceptional academic and social skills needed to thrive in elementary school. Younger one is still in the school enjoying caring and loving environment with lot of brain stimulating learning.

LMA has been really great to my son for about 4 years. LMA has taught him to be an independent and learn the importance of friendships and education. He knows his numbers from 1-20, ABCs, and etc. He really loves his teachers and staff. Thank you for being apart of my sons life.

My son (2.5 years old) has absolutely LOVED his time at LMA. He is so excited for school every day, and I have total peace of mind when I drop him off. I would absolutely recommend this school to anyone who is looking for:* Challenging and interesting lessons with Montessori-certified teachers* Clean, safe and new facilities with fingerprint entry and video monitors in every classroom* A huge area for kids to play, including an indoor gym and a great outdoor playground with space to ride trikes* Nutritious, organic school lunches with vegetarian options* Diversity in the student body and staff*Starting at age 18 months, which is hard to find (most Montessori programs start at age 2)* Flexible options allowing parents to choose 2, 3 or 5 days and either a half day, full day (8-3) or extended day (6:30-6:30) depending on parent schedules.---This is perhaps the most important point, as I found it very difficult to find an 8-3 program. I found many daycares, but I didnt need that many hours. I also found many Moms Day Out programs, but I needed more hours than that. This was a wonderful balance offered.

We are big believers in Montessori and had our daughter at LMA for 3 1/2 years - since she was 22 months old. She had a wonderful educational experience at LMA. She loved every one of her teachers (as did we). Ms. Jami is THE BEST, and she genuinely loves & cares for each child every single day. Our daughter was learning at a second semester of 1st grade math level when she was 4 1/2 years old. She also learned to write really well and began reading early on. LMA prepared her well for kinder and beyond and we are forever grateful!!

We Love LMA..our girls loved going there. They pay attention to each and every child and we felt like part of the LMA family. Thanks Ms. Baljit and all the other teachers for taking such good care of our kids.

Legacy Montessori Academy is the best in town for sure. My son went to 2 other Montessoris here in Frisco, but we as a parent and he as a student loved this school and staff very very much. Mrs. Baljeet is so honest in her approach and McKenna is amazing. Without her it will be surely difficult for LMA. And more over Mrs. Aisha, I dont have enough words to write for her. She is the best teacher I have seen till date for my kids. My son learnt so many things now which I hardly think that we could have managed any where else. again Thank you so much Mrs. Aisha. We will always remain thankful to you.I hope all the best to LMA for making all the parents and kids proud.

LMA has been awesome for us. Our son started LMA from 2yrs and is still there. He is learning so much and enjoys himself alot. Baljeet does so much for the school to keep the kids interested and motivated to come back to school the next day.Varghese Family.

Im giving them one star because the site wont let me give them zero stars. They advertise themselves as a nut-free institution however on September 10, 2015, I caught them giving my 2 1/2 year old son Honey Nut Cherrios. When I talked to the director over the phone, she admitted that it was Honey Nut Cherrios but she was defensive stating that we gave this to all of the kids and the kids are okay. She completely misses the point and completely is unaware of the severity of nut allergies. When I talked to her in person, she stated that she didnt know that it contained nuts. This is not even remotely a valid excuse to me because the name of the cereal is Honey NUT Cherrios. Furthermore, it states in plain English that it contains Almonds. In my opinion, the director at this facility is not qualified to lead an institution that advertises itself as a nut-free facility.

Our daughter Hana has been attending Legacy Montessori Academy for a little over 1.5 years. We enrolled her when she was about 11 months old and had started walking. At the time we hadnt planned on enrolling her in a school and my mom was going to watch her but unfortunately my mom was diagnosed with cancer and we had no choice but to find a daycare or school to enroll Hana in. After visiting several schools we decided to go with LMA. Reasons: small school size, small class size, 2 teachers per class, lots of fun activities, certified teachers, emphasis on academics and discipline, well organized and structured class environment, clean facilitiy, friendly staff, and above all, our daughter loves being here! Hana is now 2.5 years old and she knows her ABCs, counting 1 thru 20, shapes, colors, and so much more! Ms Baljeet and Ms. Renae are extremely considerate, polite, and humble. They always listen to the parents wants/needs and take appropriate action immediately. If you go to the LMA Facebook page and browse through the pictures, you will see all the fun stuff the kids are doing along with the staff and parents. Thank you LMA!

Love this school! My daughter has been going to LMA for 2 years and absolutely loves it. She always wants to be there and never wants to leave. The school is always doing something fun and exciting for the kids. Theres always an event going on, which we happen to love...i.e. Muffins w/ Mom, Doughnuts w/ Dad, Pre-K Graduation, Spring Concert, Splash Days, Spring Planting Party, Tree Planting for Earth Day, Petting Zoo Visits, Hay Rides, Train Rides, Carnivals, Easter Egg Hunts, Winter Concerts, Field trip & Picnic at Frisco Commons Park...thats just to name a few.All of the teachers are friendly & highly qualified. I cant say enough good things about the Director, Ms. Baljeet & Assistant Director, Ms. Renae. They are amazing and are the heart of the school. They truly care about and love each child as their own.My daughter will be going into kindergarten this fall, but she is academically prepared for 2nd grade. She knows a minimum of 63 sight words, can read 8 books cover to cover, adding, subtracting, can spell 54 words, has the discipline and respect at home that shes taught at school, most importantly shes an independent learner & worker. She learned all of this at LMA.I couldnt be happier that I chose LMA for my daughters pre-k education. This is a wonderful school and I highly recommend it to all my friends.
